Avantages :

It is very functional and has all the types of questions that I need in my work, and I can export results to PowerPoint!

Inconvénients :

Don't really like anything least. It's great software and I don't have anything that I don't like about it.

Commentaires : Our experience has been wonderful. I am so grateful that a colleague of mine introduced me to this software. We were researching survey software and every other platform was either way outside of our price range or did not offer the feature we really needed.

Avantages :

QuestionPro offers all of the survey tools that we need for our small non-profit while making it affordable for such a small organization that has limited resources.

Inconvénients :

I have not found anything I do not like about QuestionPro.

Avantages :

Question pro is well good name for collecting real data from authentic and reliable people 's. I am not directly experienced with question pro, when we do survey task through time buck, ysense, etc. Question pro survey also completed. So i did survey of question pro. It is very good data collecting brand. They are updated with new ai technology.

Inconvénients :

Some repeating questions may be irritating me otherwise it is good

Commentaires : The reporting features alone have made it all worth it.

Avantages :

The folks at QuestionPro seem to value non-profits. We chose to use QuestionPro because of the amount of features we could get through their non-profit pricing. Because of QuestionPro, we've been able to collect valuable information about our programs. The analytics and reports have been very helpful for our quarterly and annual grant reports. I can quickly (5 minutes or less) pull any results and get the numbers and charts, these can then be added right into our reports.

Inconvénients :

Moving questions around and the question logic are a little clunky. It's too easy to make question logic mistakes, which affects the questions shown on our surveys.

Valuable tool for nonprofit organizations!

Commentaires : Our overall experience with QuestionPro has been great. We tried out various survey products, and what compelled us to use QuestionPro is the actual company itself. QuestionPro is very supportive of nonprofits -- they are willing to work with us so we can optimize our data to support our mission-driven work. The QuestionPro team has always been responsive and helpful -- customer service is important, QuestionPro gets it.

Avantages :

Our nonprofit organization was looking for a survey builder that provided more customization, security, and analytical depth than Google Forms (since we use Google for Nonprofits). QuestionPro exceeded our expectations. It's customizable; provides in-depth data analysis; and is accessible to users with non-technical backgrounds (which is very important for our nonprofit organization that is staffed by professionals of various backgrounds and skills).

Inconvénients :

There are no cons to share at this time.

Excellent product, robust functionality, easy to use

Avantages :

My non-profit uses QuestionPro for all of its survey as well as a request for proposal process each year. We have found its features in terms of question types, branching, skip logic, reporting, etc. very robust and also easy to use. They offer a wealth of question types the really open up the possibilities in terms of survey question types and also application options (i.e., submitting files). Would highly recommend.

Inconvénients :

QuestionPro could improve upon its dashboard options for reporting results internally. It would be nice, for example, to more easily be able to slice the data by demographic question responses (it's possible but not user friendly enough for not technical team members to use).

Great Tool for Non-Profits

Commentaires : Great! QuestionPro is one of the most affordable survey softwares out there. It makes it no only easy to create surveys - but it is also easy to analyze the data!

Avantages :

QuestionPro is incredibly intuitive and easy to use and implement. I was able to figure out to use the software without any guidance.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the more complicated features, like skip logic, requires a little bit of reading of the resources provided by QuestionPro.

Commentaires : very happy using it for the simple surveys I have done so far.

it would be nice to be able to include a link/Button into the welcome page of the survey or into the thank you page at the end of the survey.

Avantages :

Our small nonprofit team enjoys having access to a full featured, very robust software. QuestionPro has graciously allowed us to use it pro bono. Through the surveys, we are able to determine what is working for our clients and why. We can refine our Resilience products so that they meet the needs of our clients.

Inconvénients :

There are many features that we don't use, but we look forward to expanding and then being able to use them.

The skip logic is amazing and the non-profit pricing (free under certain conditions) is great.

Very little. It's a robust software. If there are issues support is rather quick.

Quality well featured software free for Non Profits

Commentaires : The software has allowed us to see areas where our product can be improved which has resulted in better support of our clients. It has also allowed us to prepare reports for the accreditation authorities who approve our ongoing capacity to effectively evaluate student achievement in the (Non Profit) school's who use our certification process.

