Commentaires : We signed up for QuickFile early on in our business. I have some accounting experience but my business partner has very little. She managed to pick it up with ease, and has kept our accounts up-to-date thanks to their bank feeds and their iOS app. Most things are straightforward to achieve, but even when you have a problem, their support team and community have been a great help, and quickly too.

Avantages :

We signed up for QuickFile when we launched our company. It's simple, straightforward, and both my business partner and I have access to it, all included in their affordable and very reasonable annual fee. Love their API, which allows us to integrate our own platform with QuickFile, making invoicing and payments a breeze. The launch of their app a few months back was a very welcome addition to the toolkit, allowing us to snap and record our receipts on the go.

Inconvénients :

There's not much to dislike about QuickFile. Some additional integrations would be great, but appreciate that this works both ways.

Accounting made simple

Commentaires : From the opening of the first day, quick file proved easy to understand and simple to use.

Avantages :

Quick file is intuitive and easy to use with all the essential functions at hand as soon as you need them.

Inconvénients :

Bank reconciliation facility, whereby the software contacts you bank account and lists your statement, could be packaged with the software rather than an added extra

What a learning curve!

Commentaires : It's helping me keep on top of everything.

Avantages :

The bank feed integration and ledger is excellent, which allows you to keep track of everything.

Inconvénients :

It's so complicated for the average user who doesn't have a financial degree! If you understand accounting it's probably easier, but otherwise there's a bit of a learning curve!

The answer to my accounting needs

Commentaires : This is generally a very suitable accounting software and easy to navigate.

Avantages :

It's affordable. Also, its very easy to conduct day to day accounting with this software. For instance, invoicing and purchases need no training at all.

Inconvénients :

I struggled to get my head around some of the more in depth entries and reports.

Ease of introduction - simple to use and easy to develop your skills. Use as much of the functionality as you are ready for

Inconvénients :

no Inventory control and the reporting isn't great, although this is negated by the ease with which data can be extracted to prepare your own reports

Excellent Accounting Software

Commentaires : I am using the software for last six month. I have no tension for my accounts. I am making an entry for my purchase and creating supplier. I am creating invoice and clients very easily. The main feature is that the software is totally online based, so I can work from any place, I can add my staff for working from any place. When I need to see any payments I can see from any place. I don't need to carry my computer all the place for my company accounts. It is always with me. Actually, my accounts are now all over the world. Another great feature is that my client can see the invoice from their office. I am sending an invoice through email, they are watching the invoice from my quick file software online!

Avantages :

This is the accounting software. This is fully online based. I think this software very easy to use and easy to understand. This is the best accounting software ever. I have used many accounting software for my company accounting systems. I got this is the best ever. I used to use it regularly my accounting activities sales, purchased, invoicing. Here I can work very easily. I can make any entry without any confusion. There are amusing features when my invoice is overdue, itself get me reminded to send the reminder to the clients for payment. I can use it from anywhere. My clients get notification from their email and can see their invoice and payments from this software. I can say that really it is an amusing software for all accounting requirements.

I am returning client - very happy!

Avantages :

It has automatic invoices, automatic reminders, auto-tagging! I can modify payment terms individually, that's great and also individually can cancel automatic reminders if some clients are on special payments terms Also there are so many options how to accept payments! And last the most amazing thing - for all my receipts they have already prepared descriptions of all possible purchases and where they should be noted in accountancy

Inconvénients :

There is no standard services (or may be I just don't know about it) So I have to type description every time

Learning curve, but powerful for the price

Commentaires : It has allowed me to easily track expenses without having to think about it too much.

Avantages :

The receipt automatic monitoring is excellent - connect a dropbox folder and the system will automatically ingest any pdf or image you drop into that folder ready for tagging as an expense when you next log in. This is great for capturing receipts on the go, or printing an order confirmation to PDF. The price is also excellent. Free for small businesses, and reasonable for larger ones.

Inconvénients :

Unless you understand accounting concepts well, there is certainly a learning curve. It doesn't hold your hand quite as much as some others. Once you get your head around it, there is a huge feature set and in depth power available. The free version does not restrict features, just the quantity of entries you can make in your ledger.

Commentaires : Quickfile is excellent. I love the integration with the app, so I can photograph invoices using my iphone and they appear in my Quickfile hub ready to be categorised.
The whole system has made my accounting life so much easier.

Avantages :

Integration with the app, easy invoicing to my clients.

Inconvénients :

Can't think of any right now. I sometimes want a simple in/out report per month and it's a bit of a faff to find that, but it's no biggie

Book Keeping System You Can Count On

Easy to use, even for a user with no book-keeping experience or knowledge; straightforward system; clear visual dashboards, reports and features; allows customers to log in and see invoices and documents; easily customisable.

Inconvénients :

As with any online service, an internet connection is needed to access, but as almost everywhere has Wi-Fi or a mobile signal, this is hardly an issue

Commentaires : Overall organization of client information is impeccible

Avantages :

Being able to assign files to different policies/ properties is so convenient. Labeling files isn't always as easy as it seems, but having folders assigned to policies/ properties lessens the confusion of multiple docs.

Inconvénients :

There's so much to use, I don't think I'm maximizing the potential of the program.

Brilliant for beginners

Commentaires : For someone inexperienced like me, running a very small company, quickfile is PERFECT

Avantages :

Very sur friendly for people like me who have never done accounts before. Super easy to pop in receipts and payments on general. Love the tag feature too
