It's also priced very fairly and their customer service is attentive, responsive and helpful.
I sometimes struggle with the reporting aspect of this software as I was not provided any formal training.

Best ATS for recruiting firms!
Commentaires : I couldn't be more happy with the transition to Crelate from our previous product. Their team truly understands the problems we are trying to solve and is extremely responsive. Their feature set continues to increase rapidly and is always very relevant.
Avantages :
Several items: - ease of configuration and customization - profile parsing from LinkedIn - job board management / website integration - email sync and candidate communication management - analytics - speed and relevance of new feature release - extensive help resources, training videos, etc.
Inconvénients :
- exporting data is not straightforward and requires additional vendor developer cost -

Amazing product, support and onboarding needs improvement
Commentaires :
Like any software, it takes some time to figure out but it is very intuitive and well-organized. Some things with it are surprisingly not great, like the font and spacing when you send emails from within crelate. The onboarding was as bare bones as it gets, other companies do a 1000 times better with their onboarding and account management/customer support. I think Crelate knows that their product is better so they bank on that. It seems like they are trying to get better with the customer experience. If they could perfect the customer support and onboarding side of the business it would be a home run, no one would be able to come for them.
They charge you to get the support that you need so you should evaluate that with the price. There are a lot of upcharges for functionality which some make sense and some seem like a stretch.
You will NEVER be able to get a person on the phone and the bot system they use will test your patience to say the least. Again the product itself is excellent though.
Avantages :
The functionality of the software itself is excellent. Very intuitive and clean.
Inconvénients :
Onboarding and customer support (its getting better but definitely is the biggest challenge in their business model)
It's ok, but it isn't great
Commentaires : Their US based support is pretty good. My encounter with offshore support wasn't. Certain things that should be part of the base package are not such as email journaling across multiple domains.
Avantages :
Visually appealing. Pretty easy to use. Support is decent. It especially helps if you send a video so they can see what you're seeing.
Inconvénients :
Seems like they try to nickel and dime you for everything. As recruiting has evolved, you would think things that should be part of their base package would be there. Instead, they want you to upgrade to a higher level offer to get those things even thought they raise their price every year. If you import records via csv you can only import 100 records per worksheet and 1,000 records per workbook at one time. There is also a limit on the number of records you can export from the database at one time.

Commentaires : I have used Crelate for several years with different clients, and it has met and exceeded my expectations.

I tried another ATS first and I wish I would have just gone with Crelate from the beginning...
Commentaires : Great, pleasant all the way from the sales to the set up.

I was torn between Crelate and another ATS and I wish I would have gone with Create from the beginning. Unfortunately I went with the other ATS that had so many features and not a streamline way of usage that it was hard to use all of the features available. Crelate offers many great features AND they are user friendly. Starting with Crelate would have been a game changer.
Inconvénients :
It would be great if there was an extra check in call after a month or so (even if it needs to be paid for) just to make sure everything is flowing correctly. It's nice that there is one after you switch over but sometimes questions come up after you have been in the flow of using the system more. My main reason for going with the other ATS at first was because they had similar prices but offered more users. Having a feature where I could have had a part time or admin access for a smaller cost would have probably stopped me from going to the other ATS in the beginning.

Commentaires : I actually had a pleasant experience with Crelate. It was easy to use, we liked the interface and they offer excellent customer service/support. Anytime we had an issue, they would resolve it in a reasonable amount of time.

The functionality was easy to use and overall, I liked the interface.
Inconvénients :
We converted from Crelate to LOXO because Crelate didn't have a proprietary internal database of candidates and LOXO did.

API's are tough and maybe they should be to protect data though.

Commentaires : Excellent. If I had questions or problems, customer service was A+ I really like the product and it's served me well for my needs.
Avantages :
I like the functionality of being able to create a solid recruiting process. Once I was able to learn the functionality, it was easy to create and do.
Inconvénients :
There is a LOT to learn. Some functionality took a while to learn and there are some parts of the system I don't use as I don't understand how to efficiently use them for my business. Others can probably tailor it to their needs.

Adaptable for your business' needs
Commentaires : I have used Crelate for 10+ years. I know there is more I can get out of Crelate but haven't used it to the fullest because backend set up can be confusing. I'm content with the level of complexity I get out of it.

Crelate - Great decision
Commentaires : Selecting Crelate was a great decision that we made when we started the company. System conversions can be very disruptive but having one ATS all along that develops as you do has been super helpful.
Avantages :
Crelate is very intuitive and user friendly. Cost is reasonable compared to other similar applicant tracking systems. What I like best is that they are continuously making upgrades and improvements which improve functionality without slowing you down.
Inconvénients :
We have been using it for 8 years and it really has worked out great for us. My only regret is that I don't maximize all of it's functionality. But that's more a factor of running a busy desk as opposed to anything negative about Crelate.

We love Crelate!
Commentaires : It has been extremely positive. So much so I increased my licenses and signed a multi-year agreement with them as I have no plans of switching products anytime soon.
Avantages :
Crelate is extremely user, friendly. I have used multiple different ATS/CRM programs throughout my career and they do not company to Crelate. The functionality and ability to do so much while in the system make it worth it's weight in gold!
Inconvénients :
I personally do not have any Cons at this time. My team loves it and enjoys using it.

