Commentaires : J'aime beaucoup ce moyens de travail car cela m'offre la possibilité d'avoir un sentiment d'avoir accompli mes taches journaliere puis evite certains risques de pertes pour le client cela fait bien son travail de prévention
j'apprécie d'avoir une routine (aléatoire)
je trouve cela plutot pratique et facile d'utilisation en tant que patrouilleuse
cest bien aussi davoir a porter de main les numero contact durgence
des rapports et une lampe de poche et autrefois l'hodorateur etait utilisé
puis ce systeme est aussi bien car chaque agent a son compte et offre son rendement

Permet d'avoir une certaine routine bien sur aléatoire et variée permet d'offrir un rendement a son employeur en live Permet d'effectuer des vérification de controle de zone a risque peut eviter plusieurs incidents de nature mineur ou majeur offre un suivi GPS a l'employeur c'est une bonne facon d'apprendre et de découvrir car cela te met au défi lors d'une formation de nouveaux employés

certains personnes font les coins rond exemple scan une porte sans meme y avoir vérifier la piece et passe au prochain ne met pas a l'écart ou en garde quil peut y avoir une risque de l'electrocution/tension/shock dans une zone ou sur une boite electrique par exemple ne permet pas d'annuler un poincon lorsqune question a mal été repondue et l'alarme est directement envoyée a l'officier et au client pas bcp de fonctionnalités ny de nouveautés au fil du temps pas de possibilités d'obtenir un horraire d'équipe sur les 3 quarts je suggere une notifications de continuité de ronde meme lorsque les points sont terminées car des endroits chaud pourraient y etre oublié lorsque pas de poincons

Avantages :

The product is constantly being improved and developed. It's already state-of-the-art architecture versus many others who use outdated coding languages and databases. Add to that the fact that new features are constantly being released...many of which were built by the CEO himself...and we have a truly flexible end-to-end solution that will continue to meet our greatest business needs.

Inconvénients :

It is missing internal audits for quality control and client/employee satisfaction. The reports are really made for client-facing, not for internal control. I hear these features are coming...hopefully soon.

Daily user!!

Commentaires : We use it on a daily basis, we execute reports, log our activity on the hour. And many other things. One feature I really find useful, is the fact I can go back and edit reports or logs, and also view others. I can also narrow my past reports history down to categories rather than having to search hours of back logs. Very effective software when trying to report and log activities and reports, as well as time stamps.

Avantages :

The ease of getting logged in and started. At my job location, all team members use this daily, we login at the beginning of shift, and out at the end. I find it easy to navigate and use the applications within the software.

Inconvénients :

I really can't think of any cons about the software, maybe that occasionally it freezes up, but not sure if that's our Network, or the software.

Have worked in the Security Industry for nearly 20 years and accountability should not put the safety of an Officer or the client's property at risk.

Commentaires : If you are serious about providing the best possible service to your clients; then I personally and professionally suggest that the "Scan Button" option for accountability is junked and a less hazardous (both to the Officers and their company's clients) option for accountability be brought forth that can provide "actual" security to a Security Company's client that does not negate the reason that they are there for.

Avantages :

This software provides a catch-all for the company. It provides multiple options for assisting Security Officers and their Management team in providing accountability for the client.

Inconvénients :

In the Security business you are required to be as random in your foot and vehicle patrols as you can be. However, companies are so terrified about accountability that they ignore the concept of being "random" and the TrackTik system seems to support this. ANYONE, who works in the Security field knows the best way to provide coverage for the client is to be unpredictable and random in foot and vehicle patrols, but if you are using the "Scan Button" option that is part of TrackTik, then you have just failed your client. Because anyone that is observing your Officer for 10 to 15 minutes will be able to discover that while the Officer is trying to be random, there are SPECIFIC places that they will be making a client's property unsecure.

Accountability is a focus of TrackTik’s as we aim to streamline our client's processes as much as possible. That being said, we also understand the importance of being unpredictable and random in foot and vehicle patrols, which is why we’d like to suggest the following workflow to help you achieve as much unpredictability as possible. When you create a tour with multiple checkpoints, these checkpoints can be scanned in any order, the order is not forced. For randomization, TrackTik always proposes to have multiple tours with those checkpoints, varying the order each time. This way you’re able to provide randomization in your tours. Customer Support Assistance

Avantages :

I emailed customer support yesterday afternoon for help with sending reports. Our rep emailed me back this morning with clearly understandable directions AND even took the time to record a video of the steps. He wasn't patronizing nor did he talk down to me at all. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Inconvénients :

You took away my bar graphs on the schedules; I will never forgive you for that. The tiles are clunky and don't show at a glance if we have a gap in coverage.

