Avantages :

Ring Central is very robust and the cost reflects that for the most part.

Inconvénients :

The sales dept made 3 appointments and no showed all 3 times. My inside support person is a a grouchy B---OTCH who wants to argue with me and tells me I am the only one every that has been unhappy.

Avantages :

Ce logiciel est très efficace et rapide en ce sens que tu peux enregistrer plein de tes communication appel , c'est un logiciel vraiment efficace.

Inconvénients :

Pour le moment je n'ai pas d'inconvénients pour ce logiciel.

Commentaires : Ce logiciel me permettait de prendre le temps de noter des eéléments lors e mes conversations téléphoniques avec mes supérieurs.

Avantages :

J'ai vraiment apprécié ce logiciel, efficace pour mes réunions en ligne avec mes collaborateurs d'autres pays. Ce logiciel nous donnes la possibilité de réécouter des conversations téléphoniques si un détail nous avait échappé.

Inconvénients :

Ce logiciel coûte cher mais vaut quand même le coût d'être utilisé. Le support technique ne s'engage dans la résolution de certaines interruptions. Vous êtes en temps record éjecté de l'application. Ce support technique devrait être revu.

Ring Central is a solid small business phone service

Commentaires : Overall we really liked Ring Central. The only reason we switched away was because a friend started their own VOIP phone service and we got to support them and use it for cheap. I really like Ring Central and have recommended it to several friends over the years.

Avantages :

We used Ring Central for about a year and it was always pretty good. I really liked the mobile app because it allowed us to work remotely and not have to pay for phone service at our employees homes.

Inconvénients :

The phone service only ever had a problem when the internet went down on our office or in my neighborhood. Ring Central was great, the internet was not reliable enough.

Commentaires : Our office used RingCentral for all it's telephony (calls, text, voice mail) needs for over 3 years. We rarely experienced outages or issues and it allow us to maintain a local Canadian office phone number despite working 100% remotely. Unlike some VoIP competitors it also had built in text message services which made SMS authentication through text seamless.

Avantages :

RingCentral allowed our office to keep it's dedicated Canadian office phone number and take that office phone global with it's VoIP system. We we're able to use text authentication services, call clients, and keep our office going from any location in the world.

Inconvénients :

RingCentral offers more than most VoIP services - mainly because of it's dedicated app. That said the cost of this service is far more than most of it's competitors. It's an expensive solution unless easy of use outweighs cost.

Can find better value elsewhere

Commentaires : poor, Always had the issue of tying to get through to customer service and it was not a convenient experience. 1/2 hour to 1 hour hold time is not good for service.

Avantages :

Nothing that is outstanding, used a fax line for small business and it worked well, issue was the price increases. Year over Year they wanted me to pay $275 or so from 120 bucks. I did not think that was fair. Gave them an opportunity to lower price and they refused, hence the change to another company

Inconvénients :

getting through the customer service line for simple inquiries was impossible.

RingCentral MVP is great for internal collaboration

Commentaires : Although we do not love their customer service department, overall it is worth the money.

Avantages :

It was easy to install, and it is easy to use.

Inconvénients :

The customer service department is improving but it still takes a long time to resolve issues. There is a lot of waiting on hold for unimportant tasks.

Commentaires : RingCentral has been easy to use and implement and recommend for small or large businesses.

Avantages :

The ease of use and ability for our sales team to be able to answer calls that are meant for our team during business hours, and have a simple and organized location for all after-hours calls.

Inconvénients :

No specific cons at this time. Before, the app did not include HUD features which made it more difficult, but this has been addressed.

Increasing Business Development Response Time

Commentaires : Overall, this software has changed the way our Business Development Team operates for our inbound marketing. It has made our response times to warm leads very minimal with getting a representative in contact as soon as possible. The dictation of voicemails has also changed the way we can provide a direct answer to a client even after hours.

Avantages :

The ability to create call trees for different departments of our organization has been a game changer in our response time for leads.

Inconvénients :

Some of the connectivity can be an issue between phone vs desktop application.

Avantages :

Aside from the functionality I like that you have the option to have an actual desktop phone, or softphone to use an app on a mobile device to stay connected with team members, prospects, and customers.

Inconvénients :

This does not happen often but there could be a lag once in a blue moon.

Best tool for calls

There were no technical errors at all while using the application, nor were there any call drops.

Commentaires : Generally good, but SMS setup and approval was a royal pain.

Avantages :

AI liked the good features, reasonable price, and good usability.

Inconvénients :

They made it VERY DIFFICULT to use SMS.

Commentaires : I like ring central better then spectrum or At&T. Love that it connects to your mobile phone and can login and out of when needed.

Avantages :

Easy to use on Mobile phone and link your ext to your mobile app. Easy to transfer calls to the correct person. Can log in and out when needed.

Inconvénients :

Voicemail not linked to email address to come through as an email.

I like all the features that the app has like choosing your schedule to receive calls, is very easy to transfer the calls.

Inconvénients :

The app most of the time works very slow, and is not just in my computer because my colleagues has the same issue. I need to close it and open it back few times during the day

Great VoIP service

Commentaires : I like Ring Central, implementation was seemless and made my life easy from and IT standpoint

Avantages :

I like the ability to transfer within the app. That functionality within the app as well as on the desk phone makes my life easier with all the incorrect calls that are routed to my desk by others.

Inconvénients :

I am not a big fan of the mobile app functionality, and being IT that is a huge feature for me in a remote world

Easy to Use and Convenient

I like how you are able to use the app on your desktop or mobile phone. Makes it easier when you work from home.

At first the application was confusing to use but customer service was really helpful. So not really a con.

Commentaires : The setup was a little rocky, was called one afternoon for setup in the middle of the work day , BUT worth the hassle. Phone system is awesome!!

Love the control it gives us and the money we are saving from the local utility phone company

Great phone system with some room for improvement

Avantages :

Enables us to setup teachers with Soft phones on their mobile phones, enabling them to call parents using the school's main phone number as their call-back number.

Inconvénients :

The phone app is slow to respond at times, ringing 5 or 6 seconds after the desk phone (all settings are to ring all simultaneously)There are at least 2 or 3 different sets of instructions to setting up a hot desk phone, none of them helped, so the documentation on their website desperately needs a review

I love that i can download the app and call any pts from my personal phone with my business number showing up

Inconvénients :

The thing i like least about ringcentral is the text message feature.
