System allows us to have multiple calenders for doctor and therapists. Reports of services provided, missed or rescheduled appointments help our office keep accurate stats.
I find that with our part time employee it is difficult to change her availability around of appointments.

Just like its name suggests!
Commentaires : Overall, no complaints! It works well for us and we like how easy appointment scheduling is!
Avantages :
EZnet Scheduler was great for our office when the pandemic shifted so many things remote--it's easy to use, reasonably priced, and good for the full appointment process. I think the practicality of it for both in-office and remote environments is the biggest plus.
Inconvénients :
More than once there have been login issues. If you forget a password, that can create a whole world of complications (customer service helps when they can of course). It does time out quickly too.

excellent scheduling software!!
Commentaires : EZNet Scheduler makes it so easy for everyone in our company to know exactly what is going on, no matter where we are at (work, home, anywhere!) without complicated emails or notifications. We have loved it ever since we started using it, and several upgrades have made it even better. We have multiple recording booths at our studio, and our schedule changes constantly throughout the day. EZNet makes it so simple for any employee to make changes to the schedule and put all notes and necessary information, including billing information, about each session into the schedule.
Avantages :
EZNet Scheduler lets you organize calendar functions like a good old handwritten calendar. So many options for how to set it up and also for categorizing appointments. Our company tried other scheduling software, but always went back to a paper schedule book because they didn't allow for making notes or easy changes to appointments. We have many different kinds of appointments in our business, and the color coding makes it so easy. And the ability to input many different types of information about the appointments is outstanding (all client info, notes about the appointment, etc.). The "appointment status" options, which are completely customizable, are excellent, too.
Inconvénients :
The program is great on laptop/desktop, but making changes on a phone is a bit tricky, at least with the configuration my company uses. It is also too easy to accidentally move an appointment by mistake when using the phone version. My only other complaint is the drop down "support" menu, which is directly above the "Today" button, which I need to click many times a day....the support menu will drop down and cover up the "today" button as you scroll over that part of the screen. Other than that, it's pretty much perfect!

Commentaires : For the price we pay, we have access to very limited features.

Served the purpose we needed it to for a while.
Inconvénients :
Software seems very outdated and not very functional or user friendly. Unnecessarily complicated to use and does not have important built-in features such as auto-saving, auto-replies, or easy online scheduling.

EZnet Scheduler Experiences
Commentaires : This is a reliable program that is reasonably priced and works very well for offices with remote workers as well as on site.
Avantages :
Having a cloud based, reliable software is imperative for our office; this program fits the bill.
Inconvénients :
Reminder and notifications are more cumbersome to set up than we would like, it would be good to have the ability to set up multiple clients at one time for those.

Commentaires : It's fairly simple to use. It's really not great, but it's better than nothing. It's a shame we have devoted so much time to this particular software, I would love to see it upgrade itself and transform into a "can't live without" program.
Avantages :
I love the use of notes when booking appointments. The drop-down menu for tagging multiple people is also a plus.
Inconvénients :
It's 2022 and this software doesn't have an app. It is hard to use on a cellphone browser. In Today's world, a company needs to be flexible. This software does not fit into that category. Frankly, it's been too long for it to NOT have an app, and seems like there could be better alternatives.

We agree we need an app and are putting that together and is on deck. We can make adjustments to the mobile experience. Software Review
Commentaires : This is so much better than our old system of scheduling in a handwritten calendar. There are probably many more uses to the EZnet Scheduler than I have been able to utilize.
Avantages :
The program is easy to use for the most part.
Inconvénients :
It doesn't seem compatible with multiple appointment schedules. For example: we have 5 accountants, and each one utilizes has different time slots for appointments during tax season. This year we had your programmers set them up, but it still was not perfect. It would be nice if you had search filters (like you could go to the next available time slot rather than look at each day for the next available slot). Could there be a way to leave a slot available one scheduled when a client calls and wants to move the date they want to schedule rather than clearing out the appointment slot entirely?

Jan thanks so much for your review. You can look for next available slot either through internal calendar searching by day or to see more openings by week or month. Or, your customers can click on type of appointment and view available appointments in external calendar. Or, open a second browser window and view the Scheduler side by side if you want to look for next appointment while keeping the existing appointment open. Alternately, we offer custom programming and would be happy to discuss this with you. To address your second question, there are two ways to have multiple appointments per time slot. First, you can change the assignment count in Station/Employee management option under Company Account. Select the edit wrench, then change the value in Assignment Count field to 2 or however many appointments you wish to have available per time slot. Or force save directly from an appointment. Please call our customer support team for additional details at 888.959.7475.
Mecanics

easy to use to book jobs for mechanics . Can schedule different jobs to different mechanics

