Better bang for your buck

Commentaires : Great for contact management and keep in touch

Avantages :

Easy to use and customize. Mobile option is good for looking folks up.

Inconvénients :

Doesn't easily export to Command, I love the website but the extra cost to tie it into the IDX means I don't use it.

Commentaires : IXACT Contact has enabled me to keep in constant communication with my SOI and leads. It also reminds me of tasks and holds me accountable to keep in communication.

Avantages :

I like the ease of use of the many features of IXACT Contact. This system has everything I need to stay on track with my leads, past clients and SOI. I can track my business and IXACT Contact holds me accountable. The monthly e-newsletters are very well written.

Inconvénients :

For me, there is some difficulty and confusion when working in the "properties" tab.

Horrible CRM

Commentaires : Not solving anything with Exact. Just acting as a 'place holder' of my contacts. Too much work and they make it complicated.

Avantages :

The support staff are helpful and friendly.

Inconvénients :

1. They "updated" their system, now you must scroll down and open each section for each category main contact person, home address, work address, spouse instead of having a main profile page with all the info. Seriously, They can't have husband/ wife info in the same section? Then you must open a section for a place of employment one for the main contact and then spouse/partner. Unable to have more than 3 people as contacts i.e roommates. I convert a lot of leases into sales. 2. Can not search for a person by the full name you mist search either first or last name. 3. They have a pre-written monthly newsletter but I must re-write because their pre-written newsletter is so bad. Essentially the same gibberish; I am your agent, I know all about this I am so great, call me. Can not do a mass removal of the newsletter for either each client or entire data base. You must individually remove each month for each client - OMG. 4. Their online tutorials are limited and feeble. NOT a robust system.

CRM for Realtors

Commentaires : I had an old CRM that wasn't designed specifically for real estate transactions. I spent a lot of time developing timelines and email templates. Now, I can enter a lead into Ixact Contact and have them assigned to a drip campaign or follow up in the matter of seconds instead of ten minutes. Things are streamlined and moving better now a days.

Avantages :

There are many features that are designed specifically for real estate; e-mail drip campaigns, transaction timelines, e-mail templates, etc. I don't have to spend time creating content as it is already at my fingertips.

Inconvénients :

The mobile app could be better. It is clunky to maneuver and could look more like the computer interface.

Time management saver

Avantages :

Love the monthly news letter. Great Canadian content. Love the ease to customize monthly or just let it go out.

Inconvénients :

Anything I didn’t like I suggested as ideas for upgrades. They have implemented changes.

Best CRM and Touch Product on the Market

Commentaires : Fantastic Investment

Avantages :

This CRM has all the features needed to stay in touch with your current, past and future clients. Its easy to learn and highly effective. It doesn't over task you for functions not necessary for Rain Maker. You can goal track, track you income and future income opportunities with easy. I highly recommend you implement this CRM as soon as you get into the business.

Inconvénients :

There are still functions that I'm not using, so that's my fault not your fault.

Great CRM

Commentaires : This CRM is the best I've ever used. And I've gone through a few that I was never really happy with. This CRM is easy to use and keeps me on task.

Avantages :

This product is easy to use. The mobile option makes this great for keeping up with my tasks while on the road.

Inconvénients :

Some features that you can get on your desktop version are not currently available on mobile version. Setting KIT's or Activity plans for example.

CRM FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS

Commentaires : We have used it for several years and like the updates that have been made and ease of overall use.

Avantages :

It is easy to set up and use on most platforms. The newlsetter is a lead generator. task reminders arecrucial to my business and Ixact performs well in this area.

Inconvénients :

finding information can be slow and the app and computer screens are somewhat different.

Does the job!

Commentaires : It's great, I hope they continue to develop features on easy usage and more campaign marketing. Also social media options.

Avantages :

Data base is easy to use and I can upload excel spreadsheets. Duplicates can be managed as well. Next I will be purchasing the IDX website service.

Inconvénients :

Wish customer service would help navigate questions better with walking us through issues. Need to add more newsletter options the header options are limited and not very modern, too big. Needs more client touch options.

Average CRM Program

Commentaires : Overall, it's an average program for CRM and database management. Some people I know like it but some don't. I think it depends on the user. It was relatively affordable so good for someone who likes something that has the functions and that's relatively inexpensive.

Avantages :

I used to use this program for my CRM, but I found that it was very technical and aesthetically boring. It had some decent features like sending out monthly newsletters and newsletter templates and such and I could edit client profiles and it would set up reminders and such.

Inconvénients :

It had a bunch of functions that I didn't really use and the user interface was a bit complicated and not that easy to use. Takes some time to build proficiency in the program.