Commentaires : Combined services, increased productivity, and increased visibility of security operations.

Avantages :

An end-to-end system that doesn't just cover the bases, but strives to advance the efficiency and effectiveness in the guarding world. The online portal, with permissions for guards, managers, and clients covers all aspects of our business with visibility where it matters most. The mobile app is a complete solution for on-post or on-patrol security with the ability to create customized reports, perform patrols or guard tours, and track GPS location and geofencing. We have also had an incredible team help us with our implementation, roll out, and customer support. The team is always in contact with us, quick to respond, and constantly working for us on their end of things.

Inconvénients :

We have asked for several additional added features and functionality with the billing platform and reporting that would match more mature operations side of the software. It is also very difficult to manipulate the schedule, manage employees, and other backend functions from mobile. The current app does not include any backend functionality.

It does the job, nothing flashy

Commentaires : I don't know if the way my company used the app took on the fullest set of possible features, or maybe that was an accident of how the property management wanted things done. It actually affected how I'd do my patrols. I had to split up patrolling to watch the property and patrolling to check parking enforcement because I couldn't really do both with the way TrackTik allows me to submit reports.

Avantages :

It did the job. Had a lot of features. It felt like my company didn't use all the features we could have.

Inconvénients :

No ability to save at least 1-2 drafts of reports while working on another report. I had to submit the first report to start working on another. If I'm working on an overall patrol report and a single incident comes up, I don't want to quick rush the overall patrol report for the specific incident report. I need to be able to set the big one aside and do the small one then come back to the big one, with a reference to the other report. For example, if I'm out circling the property and I see a car parked in a handicapped space, I'd have to take care of the car separately on another patrol because I'd have to keep the patrol report open so I could make a once every two hours report. I'd make separate patrols to deal with parking.

Commentaires : A single platform for the security business needs; billing, accounting, scheduling, payroll, tracking, reports, employee accountability etc.

Avantages :

Tracking, scheduling, billing, payroll everything is user friendly, and makes my life easier. I love that it's an all in one platform. Tracktik has made excel scheduling obsolete. I absolutely love the unconfirmed shift feature and the fact that all employees can log in remotely.

Inconvénients :

Glitches, glitches, glitches. There are little quirks to tracktik that you have to remember; clear your cookies and cache when you cannot create a shift. And remember don't try and work from your phone, you will get frustrated.

Commentaires : Many, it controls our entire operations and deployment for the physical security department.

Avantages :

The design, easy of use and overall integration (schedule, reports, payroll, client portal etc.) Notifications and alerts are a fantastic features.

Inconvénients :

Not enough reporting features (HR, Shift/Site Client data). inaccuracies with employee hours in different view modes. Termination and shift removal could be easier.

Avantages :

I like the history tracks and the ability to modify the program to fit our needs. I also like the fact we can email directly from the program to the client.

Inconvénients :

I dont like the way it shows when I try to use it on my smart phone... it never works and I cannot view reports on the phone at all, the screen doesnt change to fit.

Extremely useful app for Security services

Avantages :

Tracktik is a great app used in companies providing Security Services. Features such as site login, reports, panic mode and live monitoring are really helpful in operations

Inconvénients :

I cannot really add any cons about this app however the user interface can be a little bit better.

Too much, hard to use, expensive

Commentaires : Overall a horrible experience. Would not ever use them again or refer anyone to them. They are expensive and force you to buy a minimum number of device licenses even if you only need one. They force you to sign a long term contract and will not let you out for any reason. Due to Covid my business had almost completely shutdown. I explained the situation and asked for help but they refused. They said I could close my account but the full balance for the remaining months would still be due. They got a free $5,000 while my business suffered and I did not use the software at all. The user experience for the web and app is outdated and buggy. The biggest problem with the software is it does way too much but none of it very well. There are other options that cost far less, are easier to use, and are flexible.

