Horrible Customer Service
Commentaires: We purchased this product and had a few questions and issues. Couldn't get in touch with anyone. Tried to cancel the service and they do not provide any way to cancel online. When we sent the request to cancel the first attempt was "read" according to the read receipt report. After two more attempts and the billed us again we finally get a response. customer service cancelled the service, never followed up to confirm, had to follow up ourselves, completely ignored the refund request that should have been provided. His email signature has "no" contact details, phone, company etc...
Avantages: The look and feel is decent and seems user friendly
Inconvénients: Limited Capabilites & Zero Customer Support
