Avantages :

The ease of use - comfortable UI that allows the user to implement a process flow is a great way for us to automate tasks across multiple platforms.

Inconvénients :

Unfortunately, it can be a little limited, mostly to the other tools' fault and not zapier. Because the triggers and actions can be very limited.

Zapier's many available integrations are fantastic

5,0 le mois dernier Nouveau

Commentaires : My customer relationship management system (CRM), marketing automation platform (MA), and other platforms in our ecosystem may now work together to generate leads. Allows me to be more efficient without imposing unnecessary restrictions.

Avantages :

It's simple to integrate new tools into an existing process and to transfer data between applications. Do away with human labor by setting up and automating routine tasks. For our company, Zapier really shines when it is used to sift through alias inboxes and deliver just the most pertinent messages to the appropriate people. In general, it has shortened our response and problem-solving times.

Inconvénients :

It can experience hiccups and connection drops, necessitating manual reconnection of pieces on occasion. More troubleshooting help would make it better. In the event that, for instance, the sender of an email forgets to delete a space.

Save your time, go Zapier

4,0 le mois dernier Nouveau

Commentaires : I love the fact that you can use Zapier for so many different things that at one point, it becomes for you a reflex to think "Zapier" whenever someone is telling you about a new annoying task he has to do. You can automate your entire life, from personal usage to professional day-to-day tasks that take you a lot of time. I'm using Zapier for waking up in the morning, collecting data, fulfilling reports, sorting my emails, sending automatic answers, publishing on social media, creating music playlists... and that's just 10% of it.

Avantages :

What really shines with Zapier is the ease of use, making it very accessible even for non-techie people within your team. After a quick training, they will be able to help themselves with basic automation without having to ask IT support every 10 minutes. Also, the variety of OotB integrations is impressive, there are literally just a few blank spots where you can't find what you were looking for, almost ready-to-go.

Inconvénients :

The ease of use is also a disadvantage for Zapier: since it has a lot of OotB integrations and it's designed to be used by everybody, more technical people who like to build complex apps on their own will be easily frustrated and go to the competition for more freedom. Also, if you plan to do intensive usage of the tool, you will be quickly limited and need to buy a more expensive plan to fulfill your needs. Free version is okay for personal use, but the tool's scalability is not the best on the market.

Streamlining Workflow with Zapier

4,0 il y a 2 mois Nouveau

Commentaires : I would highly recommend Zapier to anyone looking to streamline their workflow. Its user-friendly interface, wide range of integrations, and ability to automate routine tasks make it a valuable tool for anyone looking to increase their productivity and efficiency. Despite its price for larger teams, I would still consider Zapier to be a must-have tool for digital marketers.

Avantages :

Zapier is User-Friendly and Automates Routine Tasks"As a Digital Marketing Manager, I find Zapier to be a valuable tool for streamlining my workflow. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to create "Zaps" that automate routine tasks, freeing up my time to focus on more important tasks. I also appreciate the wide range of integrations available, which allows me to connect different tools and automate tasks between them.

Inconvénients :

Zapier Can Be Pricey for Large Teams"While Zapier is a great tool, it can be quite pricey for larger teams. The cost per user can quickly add up, especially if you have a large team that needs access to the platform. Additionally, while the platform offers a lot of features, some users may find it overwhelming, and it may take some time to get used to all of the different options.

Avantages :

Zapier makes automating my business tasks a breeze! Setting up "zaps" is straightforward and I can easily customize the automation to suit my needs. It's a great way to save time and energy.

Amazing Product For Automation

5,0 le mois dernier Nouveau

Commentaires : This is an amazing product if you need to automate tasks for your business. I use it to connect Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Gmail, LinkedIn, Calendly, Ninja Forms, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Tawk.

Avantages :

The ability to connect all of the products and programs I currently use with ease. It is fairly easy to use once you get the hang of everything.

Inconvénients :

It can be glitchy at times and I have had to completely redo tasks to get them to work correctly. Some programs do require a paid for upgrade to integrate but that is more on them then Zapier.

Review for Zapier

Avantages :

Wrike is a project management and collaboration platform designed to help teams of all sizes improve their productivity and efficiency. With its user-friendly interface and powerful features, Wrike enables teams to plan, organize, and execute projects with ease. Whether you need to manage tasks, collaborate with team members, or track progress, Wrike has you covered. One of the key features of Wrike is its customizable project templates, which allow you to create and reuse project plans with ease. You can also track tasks and projects in real-time, and receive notifications when deadlines are approaching or when changes are made to the project. Additionally, Wrike integrates with a wide range of third-party tools, such as Google Drive and Trello, to streamline your workflow even further.Wrike is a great choice for businesses of any size looking to streamline their project management and collaboration processes. Whether you're working on a small team or managing projects across multiple departments, Wrike has the tools you need to stay on top of your work and achieve your goals.

