Avantages :

Database management features are most impactful and easy to use. It also helped in integration with our current business.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing much to criticize about Job Diva but if I have to mention one, some time it lags in between.

Commentaires : There is no-doubt about the capabilities of JobDiva. Training support provided by JobDiva is also amazing and you can easily customize according to the recruitment process that you follow in your organization.

Avantages :

Searching candidates on JobDiva is always a great experience. JobDiva definitely has superior candidate tracking capabilities. When it come to searching candidates for a job, it doesn't require recruiters to think of putting any bollean logic. You simply put the key words which are critical to a job and JobDiva will automatically apply bollean logic to your search. You can internally submit the candidature to your account managers for them to review and once approved you can mark an external submission on JobDiva. It lets you do everything that you need to do with your candidates. It is a comprehensive tool for sourcing, interviewing, billing, on-boarding and payroll management.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing that JobDiva doesn't have which a recruiter would need to successfully place and track candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle.

Easy to use, ability to multi-task for the most part. Great support team... WE LOVE [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!!!Onboarding has gotten so much easier and we can mass deploy.

Inconvénients :

The BI function - it's very slow and you can only have one BI open at a time.

Sometimes Frustrating.

Avantages :

All of the applicants documents and information is stored in the same place. The notes function allows anyone else to know what is occurring with an applicant.

Inconvénients :

It takes forever for documents to load when reviewing what candidates have added. When a document is accepted, the program jumps up to the top.Often when trying to access an activity, the screen is blank. The only remedy is to close out of the candidate and start again. The interface between JD and Relias are horrible. If the email address is wrong, it can't be fixed. There is a little tiny window to scroll through to find the comp that is applicable. Have you seen it? If the applicant doesn't complete it or fails it, it has to be reassigned. When I'm working with a candidate, the notes pop up multiple times, for no apparent reason.Per diem scheduling is incredibly time consuming and there is no good way to create a schedule.

Avantages :

JobDiva is very powerful and brings together both the CRM feature for sales and recruiting. The Harvester feature is amazing, and the analytics, dashboard, and engagement features to the software are very useful and powerful. JobDiva is very user friendly and has a lot of features at no extra cost to manage your sales, recruiting, and back-office operations. Additionally, JobDiva allows you to export data in order to communicate with outside software accounting and payroll programs for back-office operations. Plus, the single sign on feature was very important for our us. All-in-all, JobDiva is a very powerful business tool that will be all of your sales, recruiting, reporting, and operational needs.

Inconvénients :

No cons at this time as we are only six months and less using the software.

Commentaires : Very good. Would recommend to other companies.

Avantages :

There are a lot of features that we have not even started to use yet. JobDiva has so much available that it makes it easy to custom fit to any companies needs. Customizability has been great and makes it easy to change things as our company's process grows. Customer service has been spot on and very responsive. They are always kind even if my questions seem trivial.

Inconvénients :

Learning how to run reports and build dashboards was a bit difficult and sometimes takes longer to build a report than I expect. Could be user error though.

A Near-Perfect Solution for the Staffing Industry

Aside from ease of use for sales, recruiting, and back office staff, the most advantageous and unique feature of JobDiva is the custom BI Reporting for the aforementioned teams and executive management.

Inconvénients :

I anxiously await features to enhance CRM for the sales team and customization for billable holiday, PTO, and PSL pay.

Avantages :

It is best online recruiting software.You can also do mass mailing on this.You can easily update any thing.updated job easily seen on this.we can easily search required candidates

Inconvénients :

I don't dislike much because you get complete package in one frame but still it needs to improve more to provide further help to candidates as well recruiter agencies.

Commentaires : Always toughest tasks are talkative, In a digital world malwares, Randsom and hacking are the biggest challenges. But JobDiva makes sure there is no way to harmful our system. It is a 100% trustworthy

Avantages :

It makes to know others how hard getting perfect candidates for our opportunities. Making so complicated is the tool to avoid harmfulness for our software. In that way, JobDiva gave more secure for our Data.

Inconvénients :

Not for beginners, Even experts need tutorial everytime to get solutions. Not an User Fiendly.