Avantages :

Met our requirements and the Advanced version is free for Non Profits (normally over $!000 pa). Particular features we were looking for were not available with the Basic version which is free for all users. These features include Multilingual Surveys and enhanced support. Many other features are available in the Advanced version which we anticipate making more use of in the future.

Inconvénients :

It was quite a learning curve to use for someone unused to doing surveys (previously another person had done them but using a different product). Some areas seem a bit clunky, but this may be par for the course with survey software. Everything seems to work when you get used to it.

Commentaires : QuestionPro has a lot of potential, they just need to fix the problems that I mentioned and then it might be the best software in the industry.

Avantages :

The software has a very good concept as a whole, it's giving you the right and important tools for your surveys and polls, it shows the data live, you can filter it and export it to excel. The surveys and polls creator is very user friendly and very professional, you can create some very beautiful polls and surveys.

Inconvénients :

- You can't color the graphs as you like, if you want to do it, you need to change it with CSS, so if you don't have the CSS knowledge, you just can't change the colors. - To save the graphs you need to do a print screen, there's no way to export them to your computer. - The weighting tool is broken and not calculating well. - There were some reports during our campaign of a very slow loading times, which cause some respondents to stop respond to the poll in the middle. - The customer service is pretty horrible and not responding, unlike what they claim, nobody answers the live chat, so if you need something very urgent, you need to call them, but it's not sure that they would solve the problem.

Great tool for nonprofits!

Commentaires : We are able to use this to provide better direct services to our clients as well as capture the big picture of our service community. This is a great all-encompassing tool to allow us to do just that!

Avantages :

The reason we chose and stay with QuestionPro is the post-survey reporting available. I can look at graphs of my data instantly and share them with my team and partners. With a small team, being able to share our data easily and have it look professional is amazing!

Inconvénients :

It is very inclusive of tools. There are probably a good number of features we haven't even dived in to. That could be cumbersome, but we just use what we need and leave the rest!

QuestionPro for NonProfits

Commentaires : QuestionPro has always had very helpful and responsive support. Once you get comfortable to their system it is easy to build impressive surveys very quickly.

Avantages :

QuestionPro offers a nonprofit version that has some of their most powerful features. As a nonprofit we are always looking for software that allows us to gain insight into our impact on a tight budget.

Inconvénients :

QuestionPro is a very powerful software and many feature are far above what a simple survey would require. It does take a bit of time to sift through everything to find the right features for a survey.

Not worth the Money - Salespeople treat you like Car Dealers!

the functionality - easy to use, unlimited questions, variety of question types

Inconvénients :

-Couldn't integrate with Pollfish via the basic account type and had to contact support to help set it up. - For survey distribution, they charge you more for every pre-screen question and purposefully go over your budget to try to squeeze more money out of you. Their pricing isn't consistent and I feel like I'm being scammed. They keep increasing the prices. I don't feel valued as a customer or like I'm receiving a good deal. I don't trust them.

Best Software for Surveys

Commentaires : Creating, distributing and analyzing surveys is incredibly easy. Also, the automatic evaluation of the data prevents human-induced errors. This not only saves time, but also prevents a lot of frustration.

Avantages :

As a non-profit organization, we use QuestionPro to conduct surveys quickly and easily. Be it in youth work or regarding the operation of our day care centers. Thanks to the intuitive and uncomplicated operation of the site, even less trained employees can design surveys. Thanks to the ease of use, target groups complete the surveys with high response rates. The evaluation of the data is easy even for technical laymen. The data can be easily exported for further processing.

Inconvénients :

It's a shame we didn't get to know QuestionPro sooner. It would have saved us a lot of paperwork, tedious distribution and collection of questionnaires, and error-prone evaluation.