Inconvénients :

One of the major criticisms of Wrike is that it can be complex and difficult to use for those who are new to project management. The learning curve can be steep, and it may take some time to become fully proficient with all of its features. Additionally, some users have reported that the app can be slow and unresponsive at times, which can be frustrating when trying to manage projects.Overall, while Wrike does have some useful features, it may not be the best choice for everyone. Those who are looking for a simple, straightforward project management tool may find it to be too complex and unwieldy, while those who need a more robust solution may find it to be too expensive. As with any app, it's important to consider your specific needs and requirements before deciding whether Wrike is the right choice for you.

Easy-to-Use Automation and Integration

3,0 il y a 3 ans

Commentaires : Two things stand out for me:
1) Most support requests were met with what appeared to be an automated apology that they couldn't resolve my issue.
2) Zapier makes money based on the purchases of an allotment of monthly tasks. Some tasks lack flexibility requiring the use of more tasks than one might imagine. They are always happy to sell you more tasks, but requests for more robust functionality always seemed to be met with a shoulder shrug.

Avantages :

The feature that met our needs was the ability to respond to an http request in a variety of ways (email, save to spreadsheet being the most common). I am an experienced programmer with over 15 years experience and was happy to have a solution that did not require writing a lot of code. In general the ability to rapidly design and implement a solution for a specific requirement was a big time-saver.

Inconvénients :

Unfortunately, some common programming tasks such as creating and writing to a spreadsheet seemed in surmountable. In the end, I chose to manually create the worksheets I projected would be used to eliminate potentially complicated workarounds. Also, there is a limit on the number of levels of logical branching which caused some headaches such that I eventually migrated the functionality to Google Scripts which offers a richer feature-set despite the increase in coding.

Zapier Review

5,0 il y a 11 mois

Commentaires : There are a lot of ways that a solo product developer or a team can benefit from Zapier. When using a lot of tools to build your product, it's important to get them all talking to each other to ensure everything runs smoothly. Zapier makes this possible in such a simplified way, that I don't even need to know how to write code.
Zapier was a life-saver for me not only in terms of saving a tonne of time and money but also in keeping everything running smoothly between all the services I deploy for my app.

Avantages :

Zapier enables you to create Zaps step by step. The steps to follow to create an automated workflow - a "zap" as Zapier terms it - are so easy to follow even for a first-time user. At each step of the automation, you get to test if everything is working smoothly before you proceed to the next step. This is very helpful because you get to troubleshoot in real-time as opposed to trying to find the issue after you have deployed your zap and it's not working as correctly.

Inconvénients :

You cannot collaborate on the professional plan, by adding a team member to the same plan. To do this you need to upgrade to a higher ticket plan of about $300 per month. This is quite expensive when you are just starting out, and you need everyone to work together to move the workload. On the professional plan, you get pretty enough from Zapier, except for adding another user.

Zapier helps small teams do more

5,0 il y a 9 mois

Commentaires : Stable and well worth it

Avantages :

Zapier allows our small team to automate parts of the organization that saves time and money.

Inconvénients :

Some features are locked behind higher-tier plans. It's not worth upgrading for us for those features, but I feel like they are superficially locked behind a higher-tier plan. It makes sense to upgrade a plan because of using more inquiries/zaps, but otherwise it's not. Zapier is also only as good as your third party integration (if applicable). Some third party integrations have poor support and so the Zap becomes unreliable.

The most comprehensive automation tool

4,0 il y a 3 ans

Commentaires : The overall experience is good. Although overwhelming, and sometimes time-consuming to figure out how to get exactly what I need, Zapier does what it promises. The support team has also been great as well each time I've needed their help.

Avantages :

The amount of options that Zapier has for integrations is astounding. The possibilities really are endless as far as tying multiple apps/services together to perform automated tasks regularly. Their interface also makes it relatively easy to put together the automations so that it's not rocket science.

Inconvénients :

Its greatest strength is also its greatest weakness in that because there are so many options, it's overwhelming. There are so many things you can do with the integrations that I have often felt like I am not getting nearly as much out of it as I could be. I found myself relying on reading their blog and suggested zaps to see if I get any ideas. Ultimately I'm left with a feeling of "I don't know how to get the most out of this service."

Helps me integrate everything

5,0 il y a 4 mois

Commentaires : We connect Shopify with other tools like Slack, google sheets, google forms, and other software that doesn't play nice with each other. It is a low cost low maintenance way to do this.

Avantages :

We are using this daily to connect various apps and automate simple things that shouldn't be done manually. The basic functionality is very easy to set up. We have paid a developer to help with some more complicated workflows.

