Zapier est simple et fonctionnel. Il me permet d'automatiser plein de tâches et de connecter toutes mes applications.

Inconvénients :

Rien à signaler ! Zapier est l'outil parfait pour gagner du temps et simplifier mon travail d'agent immobilier.

Commentaires : Quand j'ai commencé à l'utiliser c'était un peu compliqué mais avec le temps, ça me permet de gagner du temps au quotidien.

Commentaires : J'apprécie l'accessibilité à la documentation ainsi qu'aux exemples de scénarios les plus couramment déclinés. Ça permet de les adapter rapidement à un besoin plus spécifique.

Avantages :

Bien documenté, Zapier permet d'élaborer des scénarios arrimant divers API et ce, sans notion de programmation avancées. La prise en main et l'accompagnement offerte par Zapier permet d'être créatif dans la création de scénarios de flux de données.

Inconvénients :

Il y a une légère courbe d'apprentissage initiale mais le tout est bien documenté.

Avantages :

Ça permet d'évoluer dans compétences, progression dans le business, simple et rapide à prendre grâce à ces fonctionnalités

Inconvénients :

Pas d'inconvénients à mon niveau juste le prix est élevé

Avantages :

Presque rien n'est impossible avec Zapier. On peut faire des connexions entre presque tous nos logiciels avec à la clé une sacré économie de temps (et d'argent).

Inconvénients :

Il faut vraiment se former car le logiciel n'est pas aussi intuitif qu'il en à l'air.

Commentaires : Le logiciel est très utilisé et pour son prix je trouve que ça va.

Avantages :

J'utilise beaucoup le logiciel depuis des années. Permet d'automatiser des tâches qui prendraient des heures. J'utilise pour gérer nos réseaux sociaux, l'envoi de certaines campagnes mail et gérer de petites tâches sur nos sites.

Inconvénients :

Le logiciel n'est pas assez rapide en matière de chargement et souvent certaines tâches d'automatisation s'arrêter tout seul.

Un outil essentiel pour la productivité et l'expérience client

Le fait de pouvoir booster les fonctionnalités de nos différents outils en les liant les uns aux autres.

Inconvénients :

La configuration n'est pas hyper intuitive, ça demande un certain temps pour prendre la main.

Zapier est un bon logiciel , il est recommandé car il permet une meilleure intégration .

Inconvénients :

Zapier est un logiciel qui est facile d'accès et n'est pas très coûteuse aussi .

Le matching des données est parfois imprécis, il faut bien faire attention et vérifier le fichier

Commentaires : Zapier est avant tout un outil d'optimisation des tâches permettant une économie de temps et de moyens énorme facilité par une intégration.

Avantages :

Zapier est excellent pour casser la monotonie des tâches quotidiennes en les automatisant, vous faisant gagner du temps et de l'argent. Zapier le fait en se connectant à vos applications les plus utilisées et en déclenchant des actions en fonction des conditions dont la configuration vous est propre. Voici quelques exemples de tâches pour lesquelles j'utilise personnellement Zapier : - Si notre organisation publie une nouvelle story Instagram, Zapier prend automatiquement ces données et les publie sur notre site WordPress dans la section des médias sociaux du site Web. - Nous avons un formulaire de demande de projet où, pour toute soumission, les projets sont automatiquement créés sur Notion. - Si je tague un projet sur Asana, Zapier envoie automatiquement un e-mail aux collaborateurs indiquant que le projet est terminé.

Inconvénients :

Certaines intégrations sont complexes à mettre en place. De plus, les intégrations cesseront parfois de fonctionner et il peut être complexe de déterminer la cause exacte. Habituellement, les intégrations cessent de fonctionner en raison de changements d'API avec les applications connexes, ou s'il y a eu un changement de mot de passe avec un utilisateur dans le compte.

il n'y a pas vraiment d 'inconvénients si ce n'est que de jouer avec au début pour bien comprendre le fonctionnement.

Commentaires : Great, I only use it for basic functions but I am starting to use it for more complex ones as i have started using it more. Easy to navigate and set up

Avantages :

What is not to like, Zapier basically is the middle man to automate and connect anything with anything. All done in your sleep once you have set Zaps up work.

Inconvénients :

Not super simple to start at first but once you get the hang of it, you can flow through Zaps, the help section is also great and it gives you suggestions to fix any issues you have and work arounds, a really good feature.

Commentaires : Zapier has helped me sort and systemize data, increase efficiency of workflows, and given me so much time back! I love Zapier and it's great for when you need multiple softwares to work together that do not already have custom integrations! One of my greatest projects I used Zapier for was automating a room rental booking process!

Zapier gives me and my clients back countless hours of project management time by making tasks happen instantaneously that would have manually taken hours! It's easy to use and has great customer support!

Inconvénients :

It takes time to learn how Zapier works (tips and ways to use more efficiently) so it's hard to learn by trial and error. If you take some time to watch a few tutorials/read a few articles and learn how to use the platform, you will be able to use it much more efficiently! Some of my toughest challenges were because I didn't understand Zapier terminology!

User friendly platform with so many capabilities that can suit both developers and non developers. I have used this to integrate CRMs, automate processes and other tasks that I couldn't do without this platform.

Commentaires : We had really good experience through the year we used it. We saved plenty of time automating and connecting our marketing tools. Overall it was a good investment.

Avantages :

It made our tasks automation incredibly easy in the process of integrating our app with external websites, apps and services. The setup was not extremely hard even without extense knowledge. We set up a workflow to add new leads on our loyalty website that came from Facebook Ads.

Inconvénients :

You have to be careful with the cost and the features you might end up using. We did not have that problem but we noticed it could get high, specially for startups with tight budget as we were.

Commentaires : Overall it's been great using Zapier. It's a hard job getting so many services connected with each other and they are best in the field. The UI isn't always great but it's constantly improving. In the end, this it's something you mostly setup and then it runs behind the scenes. I don't need to interact with the app on a daily basis.