Commentaires : JobDiva streamlines the recruiting process. The onboarding process has never been easier, with a click of a button the customizable paperwork is uploaded and sent to the candidate. Their processes help eliminate human error.

Commentaires : JobDiva has helped us keep our growth organized and add value, not only on the delivery side, but onboarding, invoicing, payroll, commissions etc, In a nut shell, this is the only tool I know that does all by itself and doesn't rely or have to integrate with our tools to perform basic functions. The support team is a class apart! I have always said to every vendor, if your support team doesn't act or live up to expectations, it doesn't matter how good your tool is - you will not be successful! In the 10+ years that I have been using JobDiva, I can’t think of one instance when the support team didn't respond of was not able to take care of the issue!

Avantages :

The product is best in class. Is very simple and robust at the same time. Very user friendly and logic driven!

Inconvénients :

have been using for 10 years now and haven't found one!

JobDiva-Excellent AT; Easy and Efficient

Commentaires : JobDiva is an essential and efficient applicant-tracking tool when it comes to searching candidates. It could get better in terms of speed; the UI can be improved for more interactive experience.

Avantages :

As a recruiter, I have been using this software for almost 5 years now and I must say that this is the best ATS so far which is designed especially for recruiters. As soon as I have new requirement from the Client, I can set up the agent search, which saves a lot of time by sourcing the resume through job portals with the matching skills. The system also facilitates sharing of information between different departments including the recruitment, Sales and HR. The email merge option works well only when you are aware of the technical requirements of the position and you know how to use it. It records the email logs exchanged using the email ID of the candidate. In addition, reaching the candidate through texts is extremely simple. The report generation process also works well with this tool. It records and maintain the activity related to a candidate in a timely fashion, which makes it easier to track all the information as to when he/she was contacted last, availability etc.

Inconvénients :

As per Cons, I can only suggest that the reports generated by JobDiva needs improvement. They are a bit clumsy and hard to interpret. The transition from one page to another takes about five-ten seconds sometimes which can be little annoying.

Recruitment Must-have

Commentaires : The overall experience has been very positive and it has made me more efficient, but there still are things which need to be improved before it can become a one-stop shop for a recruiter.

Avantages :

The ability to share notes and saved emails alone on every candidate is tantamount to a conflict management tool in a team set up plus a personal assistant keeping a log of what you need to do and have already done, improving efficiency vastly. The analytics provided insights that I had not even imagined could be useful to me, have changed the way I approach each part of my job. The ability to see all the available resumes is not just a big saving but also a huge efficiency booster. In addition its only improving for example the recently added RTS tool makes sure I don't spend the most important 2 hours of my day on one portal only to realise that the best candidates were on the other one, missing out on them.

Inconvénients :

The agent search is not as good as monsters agent search, not even close, so the RTS although efficient will never be a real replacement to portals. Also the ability to grade candidate on their match with the boolean string is absent and we are limited to chronological order, that often means that although you have in front of you the candidates you are most likely to find interested in a new job, they might not be the best match for your requirement.

Commentaires : On job diva searching the candidates is always a great experience. It have great tracking features and simply help you find the candidate with the help of Boolean strings. It help you maintain everything related to sourcing, process, interview stage, reject or hire, everything. It is very easy to use from fetching the right candidate to everything.

Avantages :

This is one of the best tool I have ever used in my recruitment career. The best part is by just mentioning the location zip code and the use of string to find the best candidate for the right job. It help me find the many old candidates that we have maintain in our database. The another best thing is that you can put the note on the candidate details like if the candidate us still available or not in job market, their requirement and everything. So, it also help us to communicate with them easily cause we have the proper requirement that the candidate is looking for in terms of salary and all the parts.

Inconvénients :

There is not a thing that I can say that I don't like about this tool. It's the best tool that you can use in terms of recruitment. You can maintain the large number of data of candidates which help you in future when you get the urgent job requirement.

Commentaires : When the program works, it works very well. We’ve used it to hire quite a few employees, and the onboarding process went seamlessly. However, when they’re doing maintenance, the program is unusable. We’ve had times where we’ve sat waiting for it to be done so that we could get back to work. Still, the program is great besides this fact.

