Avantages :

Un excellent logiciel de gestion des ressources humaines, Workable nous aide à gérer notre pipeline de recrutement. Simple pour annoncer les emplois, les candidats et les prises de décisions d'embauche avec notre équipe. Doté d'une interface flexible et intuitive, il nous permet de suivre les candidats afin de créer les processus d'entretien. A admirer.

Inconvénients :

Les fonctionnalités de Workable sont limitées, son essai gratuit est aussi limité dans le temps.

Workable, meilleur outil de recrutement

Avantages :

Nous sommes une agence de communication digitale et nous recrutement souvent des freelances pour agrandir notre équipe. En effet, depuis que nous avons connu Workable, nos dépenses dans des agences de recrutement externes sont réduites. Inconvénients :

Les tarifs de Workable sont compétitifs par rapport à nos dépenses habituelles pour des agences de recrutement externes. Cependant, si vous êtes en mesure de nous proposer des réductions supplémentaires, cela serait très apprécié et constituerait une excellente initiative.

De bonnes performances en recrutement

Avantages :

Workable permet d'automatiser beaucoup de tâches en recrutement, notamment la planification des entretiens et l'envoi des e-mails. Pratique de pouvoir collaborer en équipe sur l'outil pour la vue des fiches candidats et la gestion des process.

Inconvénients :

Sur certaines fonctionnalités, l'outil peut être limité pour les grands groupes.

Gérer le recrutement de nouveaux membres en toute simplicité

Avantages :

J'ai pu travaillé en équipe facilement et gérer le processus de recrutement avec cet outil. L'interface est intuitive et très simple à utiliser pour un gain de temps optimal.

Inconvénients :

Par contre les fonctionnalités sont limitées. Si vous devez gérer le RH des très grandes entreprises, il y a certainement des outils plus adapté.

Le "game changer" du logiciel de recrutement

Avantages :

Travailler en équipe sur un logiciel comme Workable permet d'avancer sereinement sur nos recrutements, quelles que soient les plateformes sur lesquelles nos annonces sont publiées (Workable centralise tous les profils de candidats et les étapes du recrutement sont claires dans le pipeline). Le partage des notes et des évaluations nous évite de faire des doublons et des erreurs, nous gagnons du temps au quotidien.

Inconvénients :

Workable est très adapté au recrutement pour la majorité des entreprises, néanmoins pour les très grands groupes, des solutions plus personnalisables sont probablement nécessaires.

Commentaires : I’m not sure we get visibility on job boards. We posted a position last Aug using Greenhouse and received 121 applicants in 2 weeks. This year, we posted same job through Workable and got 27 in two weeks. I eventually paid to promote on LinkedIn.

Avantages :

I can’t believe the scorecard feature wasn’t in the standardized ratings! This is a great feature even though my team doesn’t utilize it enough.

Inconvénients :

Better scorecard- I wish a candidate could have one cumulative scorecard per user where hiring team could score them. Instead, there’s a scorecard for each step of the funnel for each user. If I forget to ask questions in the screen, I can’t just make them empty for the next round, I have to do a whole new repetitive card. You also have to click around a bit to find this and access it.

Essential tool for mid sized firms

Avantages :

Intuitive, ease of use. Excellent integrations, good customization and automation options.

Inconvénients :

More automisation, more front end customisation.

Not the best option but does the job

Avantages :

- easy to set up pipelines - migrates to your careers page - very basic and very easy to use

- minimal functionality - reporting is poor - no datapoints

Commentaires : Overall, my experience with Workable has been great. I also love how responsive their customer service team is.

Avantages :

Job Board Integration: We get tons of organic applicants just by posting jobs through Workable. It saves us time and means we don’t have to pay for extra job boards or sourcing tools. Self-Scheduling: For a team without recruitment coordinators, the self-scheduling tool is a lifesaver. It makes booking interviews so much easier. AI Sourcing: I’m using AI sourcing more and more. Sometimes the perfect candidate is already sitting in your ATS—you just need to find them!

Inconvénients :

I’d love the option to export reports in Excel. The current formats, PDF and CSV, aren’t great for analysis, so I end up having to convert them after downloading

Great ATS

Commentaires : Workable is a great ATS for a mid size firm and it really makes life easier with their AI.

Avantages :

Workable allows you to have in depth control of every aspect in the recruiting process with the ability to give users varying levels of access.

Inconvénients :

The changes to the UI have been a bit confusing and in some cases I find them to have complicated things more than helped.

I like that Workable is a great recruitment solution. From applicant tracking to supporting the hiring process, it is an all in one solution. It is well equipped, effortless to use and affordable too.

Mobile accessibility, integrations with other tools like Slack and Zapier and reporting and analytics is very helpful too! Customer support is also accessible through various channels.

Inconvénients :

Workable pricing is expensive for smaller businesses, especially if they need to purchase add-ons. there are some integration limitations and limited customizations. Somer automations can make the candidate experience seem robotic. I have ran into some technical issues as well. There is limited language support for non-english speakers and the tool's pricing and bill processes are not easy to understand.

Commentaires : It allows me to save time on HR-related tasks. A single click could retrieve very specific reports. It eliminates the need for manual work, really a time savior.

Avantages :

The plugin that allows us to connect it to our social network account is really cool. I've always loved how simple it is to interact with vendors and link them with teams. I also like the email alerts that notify me when someone evaluates a candidate.

Inconvénients :

It does not allow to modify the questions once candidates started applying. We can not include more than one location in a job posting. While sending rejections, we can not distinguish between those that have been sent and those that have not.

It’s easy to use and easy to track. Saves us a lot of time while we’re looking for candidates. Also the fact we can put in things we need in order to qualify or disqualify candidates automatically. This saves us time.

Avantages :

I liked about dashboard and bulk communication. We can easily communicate with candidates from the app and all the data shows in the dashboard in the end. It's very app to track each and every candidates information and communication.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it stuck in between and we have to start from the beginning though! However, it might be our internet problem too! Rather than we didn't face any problems.

Avantages :

Compared to other ATS solutions, workable makes it simple to organise interviews. Workable is also incredibly easy to use. The best aspect is the division of candidates into stages. When uploading resumes, it can be useful to search for duplicate profiles. The workable can be connected to any website that posts jobs. All recruiters can benefit greatly from this ATS.

Inconvénients :

At this point, everything appears to be in order for me to utilise because I believe all the functions are available and are being added on.
