Avantages :

Easy to use and the Elite Extra customers service is great.

Inconvénients :

The driver tracking and GPS systems on the app are not the best and sometimes take our drivers to the wrong locations. It also allows drivers to get off the app so we can no longer track them.

Elite EXTRA Deployment

Commentaires : We are pleased we made the decision to go with Elite EXTRA. It's a solid platform with more features and a large install base of automotive parts delivery companies like APH. The implementation and training team were very helpful getting us live at so many stores in such a short period of time, they were great to work with.

Avantages :

The Elite EXTRA product is robust, feature-rich and an excellent fit to the automotive parts delivery business. The staff at Elite EXTRA also know our business inside and out and were very helpful in showing us proven best-practices for getting the most out of the service.

Inconvénients :

We have not been able to deploy the "Driver Self-Dispatching" feature yet because it requires our paper invoices to have bar codes on them which we are waiting on our software development team to implement.

Avantages :

Avantages :

That it ties into ACDelco Connection for buyers to see.

Inconvénients :

Very robust program and not always easy to navigate as well as drivers ETAs are never right. Also, need to work on the geo fencing.

We do not have any cons. If i had to choose the reporting takes some getting used to so we can find what we need

Commentaires : Elite is exceptional. I can’t praise enough on how this program has helped our company over the years. Our drivers coordinate their routes and help save us money from saying they didn’t get delivered and we have proof of delivery and pictures.

Avantages :

This program is very easy to use, and it helps coordinate our routes and save our company money. It’s a safety blanket for when customers have questions about deliveries being dropped off and ETA times of deliveries when we will be showing up.

Inconvénients :

Nothing comes to mind no issues here and don’t have anything that comes to mind.

Dispatching for Healthcare Company

Avantages :

Elite offers us real time tracking and optimized routing options to deliver blood products across the state expediently. Personally i find elite to be user friendly and probably haven't even scratched the surface on all of its features. Easy history search functions allow me to revisit any jobs that need further data or to resolve a discrepancy easily. Elite takes a lot of stress out of dispatching emergent life saving products on a daily basis for me.

Inconvénients :

Not many complaints to come up with for this software. Minor bugs have been a nuisance at times, but easy to reach tech support has helped to either solve issues in real time, or put on the radar for future updates. Once i gained a working knowledge of this product, it has been easy to use and there have been minimal deficiencies. The most common issue i have had has been stops not closing out in real time but seems to almost exclusively be a cellular reception issue as we are in the bowels of hospitals rather than a software issue.

Commentaires : Overall experience is very good. From the ease of use, simplified driver app for drivers and responsiveness of support team.

Avantages :

The support team is extremely responsive to inquiries and the uptime percentage is very good.

Inconvénients :

The desktop app will open tab after tab when we are working through an issue and switching between screens. I can end up with 8-10 open tabs when complete.

Commentaires : Overall, I like it. I like that you can track deliveries and know more than if we weren't using it.

Avantages :

I like that we can tell customers where their delivery is in the schedule, that we can see pictures of the deliveries, and that if the notifications work, the customer can track their delivery.

Inconvénients :

Notifications don't always work out. Also, if someone puts a lot of * in the notes, it spreads the columns out to where we can't scroll to the right to see everything.

Avantages :

It is important for our business to be able to monitor deliveries and track proof of sales. I like to see where my employees are at and when they will be back to the store so that we can plan future deliveries.

Inconvénients :

The scheduled routes feature is messed up. In regards to the process for returning parts, we need to put in the part number and the line code. i would like to be able to input the part number and for the the possible line codes to automatically populate.

Avantages :

Number one reason is tracking, we wanted a way to know where our drivers were during their delivery runs.

Inconvénients :

The learning curve is a little steep at first but it isnt impossible to achieve. Some of the people we trained did not catch on very quickly.

The program allows us to visually organize and route our drivers efficiently. We can see where they are at all times and can easily add additional pickups or reroute them depending on where they are.

The one software anybody doing deliveries should use

Commentaires : From start to finish setting up this service was a breeze. Their customer support is always ready to help, and setup was simple with almost no hiccups. It took our team 1 week to get used to the new procedure but they have been in love with it ever since.

Avantages :

Elite EXTRA is easy to use and provides our drivers with critical information to plan out their day. Our dispatchers also enjoy the ease of use, and how simple it is to change paths on the fly.

Inconvénients :

We wish the return system was automatically included in the price we pay each month. Returns included would be great.

Worth the Money

Avantages :

The ease of using the system and the time an attention the staff gave during set up and training was amazing. They are always available for issues and quick to resolve them.

Inconvénients :

There is not much of a discount for the more vehicles/drivers you have using the system.

It has allowed our clients to have a new forum in which they can view and track their customers orders. It has allowed us to modernize our systems and market ourselves better.

Commentaires : Been a good experience over all, except for pick ups, i have to type a long destination to get it back here. If i just typer ford they have to clear through each pick up at the end

Parts Delivery

Avantages :

We love the live tracking and proof of delivery options. Being able to take photos that are automatically saved under the invoice number allows for a secondary check system to ensure the correct parts and quantities got delivered if a discrepancy arises, allowing us to better take care of our customers and dealership.

Inconvénients :

There are lots of options with reporting that we love. But they are set reports with only a few filter options. When reporting our profit, with driver mileage with customer info etc. I have to pull a few reports and combine them in excel. Would like to see more filter or include options.