Useful but Cluttered
Commentaires : I think Crelate is an okay alternative to Avionte, but its cluttered setup makes it difficult to adapt to.
Avantages :
Mass emails, bulk texts, and easily access templates for all is perfect. The map options when doing radius searches of clients or candidates is great once you figure out how to access it.
Inconvénients :
I had the activity feed and wish I could remove it or filter it so I only see my activity. The cluttered appearance of the app is frustrating as well, making it hard to access when using a smaller screen. Ring Central isn't integrated properly and can be unresponsive or will ring at random when no calls are coming in. RC isn't very accessible friendly within Crelate and is easier to use outside of the browser, but you're still getting duplicate calls/text/notifications from all. The radius search is complicated to access and should be available within a list - it's frustrating to have to double back multiple times to get back to the list I was on. Candidate updates and movement on lists is frustrating - I'm making calls to 150+ people and any updates made to a candidate profile will remove them to another portion of the list which can make tracking who I've called while I'm making the calls very complicated. Imported candidates often have missing information despite it being clearly noted on their resume. Resume imports have so many errors it's often easier to import manually. Past jobs import as being current and there doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason to it. Your Chrome extension isn't great - I'll try to import a LinkedIn profile and the current employment dates disappear when I try to select the employer (because Crelate NEVER pulls that information correctly).
Crelate is a quality CRM
Commentaires : Great! Their tech support team is incredibly responsive and provides quick updates tailored to our requests. The CRM is great if you're looking to track applicants, post jobs, screen talent, as well as provide robust options to create a sales funnel.
Avantages :
Internal tracking of all related activities for candidates and companies.
Inconvénients :
Mobile application does not display as much information compared to the web portal. Viewing a resume requires you to download the file on the mobile app.
Intuitive and Customizable Database
Avantages :
Crelate's userinterface is consistent throughout various tools in the platform, making the features easy to learn and use. It's pretty intuitive. I also really like how customizable Crelate is, interms of activities, workflow stages, fields, etc. Crelate's team listens too, which is great. They take and implement feedback regularly.
Inconvénients :
There's some inconsistency in the search fields available in various sections of the tool, Contacts tab vs Advanced Search vs Job Opportunity searching for example. There are typically ways to get around the hurdles, but it may take you a little longer to get where you need to go. I will say though, this only happens with more complex searches, the simple stuff that the average user is running likely is no problem.

Amazing updates, each one better than the last. Their help desk is great a getting back to you in a timely manner, and escalating if they can't figure it out right away.
Having the option to submit feedback and then voting on which items to prioritize for fixes or improvements is a great community experience.
The webinars are nice refreshers or nice teaching tools.
Avantages :

Avantages :
It is a relatively inexpensive site that is easy to use, allows for integration with LinkedIn, and they are constantly adding new features. We can also integrate with RingCentral for calling and texting as well as Outlook for tracking emails sent. The LinkedIn extension allows for parsing contacts into the database as well. Training and customer support is outstanding!
Inconvénients :
Nothing. We have had other ATS systems and this one seems like it is definitely catered to staffing agencies much more than others.

Amazing Applicant Tracking System

I think the user interface and workflows are very intuitive. I find it very easy to navigate to handle all of my recruiting needs. I also like the Crelate support team, who is very responsive and extremely helpful. I have never seen anything like them!

Crelate Review (August 2023)
Commentaires : It's been a journey working with Crelate. There have been some bumps in the road, but overall, Crelate is interested in providing a great experience for EGA.
Avantages :
Crelate is a user friendly ATS that has some nice Onboarding features that compliment the system and its functionality as Applicants transition into Candidates and eventually Employees. The upgrades that are required to gain access to some of these features are not always worth the cost, but Crelate has been willing to work with our organization to get us where we need to be. As a Health Care staffing agency who have mostly government contracts, we are unique within the industry. Crelate as an organization has been receptive to EGA's feedback and willing to make improvement to the system that will benefit all who are using Crelate as an ATS with Onboarding.
Inconvénients :
The tier pricing structure for adding customizable features such as Activities, Activity Forms, Core Record Fields (Opportunities and Contacts), Document Labels, etc. make the pricing pretty unreasonable for our particular organization. As an organization who is accredited by the Joint Commission, maintaining compliance through our processes and data collection is imperative. As a unique entity working with government clients, it is sometimes difficult to track Contracts, which may have multiple facilities we may already be working with. Crelate is not built to be able to see the true contract rollup since only one customer can be a parent company.
Great ATS for Recruiting Agencies and Small, Growing Teams
Commentaires : Overall, our experience has been very positive and we're very happy with Crelate!
Avantages :
I like how easily Crelate can be customized and how user-friendly the platform is in general. Also, the customer service is great and I enjoy the additional resources Crelate offers.
Inconvénients :
Some functionality is missing/limited but I know the team is working tirelessly to bring the users what they want constantly.
