Prise en main facile car il est bien traduit en français. De plus le service client Français est efficace et réactif.

Inconvénients :

Commentaires : Overall we are pleased and excited to utilize ManageEngine on a daily basis.

Avantages :

We recently implemented ManageEngine to easily manage our devices, create uniformity, and enhance security. After using the product for roughly a month now, we are very please with the results. Our team quickly embraced the idea's and have had great success. The front end interface is clutter free and customizable. The backend offers an abundance of control and analytics. We love the ability to remotely manage our devices including remote control when needed. Lastly, small business prices under 26 devices is FREE.

Inconvénients :

Customer service lacks due to lengthy response times and language barriers. While chat support is available, it can be difficult to communicate the problem/solution. In addition, when phoning for support or sales, the phone system is difficult couple with extended wait times.

Great MDM and fantastic price point

Commentaires : Price point and bang for buck is awesome with this product. It will do everything inTune can do and cost you a fraction of the price.

Avantages :

ManageEngine MDM allows us to keep all our devices in security contention by ensuring the devices are always up to date with software and security patches.

Inconvénients :

Can be hard to navigate round the GUI at times.

Deployment of Android Devices

Commentaires : We are able to track out tablets remotely.

Avantages :

I like that the program has an easy to use web interface that allows me to geolocate all of our tablets in the wild and send out announcements to them. I like that I can remote lock the devices and change the passcodes remotely.

Inconvénients :

I d not like that remote access is an add on cost on top of the crazy high price of the yearly licence this came as a shock and was not communicated when we signed the contract. I am also not a fan of their support team that seems to never understand my questions and instead of offering support keeps sending back my email with a request for unrelated information. This even happens with sales.

MEMDM PLUS - Simpley Powerful

Commentaires : We are a custom Industrial and Commercial Android tablet provider. We support our clients who use MDMs and we recommend MDMs for clients to consider.

Avantages :

The system guided me quickly and seamlessly through creating creating a user, its group and associated policy straight into provisioning the device with just a few minutes. Quickest setup I've ever experienced.

Inconvénients :

We deal with a number of AOSP based non GMS supported boards running any number of Android Releases between 7-12 and working with AFW/Google Enterprise has been a challenge.

Commentaires : Easily accessible interface, ease of use, I have been working with this product for more than 3 years and this means something

Avantages :

Easy management of the device fleet, use of the application on several devices at once, the possibility of remote user support, secure work with samsung knox, quick resolution of the issue when contacting support.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes there are problems with installing the application with apk files (not from the Google store), the appearance of bugs in new versions when updating.

ME MDM Review

Commentaires : After trialing several services, ME has been the best option for us.

Avantages :

I love the form and function of this MDM, It has all of the functions of other MDM's in a much more user-friendly interface.

Inconvénients :

Training costs seem to be a bit high, but could be broken down more.

Commentaires : With ME MDM our company was able to improve security issues avoiding install unauthorized apps, at the same time the possibility to distribute new content to devices. The Geo-tracking functionality embedded in MDM let us save money cancelling to services provided with other external solution.

Avantages :

Platform is very easy to use and very intuitive in comparison with other MDS, many variety of ways to complete enrollment process supporting most important operating systems, new features are added continually and support is good.

Inconvénients :

Some issues in my particular case randomly some android devices request the set passcode according to the policy, but event the passcode si set MDM agent request once and once again so the devices keep blocked. It happens juts in a very few cases in group of devices with same model android OS version and MDM agent.

MDM Plus On Prem from a Trucking Company

Commentaires : Very well satisfied

Avantages :

Priced competitively in the market. Easy to use and understand and has been very fast to onboard devices.

Inconvénients :

I would prefer there to be a way to organize documents into folders and place those folders on the devices, but it does have document features, which is nice. I am able to push truck registration to the tablets, in case the paper copies are destroyed.

MDM Easy to use and very helpful

Commentaires : It's a good product. We can contact support and local partners using different media to be in touch directly in case we facing some issues or wants to ask some doubts.

Avantages :

Easy to use and ManageEngine has a lot of information on their web page to configure and create profiles to our mdm devices.

Inconvénients :

The compatibility with some devices but it depends not only of MDM software. I think is an issue with other platforms specially with android and multiple manufacturer of the mobile device.

