It is easy use the software

Avantages :

Daily notification and update available it is easy to get the reports and also the opportunity is useful

Inconvénients :

the process of sending the quote is too long since finding the product is not easy and also there is no notification for missed calls.

Commentaires : With the help of this software , we are monitoring the whole sales activity .

Avantages :

The feature, which i like the most is Leaderboard. With the help of it , using CRM has been become a gamification & its very easy to analyze the whole user performance.

Inconvénients :

As such there is no anything, which I like the least, some thingBut would something for implementation: 1.Improve web loading speed 2.would recommend enhancing a feature in schedule call so that people can schedule a call by selecting from & To date if he was on the same call (Tour) for more than one day.

Avantages :

for daily work it is easy to use and make the procedure very easy it is very helpful in our daily work for product selection and amount so good

procedure is long and the net is slow so it takes time to send the required quotation for the customer and should be done little short

leads tracking,funnel very handy tool to analysis sales team performance,schedule call is very helpful

Inconvénients :

task unable to use to fullest,for dispatch need a module,invoice module also needs to be included with tally compatibility

Commentaires : my data is managed properly, I get a single database to accumulate all my leads and opportunities.

Avantages :

it helps in data management efficiently, all the contacts details of the clients are available when saved, all the leads are sorted and schedule call helps us to know our daily workflow.

Inconvénients :

Again and again giving notification even if we mark call as completed, have to create a separate list name everytime if the corporates are not of similar industry

Avantages :

Easy to operate and understand the software. It was easy implemented in the sales team which organised the process.

Inconvénients :

Nothing encountered as such but needs to improve on mobile user interface as it is still not as easy as desktop version.

The software is not recognize duplicate entries by itself.Also you can't find a information through search by contact numbers or emails.

easy to find the last talk words and easy to excess it shows the result and we can find anything about the lead

Inconvénients :

it has a long process and the search button cant be entered by pressing the enter button. the calls sometime scheduled are been removed automatically from the plan created

Avantages :

I can send bulk mail to customers in one time, for am consuming my time to another work, and also I can view my reports for the same. how many emails sent to customer, which is opened, which is read by customer etc.

Inconvénients :

The basic software is not that much useful for us. we need to customize more things, and we did also.

User interface is good. But sometimes it doesn't seem user friendly. Specially mobile app.

Avantages :

Updates about all meetings. Great tool to analyze the work and keep watch on important things. It helps in know how of the leads and progress being happening on the leads. Also easy to extract contact details.

Inconvénients :

Choosing the time is seems difficult. At times it feel very difficult to input the meeting times. Typing option should be there to enter the call time details.

Commentaires : Helped in tracking all activities of sales team, prioritising them as well as create an useful MIS for the organisation which can be reviewed real time.

Avantages :

I like the ease with which we can create leads and accounts as well as do all data entries. The sales pipeline management and forecasting is a good simple tool as well.

Inconvénients :

I still want to explore more on report generations for effective decision making which i feel can be improved.

Inconvénients :

CANNOT PUT THE ORDER IN THIS SOFTWARE ALSO NEED THE ENTER BUTTON TO GO FORWARD TO THE NEXT PAGES, NEED TO CHECK WILL REPORTS PROPERLY

Avantages :

I liked the multiple options under sub categories ....... And very user friendly. Options are very convenient for the users to use smoothly.

Inconvénients :

Everytime when we update some info it takes more time to load eventhough internet speed is high. And Android app is not user friendly.

The overall experience is below satisfactory. GUI and Dashboard needs change.

The calendar functionality is helpful. Needs some betterment in representation of the completed visits and calls

Inconvénients :

The dashboard is not that good, there is some error in the dashboard to-do list, it is not getting populated with the next planned visits.