Avantages :

JobDiva is a phenomenal HR tool. You can easily review job applications and resumes submitted to your company. It even will make suggestions as to which job an applicant would be best suited. It also handles payroll for existing employees where each employee is able to submit their timecard. Very awesome tool and has saved us a lot of time and money.

Inconvénients :

Informing customers of maintenance would be very handy. There’s been more than once where we couldn’t use the program because it was undergoing maintenance and we had to wait, which wastes time. Having a pop-up notifying customers of impending work on the system would allow our team to schedule around that maintenance.

Commentaires : i am doing recruitment using Job Diva from almost 2.5 years , there is no ATS ,that is this much efficient . it is complete package and one stop for a recruitment , you can manage each and everything regarding recruitment on this platform/ATS .The way it suggest tin the search string and specially the new upgrades have enhanced the user experience at completely different level . it is complete package we can do each and every recruiting activity on this wonderful platform .All together a dynamic great experience working on this ATS

Importance of JobDiva for Staffing/Recruitment

Commentaires : JobDiva is helping the organization in all aspects, it's saving lot of time in recruitment, once candidates is harvested in our JobDiva database we can do variety of things which can't be done in any other ATS I know of, it's solving problems big time in having a centralized notes, sending mass email, tracking activities, keeping track of all versions of resumes, etc.

Avantages :

I like everything about the software, such a well developed ATS that has all the tools to manage full life cycle of recruitment process, starting from ATS, sourcing made real easy with lots of easy to use and very effective features e.g. searching candidates, mapping dictionary, mass mailing/texting, documenting notes, scheduling interview/Offer/Start.

Inconvénients :

I really have to think hard about that, because everything is planned and implemented so meticulously and once you use any feature you find it useful.

Commentaires : Over all experience is good also it makes it excellent if the speed is good also i would suggest you to add some more job portalals so that we can stick on to jobDiva alone.

Avantages :

This is the best software. Also we can find different candidate who have applied in different job portal in this one single application, which makes your job easy. Also we have a lots of option to check everyone's report along with your personal report, and the list of candidates reached and the amount of submission done and the margin of hires.

Inconvénients :

All its features are good but the loading time it takes more time. Also if we have oppened 3 different positions in three different tabs then the highlighting portion of resume will be intercanged. In todays world time is money. The main problem which i face is that the loading time is more. Also i have seen that certain times it will not pick relevant profiles the key skills put will be different but the candidates comeing in the list are different.

Very pleased with features and support

Commentaires : As an IT manager, it has been very easy for me to take advantage of many of their features resulting in efficiencies and cost savings.

Avantages :

The product is constantly being updated and recent new features eliminate the need to spend on third party products. For example, a new electronic document process which eliminates the need for docusign. This works great in JobDiva and at no cost. Their texting product is offered at a fraction of the cost of third party products. The savings and ease of use add up if you can utilize their financials, CRM, and BI tools. Their support team is fantastic.

Inconvénients :

There are occasional brief episodes of slowness. The timesheet and financials aspects are very limited and probably would be a better selling point if they were more robust. The BI tool is good but very slow.

Commentaires : Love this tool. Very easy to use. We just need a few fixes with the the candidate UDF's.

Avantages :

I love the reporting menu and I love the ease of sending out mass emails and texts to current and potential candidates

Inconvénients :

Just that the on boarding documents don't read over to the UDF'S

Excellent ATS(Application Tracking System) and VMS for Recruitment

Commentaires : Overall Job Diva is an excellent tool to implement in a recruiting company. but you cannot fully depends on Job diva for you recruitment needs

Job diva is an excellent tool for recruiters and as well managers to track the performance of recruiters. In job diva we can embedded search portals like Dice, Monster , Carrier Builder . Hence we can see resume of every portal at one place. When it come to reports , Job Diva is just excellent . We can track various details of recruiter activity in Job Diva , such as submissions, interview, starts, notes etc. Hence every easy to track performance of recruiter.

Inconvénients :

Filtering of US status is difficult. Also the fetching of new resumes directly for portals may take time , its not instantaneous .