Avantages :

Full suite of customizable features. Everything a security company would need to run their operations.

Inconvénients :

Extremely expensive, requires a long term contract, expensive onboarding and implementation, poor user interface and user experience.

Does the job but there are some down falls

Avantages :

Don't have to manually do schedules. Easy access from any computer, shows us when someone did not check in.

Inconvénients :

When shifts are deleted we are not able to check to see which user deletes it. Does not give me a daily report on over time only if we use the payroll side. Does not allow me to print a daily under 40 list.

Avantages :

User friendly, the patrol features works wonderfully, incident reporting feature is good but would be better if it can be made simpler when creating report templates.

Inconvénients :

Pay rates cannot be customised to meet Singapore Employment laws. Would be great if some of the features could be customised to meet local requirements as the HR and payroll features are mostly US and Canada centric.

Non working of CCTV integration,this will actually go along way to service customers.Also,the billable portion for scheduling,is hindering us from utilizing it.

Avantages :

I like the ability to have the software customized to fit our needs. I like the ability to have scheduling, payroll, billing and guard tour software all on one platform.

Inconvénients :

I least like that I have had an issue with the scheduling module for several months now and have had no up date as to if or when it will be fixed.

Avantages :

The program is user friendly and customer service is top notch. I use the program daily and have trained many to use it with no issue. I have been able to customize a number of factors from reports. patrols and photos.

Inconvénients :

It is a lot to take in and can be overwhelming. There are a lot of little features and looking it at for the first time can be a lot to take in.

Staff at Track Tik are very well informed and very professional.

Commentaires : Able to monitor guards in real time and cut down on reports time and use of paper. able to review pass reports by easy search option. As per guards, they find it easy to complete their patrols and also sent any incident report while they are at the scene without needing to return to their duty desk.

Avantages :

This software is easy to teach and use. It helps with easy setup and able to monitor guards in real time.

Inconvénients :

Only issue I have so far is that whenever we want to cancel a patrol. it still sends a email report as not completed. There are no option to switch between reports or patrols.

I am implementing TrackTik for the guards at our facility

Best security guard management system on the market

Commentaires : This system is one of the only guard management systems that uses the NFC technology in Samsung Smartphones. I have used many guard management systems, but none of them provide the "real time accountability" that TrackTik does. The pro, is that the system is feature rich and works as an amazing sales tool. The con, is that this is still a startup company, so it's common to have a feature not work properly or malfunction from time to time. However the program does continue to evolve and I like that my input can help it get were I would like it to be.

Commentaires : tracking reports and evidence of activity

Avantages :

Ability to track activity and reports interaction is great with the ability to send up reports to management in the clients operation as well as your archive for future reference. Ease of access is important as well.

Inconvénients :

the fact that there are separate modules such as scheduling, and some of the other bells and whistles that make the package attractive for someone in the service industry, a remote (non licensed module for scheduling) would also be nice to have for sights that we are not scanning tokens or codes, but just want the associate to be able to clock in and out.

Great software to own

Commentaires : Even sometimes slowdown exist, but this software is still meet user’s needs. I would recommend this software to my friend and colleague.

Avantages :

Easy to edit and submit reports for clients. Good analytics function available to find out the strength and weakness from the report. Users can use this software to find out client’s behaviors to best satisfy their needs.

Inconvénients :

The software usually response very fast, however, sometimes I encountered slowdown and takes me few minutes to get my work done. I would recommend live support or other kind of support.

Avantages :

I like the web function and the ease of use of the system. I am able to login and see at a glance what is going on with multiple sites.

Inconvénients :

I have had glitches that have not been solved, and I have had some irritated employee's because of it.

Commentaires : Tracktik is a great software with a lot of potential. The staff are willing to listed to improvement suggestions but it can take a while to see these changes take place. We have experienced some major hiccups with the software but the staff are keen at fixing any issues that may arise. We would like to see improvements on the overall reliability of this program but for now it covers all our basic security needs(tours, report writing, vehicle management) and we are excited to see what the future holds in store.

Guard Tours

Commentaires : Setting up Check Points, inputting custom names, setting up different tours with the ability to include, exclude, or change the route based on time, day, all have added a significant value add to our client buy in as well as improve performance of our employees. The reporting and notification capability has also added an improvement in accountability real time and history.
