Avantages :

The best thing about Breeze is it's minimalist approach. The platform is super light which makes it easy to use and everything functions without unnecessary loading times.

Inconvénients :

If there was a need for a robust project management then Breeze could get limited. Personally I haven't had any cons.

Commentaires : This is and has always been the most appropriate commercial task management system for small teams available today in my experience. I have used many others. In an industry that is dominated by marketing and opinion, it is important to have a filter for the noise of confusion, and listen to practical people.

Avantages :

Simple. Most projects are small involving a handful of people with at most one dedicated scrum master. This provides exactly what you need.

Inconvénients :

There should be a popup reminding you to refresh the page. Javascrip moves stuff about, and the page can become stale and present incorrect information. I touch type as fast as most people talk, which is unusual in this industry. An update from me can be very detailed. Special fonts, invisible characters and even embedded images are not as important as allowing for a lot of ASCII text. Invisible markers (except CR/LF) are mostly obstructive.

Inconvénients :

The mobile experience (app and on browser) is a disaster. Unusable which is a serious drawback for a tool such as this, haven't tried the app in some time after giving up. Massive letdown. I really can't overstate the importance of this, in fact it's the whole reason I filled in this form.

Breeze is a Game Changer for Project Management

Commentaires : Breeze has made project management very easy. The support team is pretty active and responsive, and the tool itself is quite easy to use. This means that the team coordination has improved by quite a bit.

Avantages :

What I truly love about Breeze is that it has a really clean UI, with minimal onboarding required. That is well-equipped with all the details to manage priority tasks, track status effectively across multiple projects, and let everybody know where things stand in the context of their deliverables.

Inconvénients :

Some downsides include that sometimes minor bugs occur within the system. More significantly, the failure to create checklist templates is a bit bothersome. None of these major flaws have been found thus far, which disturbs the general efficiency and easiness that Breeze brings over our project management efforts.

Breeze is a solid performer

Commentaires : Overall a very positive experience. Support is great, they fix bugs right away and have added features for us.

Avantages :

Simple to use, we don't have to train our clients much when onboarding. The API works well for us in syncing time with our time reporting system. We like the ability to prioritize and display tasks across project per resource... so a user can see all their tasks and priority across many projects.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes a little buggy and not as robust as some other systems like Clickup.

A simple to use project management tool!

Commentaires : Overall, it has been a good experience with Breeze and we switched from Basecamp to Breeze after being with Basecamp for years together. It was a tough decision to move from something we have been using for years but then the transition was smooth and there was not one day when we thought that we are lacking something in Breeze, that was there in Basecamp.

Avantages :

The software is very easy to setup and you can get started in no time. Setting up the projects is easy and so is inviting the team. It's a no frills attached software that is easy to use and gives lots of options.

Inconvénients :

The chat feature is something that is not good and at the very best looks naïve. Also, the tags that are added are common for ALL projects. It would have been nice if we could add separate tags for separate projects. And yes, it would have been nice to have some integrations in place.

Tested many systems and Breeze was hands down the best

Commentaires : Our overall experience has been positive. I tested many project management systems and Breeze was the easiest to set up and implement. It stands out in many ways but one for sure is the ability to have chats with my team.

Avantages :

Individual project management with the ability to create tasks, assign and add due dates.

Inconvénients :

That we can't duplicate checklists across projects. For example, create templates for checklists that can be populated inside tasks.

Task management is the best. Better than other famous tools on the market.

Nothing at this moment. The UI interface can be better, but the kind it is today is very easy to use.

Easy to Use

Avantages :

I love the email notifications for comments on important tasks + email reminders on projects and tasks. The time tracking functionality is great. I can analyze my team's performance and identify opportunities for improvements to efficiency.

Inconvénients :

List of projects gets bulky when you have multiple teams using the tool.

Effective Time Tracking & Project Management

Commentaires : It has proved helpful for time tracking and project management for the development of new products which help us to asses the time spent on various domains such as engineering, logistics, and iterations which result in accurate evaluation of product development cost.

Avantages :

It's easy to use and provides integration with various business applications like Slack, Github, Gmail, Google Sheets and many more. The Tasks can be moved by drag and drop within the projects. Progress bar functionality provides information on task completion it has proved helpful, also multiple files could be attached to a project. It provides weekly reports for time tracking based on projects or teams working on multiple/single projects.

Inconvénients :

The Gantt chart functionality of this application is not really helpful since it does not indicate the critical path based on user estimation of completion time. It becomes really complicated if you're working on 10-12 different projects simultaneously.

Great app overall, could use a few tweaks!

Commentaires : Overall pretty solid, but with a few tweaks it coudl be awesome!

Avantages :

Quick ease of use on moving between swimlanes and columns. Task editing is pretty good, being able to use templates for to-do lists as well as task cards is nice.

Inconvénients :

The filters on the project board. Each time you change a filter you have to select it, then click out side the filters to get it to minimize, in order to click filter. I change filters constantly all day, and this part is a drag. That and the wonky "this month" "today" stuff in breeze reporting. If you have that page open more than a day, it'll have "today" next to yesterday's date, and if you run the report you won't get any information until you go click the date again and get the "today" to go away. The other thing would be having the ability to assign roles to assigned users. I can assign a task card to multiple users, but we have to use a bunch of custom fields to say what the role is. (Reviewer, Senior Dev if a junior dev is on the task, etc.)