Very powerful management system

Commentaires : We needed to manage locking down and deploying apps to multiple cell phones. This product does that and so much for more us.

Avantages :

The product has a plethora of features. It is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. This is something that many products don't have. Support is very responsive.

Inconvénients :

The interface is a bit confusing. You have to go "fishing" to find where various settings are because there is a quite a bit of duplication throughout the interface. Several of the tabs along the top should be combined.

Manage Engine Review

Commentaires : Perfect software for point of sale devices. The applicatiion is closed and restart itself. Absolute control on the device from users.

Avantages :

The software enables smart control of the device and allow only one application to run on the android point of sale devices.

Inconvénients :

The difficulty to change settings of the MDM outside the portal from the device. There is no option to remedy the configurrations on the android device.

Mid tier pricing with High quality functionality

Avantages :

I like that our users can have the apps they need sent to them remotely without using personal Apple Ids- Easily transfer devices between users with out getting locked out by personal Apple sign in,

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it takes a day for changes to catch up to the device- offline devices have to wait until passcode unlocked for profile changes to update.

Free Trial

Commentaires : We are trying to be compliant with GDPR and an MDM is essential. I had trialled many systems and ME so far came on the top from functions to cost and support.

Avantages :

I signed up for the free trial before I committed myself. I really love the functions of this application it suits my organisation in everyway. The most useful function is the Fence Repository.

Inconvénients :

The difference in hours between me and support sometime it took longer to get help.

Great Product!

Commentaires : I would prefer to keep with this product, but we are drinking the M365 kool-aid now.

Avantages :

Being able to control device policies. Very granular and intuitive to configure.

Manage Engine MDM

Avantages :

The knowledge base is great and very helpful in getting started. Onboarding devices and deploying configurations is fairly easy. Having the depth in capability in one MDM to manage Windows, MacBooks and Ipads is very useful

Inconvénients :

There are many overlapping methods for use and this redundancy creates wastes of time in learning how to use the software. Deploying configurations takes too long even here in the office with strong network speeds.

Worth the time

Commentaires : I really liked the tool. Overall easy deployment. Easy app distribution. I would definitely recommend the software package.

Avantages :

This management tool is relatively straight forward. Distributing apps and managing devices is much easier to setup and utilize over some others like Microsoft Intune.

Inconvénients :

I had some issues with remote access of the devices but at least it was an option.

Manage Engine a great tool to manage your devices

Commentaires : we where able to manage our versions of an app and keep our devices also up to date without any differences between the devices.

Avantages :

The product was easy to setup and very easy to use, it is pretty straight forward.

Inconvénients :

the option that i missed was to copy a existing profile, it would have saved some time creating a profile with a copy of a baseline.

The Best MDM

Commentaires : We use ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus primarily for company-issued iPhones. This service has made it very easy to manage the iPhones and control what the users can do with them, all while maintaining security and being able to control the device when necessary.

Avantages :

I like how easy it is to manage company devices, whether it's Apple, Android, or other. You can completely control a device remotely, going so far as to geo-locate it, disable it, wipe it, and even just reset the lock PIN remotely.

Inconvénients :

The only con I have is navigating the menus can be a little confusing sometimes. Occasionally, you'll find the device only to realize you were in the Enrollment tab and not the Device Management tab, and be unable to push apps to a phone for that small reason.

An overall solid product with a few quirks.

Commentaires : Our overall experience is positive. We are able to accomplish everything we need, and the times that we have had issues, support was generally responsive via chat. As others have pointed out, chat support can be a little more difficult in explaining the issue but we've always been able to get any issue resolved.

Avantages :

We have used this product for a number of years now and it does everything we need it to do. Once everything is set up it's almost been set it and forget it. We don't have a lot of turnover so once a device is assigned to a user we're generally good to go. When it comes time for an upgrade, or to add new devices, we can ship directly to the end user and remain hands off. We have ABM set up to auto enroll new devices to the MDM so we just need to assign the device and wait form them to receive it. Once powered on, the device is setup with our apps, documents, and any restrictions we have in place. I have yet to have an issue in this regard.

Inconvénients :

The interface seems unnecessarily complicated. Since this is not a product that I am in on a daily basis, I constantly find myself needing to search around for where a particular setting is when do need it. While not a deal breaker for us, it can be a bit of an annoyance.