Inconvénients :

We had to pay for the higher tier plan (professional plan) as otherwise the custom logic and apps like shopify don't work. Also the Zapier Transfer feature wants to charge for every piece of data, and doesn't actually work fully. Seems to still be in beta so we went through all the work to get it started then it wouldn't run. IMO the Transfer feature should charge a prorated smaller amount since it's one group data transfer.

Integrate and Automate.

4,0 il y a 8 mois

Commentaires : I use zapier to create email response lists, schedule meetings online and in person, to send reminders, and to complete tasks that I don't have time for.
I prefer using zapier over completing repetitive tasks on my own although the free version has limitations and the paid version may not be accessible to small businesses or startups.

Avantages :

Zapier eliminates much of the daily workload, like scheduling meetings and transferring or checking data. Zapier has a free version. It works with almost every app or business software. I think of Zapier as a bridge that also functions as an assistant. Customer support and the Zapier community help with any difficulties you encounter.

Inconvénients :

Zapier as a whole would benefit from a face-lift and some fine tuning to make it more user friendly. I want more features in the free version or something that's in-between free and premium. There is the concern that the software will malfunction, depending on what you've set to automate this could be disastrous.

Zapier to the rescue!

5,0 il y a 8 mois

Commentaires : At my current and most recent employer, we used many different platforms to get our work done. Oftentimes, the different software would not communicate with each other with built in integrations, but we needed to automate this process so our team was not wasting time or risking data mismanagement with manual export/import processes. Zapier to the rescue!

Avantages :

You can integrate almost any software with a very easy to use, drag and drop interface. What a wonderful product. Troubleshooting is also extremely easy. Everything on the platform is clear and easy to understand.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I don't like about it is that there are still products out there that don't have a Zapier integration.

Automate it with Zapier

5,0 il y a 8 mois

Commentaires : Less manual work, fewer errors and more time to get on with the important stuff!

Avantages :

Easy to setup Zaps, equally easy to view and modify them later on too. The Zaps seem to run quickly on Zapiers side, and are generally error free once setup correctly. Although other automation platforms are available, we've stuck with Zapier as it seems to have the most intergrations and more advanced functions.

Inconvénients :

The back end used to be a bit clunky, but it's been improved now. It would be nice if multi-step zaps didn't each use a task credit (or if a step could process (convert/filter/reformat) data from more than 1 field at once).

Point and Click Automation

5,0 il y a 5 ans

Commentaires : Decrease in errors from inside and outside of the company on paperwork
Increased productivity due to faster dissemination of vital information.
Lower cost to operate. Fewer humans needed to handle the office.

Avantages :

There are almost too may pros to mention. Office automation in my number one requirement and Zapier makes it easy and fast. All of my software can now "talk" to each other to handle tedious and time consuming tasks. Contractors, clients and employees can enter data into front-end forms and everyone gets the right PDF for their needs on the other end. I am still finding new uses as my company grows. The mail parser offered by Zapier is magical! You choose the information you want pulled from email list and the data is added to your database or any app you have connected. The daily and weekly update emails are scraped for the important parts, all the data is extracted to the apps that are most valuable for the company. As this data is time sensitive, not having to wait for a human to do it keeps us ahead of the curve. The multi-step addition was right on time. Now I can move data to a number of apps in seconds. Overall, Zapier has made it easier for my agents to follow the rules. Paperwork is submitted digitally, leads are disseminated automatically saving time between the client calling and getting a return call. Zapier just saves time and keeps errors to a minimum. If you are control freak like myself, you NEED Zapier.

Inconvénients :

Some of the multi step process are not intuitive to create. Support is very helpful but I feel there might need a small interface update that could make it easier to understand.

Best thing to ever happen to a small business!

5,0 il y a 3 ans

Commentaires : Amazing. I can't imagine life and work without using this software to automate our tasks. There is never a question now as to whether certain tasks got completed.

Avantages :

My company has a very specific set of tasks to perform daily. With Zapier, we've been able to automate 70% of our daily repetitive tasks. It takes a little getting used to how they set their tasks up, but once you have it figured out, there's almost no limit to what Zapier can accomplish for you. We have been able to send hundreds of thousands of emails automatically without lifting a finger. When the system runs into an issue, it alerts us immediately so we can take action. We would not be where we are today without the functionality and ease-of-use of Zapier. When I have any issues I can't solve, the Zapier team is standing by to help me via person emails to solve the problem correctly the first time without making me feel incompetent. This system has saved us from having to hire an entire IT department. More so, when I DID hire an IT group to help me originally set up, guess what they used? ZAPIER!

Inconvénients :

The only thing I dislike about Zapier is the initial learning curve in how it works and needs to flow. After that, it's quite easy. I also wish they would save fields when changing tasks- for instance I have a task that needs to run on a trigger and feed into a database, but each month, the database needs to go to a new tab. Even though I change the tab in the task on zapier, I have to re-enter all other data because zapier erases it. Solve that, and this would be a perfect software for me.