This application is for the student’s information and collaboration for the educational system.

Commentaires : Breezes is a powerful trucked to our company, we can track and manage our business details and can store the information on cloud storage. Its data entry scheme is comfortable and surprisingly different as this application can locate the individual file and folders to serve you on the situation. Its tracking ability is commendable to trace the ideas and development on the point. Nobody can block this software from making strong policies that are not only applicable but also excellent to lead to further growth. Its communication is more adept to check the output pace.

Avantages :

Breeze is a super easy and affordable software that’s provided the power management to control and collaborate the student’s detail. It aids to encourage the novel estimates and provide strong strategies to carry out those ideas, hence, this application also tracks and traces the ideas for real-time management. Moreover, all projects can be discharged in a limited time and excellent leading abilities help to preserve a correspondence between the implementation and developmental result.

Inconvénients :

This application alerts through email or messages and it is annoying sometimes to get many alerts at the same time but, this time check can be off if it bothers a lot. This tool is for data entry and stores the data on cloud storage so, high-speed internet will help you to download it’s all features otherwise it can create problems in working.

It's like Basecamp, Jira, and Trello had a Kanban baby that regular humans can afford.

Commentaires : Breeze has been the only project management tool I've been able to get multiple teams to adopt at my many companies and projects where everyone seems to be happy. Where Jira can get too cumbersome and overly development focused, Trello (now owned by Atlassian?) is too limited in what you can do (until you start paying premiums), and Basecamp is overly versatile to a point of it being unusable, Breeze gets the best of the products done right.

Avantages :

Quite simply the easiest but most versatile Kanban board you'll ever use. While the interface is minimal, it still manages to get in every feature you'd possible need to manage a team or project. Time tracking (and billable time tracking) is something my team uses every day. Also, the ability to have a task assigned to multiple team members AND the ability to have todo lists (sub tasks) assigned to different team members is a powerful combination. Mobile app isn't totally useless like many competitors in the space. And the reporting is simplified but hits all the right points.

Inconvénients :

While I haven't had an issues, I'm sure there will be some customers that wish it integrated with more 3rd party software.

Great for multiple projects

Avantages :

I like that I can have multiple cards, columns and swimlanes inside one project and customize them however I like. Makes project management much easier. We use breeze to make sure everything is on track, and to delegate tasks. It is a crucial part of our operation. I like that under activity I can see what others have been up to.

Inconvénients :

I think the reporting section could be better. Maybe if we could group users into categories (like senior, junior, medior, etc.) and make reports based on that it would help greatly.

Web-based and flexible

Avantages :

Breeze is easy to use, has a good balance of features, and can be customized to your industry. I especially enjoy the clean and simple interface. The price is very fair.

Inconvénients :

Overall no major cons. Also no chat option.

It's pretty easy to use and very understandable and quickly to learn for anyone. Inviting other people to collaborate it's also a matter of seconds.

Inconvénients :

The design/UI could be a little bit better, it's clean and easy to comprehend but right now it seems a bit old.

Very nice project management tool

Commentaires : We selected Breeze because it integrates with harvest and because we liked their cards based approach. We found it to be better than Asana for the way we use it. We have different types of projects and retainer work and we are able to manage any type of project due to the flexibility of the system. Our experience has been great.

Avantages :

Breeze is very easy to use and allows us the flexibility we need to seamlessly integrate with our internal process and workflow.

Inconvénients :

There are really no cons to speak of. The time tracker could be more robust but we use harvest so it is a non-issue for us.

I like the Ghant chart and how easy it is to move stuff around and see everything

The app can be funny sometimes and once in a while the order of tasks seems to get shuffled. A way of searching the archive would be useful

Timelines & workloads are so easy with Breeze! The highlighted deadline feature makes for a great visual of where is project is.

Breeze is a Breeze

Commentaires : I and my team uses Breeze on a daily/minute basis to track our time on projects in order to bill our clients properly. We also use this to judge whether our teams are properly staffed.

Avantages :

The part I like most about Breeze is being able to track our time to show how productive our team is or is not, being able to pull a report for a day or week for my employees and to bill our clients per project.

Inconvénients :

At times Breeze can get confusing to some of our team members. When we first announced Breeze to the team it seemed to be difficult for everyone to remember to track their time using the start/stop functions. Now it seems everyone is on board with very little trouble.

Makes it easy to keep track of projects, feedback, notes. We are able to invite people outside our organization to join with limited access.

Inconvénients :

Not always the most user friendly. The U/X and terminology used is not always intuitive.

This tool is really easy to use. Setting up email alerts for task summaries and due date reminders is really helpful, specially for people with a lot of tasks or a busy schedule. The interface is clear and intuitive, making it easy to navigate.

Inconvénients :

I don't have any major complaints about Breeze. However, it would be great if there was an option to use it in Spanish.

Breeze A good tool but not the best

Commentaires : It's a good tool to use and our company works within it but I do wish it had more up to date features and PM software capabilities.