IntelliVu digital job board enables a Kanban view and we've created drag and drop capability so you can track the progress of each job. Enhanced Text Messaging is two-way text messaging which automatically updates the appointment status in the Scheduler. If you're interested in participating in our beta release, please contact our customer support team at 888.959.7475 to be a part of a select group of customers to use these features first. To override the blocked time, click on any open time slot, edit the appointment with the start time, date, and end time and date (on the top left). When you select "save" the system will prompt to "force save the appt". Select yes and you will then override the blocked time. Call 888.959.7475 with any questions. Thanks again!
Good software for basic scheduling needs. Not too fussy, though is sensitive to appoinment process.
Commentaires : Ability to view, track, and manipulate schedule online has been a huge help to our customers. It is also extremely helpful having the ability to quickly and easily update appointment statuses as they happen.
Avantages :
-Appointment Status drop-down selection -Appointment email reminders are extremely helpful -Screen navigation and view manipulation -Helpful export feature -Ability to select multiple instructors for a single appointment. Makes meetings schedules much easier.
Inconvénients :
-Buggy and easy to break. Once broke down the entire server because I accidentally put an end time to occur before the start time. Shut the whole site down. -Can't run any usable reports, such as amounts of time spent by different instructors for specified date range and appointment status. Currently must be counted manually. -Frequent loss of appointments. Disappears for no apparent reasons. Will be scheduled, shows on screen, then few days later or so, customer shows up with hand written appointment card. No appointment on schedule. -Updating customer info has no affect on any existing appointments scheduled for customer. Must update the client in the database, then go and find every occurring scheduled appointment for said customer and update manually. Previous software updated all appointment occurrences with one update.

We can customize any report for you and in many cases we can show you how to run the report you need. A report can be created that will not require manual counting . It's called Ez for a reason!
Commentaires : I would say for the simplicity of the product it lives up to what we need. There a are a few tweaks we need specifically for our business but I am happy with the product.
Avantages :
When trying to find a simple system to input jobs to see which tech has what job, to see how full or lacking in appointments we were. We found EzNet's price and flexibility to be head and shoulders above the rest.
Inconvénients :
When viewing out to see the month calendar you cannot read the screen. It is difficult to see how the full month looks. Week to Week is decent but the monthly is unreadable.

Some good but most really bad
Commentaires : If the web support actually takes the time to help fix our problems, we can be more satisfied using the product.

It is good as far as using it for scheduling purposes. The different types of views are fantastic

We have the assessors calendars that we view daily for community assignments and every so often it resets too see all calendars and we would have to set it up again. it is a inconvenience to whoever is scheduling for the day.

When I initially started using this software it was great...now over the last few months, I get kicked out after almost each use, it pixels and kicks me out, it isn't as user friendly as it used to be. I've tried reaching out to support with no assistance

Avantages :
This software is easy to use and pretty self explanatory. It's customizable to make it more functional and specific to our needs. Not sure where we would be or what we would do without EZnet.
Inconvénients :
It would be great to have a history feature on appointments that were previously deleted. For each day run a report to see if appointments were deleted and by which user.

Serves my purposes very well with only a few limitations
Commentaires : Greatest benefit is that I have my schedule available to me on my mobile device anywhere I go and I can make changes or schedule new appointments quickly and easily.
Avantages :
I like that this software is cloud based and that any changes from any device are automatically updated.
Inconvénients :
I wish that the software could handle patient accounts. I also wish I could click on a name and then be able to see everything about that patient including past and future appointments and account information.

The ability to filter customers by what is needed to identify last appointment, notes, and animal name.
Inconvénients :
On the customer end the complaints are that they are unable to reset their password if they forgot the original one and end up calling us to make an appointment.

Awesome gamechanger for my practice!

Avantages :
I like that I can access my schedule from remote locations and anytime on my cellphone. Also a big fan of the text and email reminders.
Inconvénients :
There can be improvements when initially imputing a new patient and setting up the reminders.

Sometimes when moving appointments up and down / or dragging to block a day the system gets stuck and I have to log out and back in again for it to do what I needed to do.

Generally not easy to use, not a lot of functionality, visually/interface not very appealing.
Avantages :
Cost. Ability to restrict each user from seeing schedule of other users. Able to sort of use it on different devices.
Inconvénients :
Notification template/code is awful. Just not easy to use. Just visually doesn't look professional (especially email notifications). Many functions not available or easy to use.

Easy & Accurate

Avantages :
This software is used for scheduling tax clients for a nationwide free tax preparation service. I have found it easy to print daily schedules. Customer support helps me when I'm locked out, too.
Inconvénients :
There are none. The software does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Easy to use
Avantages :
I find this software very easy to use. I sign in and can see my schedule for the day, the week, or the month. With a click on a name, I can see the details I need to communicate with my appointment.
Inconvénients :
I would like to be able to set my view preference. The screen automatically opens to the day view but I find the week view more helpful.

Good tool

It is not compatible with mobile devices. It would be nice to have an app. where changes can be made as well.

Avantages :
Easy for consumers to view options and schedule intake appointments. Generated confirmation/reminder emails are customizable, timely, and helpful.
Inconvénients :
The user framework and display could be improved. The view settings are not easily navigated.
