Avantages :

Tu peux donner ton avis sur des produits et services un peu comme capterra Tu répond au sondage et ça permet au entreprise d'améliorer leur produits et services Les enquêtes sont faciles et ce qui y a de mieux c'est que on se fait de l'argent après chaque sondages

Inconvénients :

Bien que les sondages soient pas réguliers mais ça aide beaucoup

Une bonne alternative à EVAL & GO qui plus est, intégrable à l'offre ZOHO que nous utilisons déjà par ailleurs.

Inconvénients :

Très facile à appréhender, il permet d'être utilisé en externe mais également pour des enquêtes internes

2) User registration for events. etc.

Avantages :

Features which are most impactful:- 1) Simple and elegant UI. 2) Question branching. 3) Question Shuffling. 4) Response Validation. 5) Audio/Video/Image embedding. 6) Reporting, scheduling and export. Zoho Survey is easy to use just like most of the other apps of Zoho. Integration was easy with existing business process. Just try it out and you will love it.

Inconvénients :

Yes, they can improve zoho survey. If they can add import features from other survey apps. Direct integration with most of the CRM, Email Marketing tools without the use of any third-party tools will be a best update in the app. There is nothing in the app which is difficult to use. Integration with my existing business process is always is easy.

Commentaires : Great survey tool, very complete and straightforward. Would recommend it for all Zoho One users. However if you do not need to integrate your survey answers to your CRM you will probably can get the job done with free tools like Surveymonkey or Google Forms

Inconvénients :

I wouldn't consider buying Zoho Survey as a stand-alone product. The tool has been designed to work as an extension of Zoho One, it doesn't integrate well with third party crms.

Commentaires : Overall experience is Great, Price for the product is also fair enough.

Zoho Survey is best survey management software. Basically, It provides various pre-defined survey templates which results in saving a lot of time.

Inconvénients :

There are some UI glitches in the software which needs to be taken care of. Rest all is good.

It enabled us to create complex interactive forms in simple way.We able to get feedback on our services from customers which helped us to improve our service quality and customer satisfaction.It also helped us to improve working environment by collecting timely feedback from our employees.

I think the software is well set out for beginners to advanced users with a lot of helpful resources to get the job done quickly.

I just think it's expensive and I found a free option but it was good they have a free trial so I could give it a suss.

I'd heartily suggest Zoho Survey as a platform for conducting surveys.

Commentaires : The options are either overpriced or not at all worthwhile. Although Typeform is nice, it is overly austere. Although Google Forms is wonderful, it is too simple. This issue is resolved by Zoho Survey, which also provides more integration options.

The lack of a wide variety of questions kinds was the aspect of the Zoho Survey that I liked the least. Although the drag-and-drop interface is excellent for quickly producing surveys, there isn't a very wide variety of question options compared to some other survey platforms. This is a small problem, though, as Zoho Survey still offers many wonderful features and functionalities.

Avantages :

Dear All, I liked the features, which are good, user friendly and easy to use. While for the initial days I felt the tool looked a little tricky to use, it was quite intuitive and could use it in a more efficient manner. Hope to see this tool introduce more and more features, which are more relevant to address our business use cases.

Inconvénients :

In some instances, such as matrix drop down etc, I felt certain customizations were not possible or were difficult to use. So, I am hoping that if these areas also we could work effortlessly I would be a great boon for us.

Avantages :

We use Zoho survey to conduct easy and fast surveys among our clients and customers. It is intuitive both on the business side( organizations) and on the customer side(survey recipients).I love its mobile approach ,which is very important because majority of survey respondents answer our surveys from their smartphones. I like the integration with Google drive ,which has made it possible to save data from Zoho survey on Drive ,allowing easy access to it from anywhere and at anytime in the future for reuse.

Inconvénients :

Zoho surveys hasn't got the most modern of user interfaces. From experience, I have learnt that survey respondents can choose to continue or discontinue a survey just because of how catchy or unattractive the survey page interface is. Zoho needs to work on this shortcoming.

Commentaires : ZohoSurvey allows me to share surveys and questionnaires anywhere quickly and in a timely manner. We are free to choose and it is really easy to implement. All options are optimized for mobile devices. Customizable templates make our work easier and save a lot of time. Another key feature is the large number of how-to videos that exist to learn how to use the platform if you have never used it.

Avantages :

I love that it is easy to use, the simple drag and drop point makes our work easier. I used it to post questionnaires for a client meeting when I was working for another company. We use it for several projects right now because it is easy to develop and control, the reports are easily generated and this makes the task easier.

Inconvénients :

I have no criticism about this platform. A part of the highlights took a hint at my interest to encourage me that overall I found it to be really easy to understand. Raw material in a different way, without inconvenience.

Survey issues solved!

Commentaires : I was long looking for an alternative, after a competitive provider (with a great ape in its name) bought and up-priced the survey I had used. Then I realised that Zoho, whose CRM we had used for 5+ years, has a survey function too. Tried, tested and passed: problem solved.

Avantages :

It's extremely easy to create, administer, share and embed surveys. We seldom need customer service, but when we need it we get fast and professional help. If you're a small team, you want your surveys look as if you spent months developing them and you don't want the logo of an over-advertised survey provider at the bottom, go for Zoho.

Inconvénients :

Frankly, my main problem is that I cannot catch up with the new functions. Some of them may be an overkill, I include them anyway and go back to most basic functions. But some users may need them.

Convenient Survey Option!

Commentaires : Zoho survey is great for collecting customer feedbacks, and getting real time responses. It has helped us in gathering feedback responses form the customers, understanding their pain points and making more strategic decisions for bringing optimal results.

Avantages :

Zoho survey is easy to set up. The survey tool is simple and straightforward to use. Setting up the survey formats can be done within a couple of minuets, also prepairing questionnaires is much efficient with a pre-built templates, and can be customized or edit if neccessary.

Inconvénients :

Nothing really of note, the survey tool is working fine for me. BTW, if I could simply put my company logo at the header part and also contacts/website info on the footer of my survey, it would've been great.

Good value for money

It's very budget-friendly and also has integrations with various software

Inconvénients :

It took a long time for the product to get fully functional. The customer support team was approachable but I'd have loved it if it didn't take too long to set it up initially.

Commentaires : The experience has been the best with users given the fabulous consideration that they can answer the survey questions in any language they are comfortable with.
Finally,the support team always there to assist users incase there are issues is quite encouraging.

Commentaires : We use Zoho Survey for user feedback gathering and internal staff surveys.

Avantages :

Form builder with range of complex selector tools, such as ranking sliders and star ratings, provide a more playful option than traditional checkboxes and radio buttons. Easy to aggregate results provide data insights of responses.

Inconvénients :

Richer data highlighting surveys not completed or invitations not viewed on a per user basis would be helpful. Further linking this information with additional nudge options might help to encourage participation.

Very easy to use. Create surveys in very little time.

Avantages :

I love the ease of use and the large amount of ways you can query the survey results. Nice field types. I was able to create a nice survey with questions that appear based on how the user answers the questions.

Inconvénients :

None, but I would like to see the Deluge scripting added for more fine tuning of the way the surveys can be manipulated based on how the questions are answered. I would also like to see the ability to add sections and page breaks. Zoho Forms has the option to save the form and let the user resume with that form later. These features would be a nice for Zoho Survey and also Zoho Forms. Note: The competing software also does not have these features but since Zoho is the best, why not make it even better?