Commentaires : I have used contact management software for over 15 years- was a strong user of ACT but they did not keep up with technology so I had to switch

Avantages :

Like the feature of tracking sales and dates- follow up on active contracts- The monthy newsletter is worth the price of the product

Inconvénients :

The calendar would work better - to difficult to schedule appts with clients notes- the mobile ap

How times have changed with contact management

Commentaires : We are now able to record sales, have better contact with our past clients and have all this at your fingertips wherever you are.

Avantages :

We were able to move all our contacts into IXACT and much better way of keeping in touch with our past clients

Inconvénients :

You do have to spend some time learning the program but it is worth the learning curve

Working ON Your Business ..made easy

Commentaires : Overall a very useful management system. Good value.

Avantages :

I like the data base call management, the Leads organized. The emailing tracking mechanism in the activity history. Sync with phone address book. Monthly mass email.

Inconvénients :

The conditional and firm sales should show at the top of the sales box , not in Ofer 2 or 3 if the listings or potential listings. The mass email letter is antiquated. It needs a revamp as adding photos is tricky and the layout for the articles should have some more flexibility. It’s time consuming to customize

My IXact review from a real estate perspective

Commentaires : Staying in touch is easier

Avantages :

The monthly newsletters are typically well-written. I rely on them to stay in touch with especially past clients

Inconvénients :

Compared to our former contact management company, I feel that Ixact is a bit more difficult to search for contacts. The item I dislike the most is that it is MOST DIFFICULT to produce a list of contacts to print out. It is extremely awkward. Many times, I need a list of home inspectors or contractors, etc. to send to a client. There are too many steps to go through in order to obtain that information.

Commentaires : Good experience staying in touch using KIT coach and letters

Avantages :

Great for task management and staying in touch with DB. Easy to get set up and running. Easy to use.

Inconvénients :

I wish their were an automated social media poster and way to set up a drip campaign for postcards not printed in the system. Just as a reminder to mail out certain things. Additional functionality would be nice BUT that would make the system harder to use.

All my needs served in this one stop shop!

Commentaires : IXACT has given me accountability in my business. I am able to see at a glance my activity as far as drip campaigns, what leads I have been able to turn around and in what time. It has helped me work more efficiently and see clearly the parts of my business that I need to improve on.

Avantages :

I enjoy being able to send myself scheduled task reminders as it is has saved me on follow ups and appointments (and countless post its). I also enjoy being able to log my interactions with my contacts on a page that has preset fields. I'm able to economize on time by not having to type in detail every single thing that occurred because the fields already provide a drop down to enter specific information. The personal website is also a major plus as it is professional looking and usually a separate expense.

Inconvénients :

I don't have anything negative to say about this software. A few days of navigating the different capabilities and you will never go back another CRM service ever.

Commentaires : Just love the product and have recommended it to many agents over the years to use.As it is easy to access the features.

Avantages :

Very easy to use, keeps me infant of my clients and I don't have to spend a lot of time doing it. Great value for the money as I have used other software that didn't do as much.

Inconvénients :

I don't have a website connected to it which would make my life easier.

Experience with IXACT

Commentaires : It is a good experience, the mobile app is user friendly and accessible.

Avantages :

I liked the easy access to Contact list from the main page.

Inconvénients :

1. When created a mass email, if a contact has been missed, it is inconvenient to have save and go back to contacts. 2. Sending a mass email to Agents only, there should be a clearer view of REALTOR when it is added in JOB TITLE as a new contact. 3. Updated a contact name, the Salutation does not automatically change, unlike adding a new contact. 4. Updating new address for a client whose sold their house, it would be good to have as migrated together rather than having two separate contacts.

Staying Organized

Commentaires : This mainly helps me to stay organized. The program is very user friendly and I an very satisfied with it.

Avantages :

Staying organized is very easy with this program. I can keep track of all my my current business deals, prospective buyers and seller's, and keep in touch with everyone in my data base. My business would not be as successful as it is with out the use of Ixact.

Inconvénients :

Is there a way that I can set it up to where I can receive text or emails about contingency deadlines being made for my clients?

Terrible Customer Service

Commentaires : It used to be good. Now it is terrible. I have a user that hasn't been able to use the product in more than 2 weeks and I can't get anyone to assist on fixing the problem. What good is a product if you can't use it?

Avantages :

I used to like the fact that if I needed help, I could call and get a live person

Inconvénients :

They moved to email only support. For me that is a non starter and I am actively looking for another solution

Solid product

Avantages :

I love that I'm able to assign activity plans, which keep me on track with servicing my clients. I also love being able to generate automatic tasks like emails and newsletters.

Inconvénients :

When I am assigning an activity plan to a listing, I feel that process is clunky. It takes too many steps.

Commentaires : Overall experience with the program and the technical support is very positive.

Avantages :

Absolutely love the drip campaign. Great articles and newsletters. Staying in touch with my clients is critical. This program does the job.

Inconvénients :

Some of the features are not intuitive and I find myself going to the tutorials regularly. There are also some features I would love to have that are not available.