QuestionPro - a quality online survey software program

Commentaires : The software has been very well designed and is continually updated. It allows you to create attractive, easy-to-complete online surveys, that can be undertaken easily on PCs, laptops, tablets or smart phones.
It automatically detects the device type and reformats the look and question style to fit the screen used. That means that matrix questions that can be easily answered on PCs can still be asked and answered by people using smart phones. The matrix converts into drop down lists, so no scrolling across the screen. A clever, useful feature.
The reporting is excellent - as is, or the results can be exported t Excel, .sav files for Q or SPSS, and even Power Point.
The capacity to upload video or images is very useful and reasonably easy for a respondent to use.
The capacity to use QuestionPro to send invitations, monitor responses and manage the unsubscribes etc. is excellent.
The support staff, from the most senior to the more recent, are excellent, courteous and available 24x5. They are most helpful in in real time text exchanges and emails. They are patient and are concerned to see you get the solution you need.
Not everything is sunny. A back button, when scripting is used, as it often is, would be useful. Similarly, the automatically generated Excel reports give all the data (which is very useful) and also tables that are percentaged to the number who answer each question, rather than the total respondent sample (which I prefer). These tables are static, so you can't remove a record and have them change.
What I do like is the continual improvements that are being made, some minor and some more significant, and the willingness of all the staff I have engaged with, to be as helpful as possible.
Refinements E.G. mapping where respondents are and what devices they used to complete the survey with, and the operating system used, are very useful additional details that help clients.
Plus, the capacity to import data on the email list, when a list is used to invite response, is very powerful, because when information about an individual respondent is known, there is no need to collect it again, keeping the surveys shorter and yet enabling us to marry pre-known and survey-obtained information and so answer the client's needs more effectively.
Overall, an excellent and well-supported package and system and one I recommend.

I love QuestionPro

Avantages :

1. there is a month-to-month option in their pricing model. Because I am a 1 person company and infrequently have market research projects needing a survey, being able to rent the use of the software for a month or two, for any given project, is the only approach that I can afford. 2. I love the versatility of the product 3. I love the support I can get from their team in India, especially when we can do a live video connection. It's hard to get good support these days, especially if you are restricted to chat or email. I find when I need help, I need it now!

Inconvénients :

There are places where is automaticity, gets in the way. Example: on the project I just completed, I used a Choose Many type question. I needed a chart that would tell me how many people chose each option. The default chart shows how often each option was chosen among all the options chosen. Not really what I needed. I wasn't sure the software could even be forced to give me the kind of chart I needed. It took a lot of work but eventually the support person figured out what I needed and how to do it.

Commentaires : I have to say that my review here is limited because I was not able to utilize all the features that the QuestiontPro software tool has to offer. Since my sample size for the survey was a small one--limited to the 29 largest school districts among a total of 330 in the state of California, but which school districts account for over 60% of the state's student population; it became apparent, after attempting to conduct a simple pilot survey among local districts, that my sample group would not likely respond to the survey for a number of reasons. Given these constraints: the fact that I only received one response; that I could not very well perform analytics on a single response; but that I had successfully developed a complex survey and had administered it online using an online survey software tool (QuestionPro); my professor was satisfied that I had completed the elements for the final project in his class. My research in education compensation reform will continue throughout my doctoral program including my dissertation and I have decided to use QuestionPro throughout this academic undertaking. The decision to use QuestionPro was made after carful comparison of a number of other named survey software tools available online. The factors leading to my choice of QuestionPro included: its small learning curve; the ability to talk to someone 24/7 regarding survey questions or in seeking technical advice; its friendly and courteous support staff; its ability to interface with SPSS; and price. I have not encountered any cons as yet in the use of the software, but I will be more than happy to continue to provide helpful comments as I use your software throughout the next few years. I do have to extend a special thanks to Yogesh Vig who has been tremendously helpful in the use of the QuestionPro. He is extremely professional and its been a pleasure working with him. I definitely plan to recommend QuestionPro to all my classmates and future professors. Thanks George Lowe

Commentaires : Excellent. Great company and great customer service. Are quick to respond and very helpful.

Avantages :

Particularly easy to use. My staff and students have found it easy to setup and easy to understand. There is very little training involved. This saves us a lot of time. Additionally, the interface is flexible and user friendly. I really like the data analysis feature built in as well.

Inconvénients :

There is not much I don't like. Sometimes there can be a glitch (submit button does not appear etc) although this happens rarely.

Great tool for Professionals

Commentaires : I have been using QuestionPro for over 8 years as my primary survey tool. I get personalize service through my account team who are proactive in soliciting my input and improvement suggestions. Their translation team is excellent with only a few errors on industry jargon only. I find the value to be the best in the industry with many of the sophisticated features of tools 3 time more expensive. Integration with internal or external panels are seamless with excellent invitation mailing and tracking.

Avantages :

- Always improving using the latest methods and technologies - The most features for the price - Great customer service who actually listens to your needs - Rarely if ever experience system disruptions - Flexible report production - Excellent analytics
