Great, Convenient Product
Commentaires: Track employees time on jobs and then bill the customer with the data that is accumulated from the employees time entry.
Avantages: Very simple to use but has everything you need to track your WIP and do your billing. Very user friendly layout that makes sense. Updated frequently.
Inconvénients: As the database gets bigger sometimes it lags. When you do searches you can't search a contacts name and get the company to show up.

Not user friendly / unmatured product
Commentaires: Product and customer services are very disappointing.
Avantages: Demo was good and attractive. Pricing was good as well.
- We were not able to set up property, took about 2 months to set up
- It does not work with emails with POP/SMTP, works with Exchange server, however not very good
- slow customer/help service
- can not categorize the uploaded documents even not by client or by employee
- very limited options to arrange the documents and information (not much options)
- When clients try to upload documents sometime it gives a blank screen, no option to upload documents
- Not able to reply an email and upload the documents at the same time
