They provide reliable security for personal access, handling sensitive attendee data, and processing payments. They have a very solid Event Management system that provides all within one system, such as registration, abstract management, accommodation, and reporting. Automation is one of the areas where EventsAir really stands out. It allows you to automate a lot of processes like communications and workflow steps, which can save a significant amount of manual work.

> **Inconvénients**: New users may require time and training to fully understand its structure and capabilities. The web version still has a lot to improve in contrast with the reliable desktop version. The invoicing could also be more straightforward and easier to manage.

> My overall experience with EventsAir has been positive, especially for managing complex events. It’s a very capable, all-in-one platform, which is a big advantage.

> **Avantages**: The flexibility of the system. Our events are international with various VAT scenarios, ticketing options and attendee types, each with different pathways. EventsAIR enables us to handle everything that is thrown at us. The new website editor is incredible, I love it, and we are now transitioning our websites back into EA after using a third party provider for the last 24 months.

> **Inconvénients**: The attendee app networking desperately needs a messaging inbox. We use third party apps for larger events and it creates me so much extra work. For smaller events we use the EventsAIR app, which is looking great, but management won't switch back to it for flagships until it has this feature.

> Excellent - in the last 24 months the system improvements and professionalism have improved so much. The regular webinars keep you updated, and the improvements are incredible. From joining EA in 2022 to now, the updates have been excellent.

> **Avantages**: 1. J'apprécie ses nombreuses fonctionnalités indispensables à l'organisation de vos événements en ligne et hors ligne. Nous utilisons ce produit pour la plupart de nos événements, du début à la fin (inscription, gestion des participants, envoi d'e-mails de notification aux participants et aux intervenants, plateforme d'événements virtuels, reporting, mise en relation avec les participants, etc.). Ce logiciel tout-en-un est très polyvalent.

2. La fonction de reporting est excellente \! (sur EA et Onair)

Il y a souvent des bugs, des contretemps et des ralentissements, ce qui peut être frustrant (parfois, l'écran de chargement est très long, parfois, l'utilisateur est expulsé du système sans raison, la sauvegarde ne fonctionne pas toujours, les intervenants ont des difficultés à se connecter à Aircast par rapport à Zoom, les intervenants/participants rencontrent souvent des difficultés pour rejoindre les sessions en direct en raison de l'utilisation d'appareils mobiles ou d'un navigateur autre que Google Chrome, etc.).
2. J'aimerais que l'interface soit plus attrayante visuellement (par exemple, l'application pour les participants et le portail virtuel).

> Malgré quelques bugs et problèmes fréquents, c'est un excellent logiciel grâce à sa polyvalence. EA offre une solution pour presque tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour organiser un événement. Le service client s'est également amélioré au fil des ans et est fiable (même si le produit lui-même est parfois peu fiable). C'est formidable que le produit s'améliore progressivement depuis un an et demi, ce qui donne l'impression que l'équipe EA est à l'écoute des retours clients et s'efforce de l'améliorer.

> **Inconvénients**: The conference app still has room for improvement. While a recent user-interface update has made it more user-friendly for delegates, the staff-facing experience would benefit from further refinement.

Reporting is another area that could be enhanced. Although there are many export options available, creating a generic, reusable custom report is quite difficult. Reporting is something every client and user relies on, so improving flexibility and ease of use in this area would make a significant difference.

> Overall, our experience with EventsAir has been very positive. The training provided when we first started using the platform was extremely helpful and made onboarding straightforward. The system is easy to use thanks to its user-friendly interface, and the recent website upgrade is set to make the platform even more intuitive and beneficial for our clients.

> **Inconvénients**: Some of the workflows could use improvement. We would love to see the session and presenter management piece improved next. We do not always work to the abstract workflow that eventsair is designed around.
