Avec mon équipe, nous avons pas encore eu de soucis avec Podio pour le moment.

Le meilleur logiciel de gestion de projets

Avantages :

Budgétisation, suivi des dépenses et du temps, interface multi-utilisateur, facilité d'utilisation, le chat Podio qui me permet d'envoyer des messages instantanés

Inconvénients :

Bien que Podio offre une interface multi-utilisateur, elle n'est pas facile à prendre en main

Podio est un outil de planification qu’on permet aux entreprises de gérer les clients facilement. Il aide aussi pour l’envoi des messages instantanés.

Inconvénients :

concernant sa fonctionnalité elle décorne des fois et le système devient lent

Gérer simplement vos projets

Avantages :

Pas besoin d'être un professionnel pour utiliser ce logiciel. J'apprécie surtout sa facilité et la possibilité de personnaliser l'interface et les paramètres.

Inconvénients :

Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas l'utiliser sur Smartphone. Un manque d'accessibilité qui complique un peu la mobilité quand on est pro.

Plate-forme de communication interne

Commentaires : Superbe outil pour communiquer avec tous les employés de notre usine. On s'en sert comme un réseau professionnel. Très utile aussi pour gérer toutes les demandes, de type changement d'horaire, présences aux activités sociales, invitation aux rencontres.

Avantages :

Plusieurs fonctions et personnalisations possibles, notamment grâce aux workflows de Globiflow. Facile à utiliser pour ceux qui aiment les technologies, sans être toutefois des pros. Simple à comprendre pour susciter des interactions et des réactions (système de mentions J'AIME et de commentaires).

Inconvénients :

Les tâches ne sont pas accessibles dans la version mobile pour Android. Toutes les fonctions ne sont pas disponibles sur version mobile. Pourrait y avoir un système d'épinglage de publications. Version supérieure incluant Globiflow coûte cher par licence utilisateur. Pourraient y avoir plus de tutoriels pour apprendre à configurer des automatisations sur Globiflow.

Amazing platform for managing anything

Avantages :

Podio is a fully featured platform that allows you to manage any process. We use it as our ERP and we manage all our company processes there. We are a corporate training organization and we sell workshops. In podio we create and keep track from the beginning of the process, the delivery of the courses and the follow up. We have developed with time a quite complex and at the same time simple custom platform for our needs.

Inconvénients :

Reporting is quite limited and not very customizable. Also views could be more sophisticated and customizable.

10 Year Client

Commentaires : We loved it and did almost everything with it. Unfortunately they made a dramatic change that is unacceptable. They restricted our guest user functions in where subcontractors, collaborators, clients, and countless others we have worked with over the years can no longer perform functions like editing app items or create an app item which was a basic user function needed in all of our workspaces. We have been with them since 2013 have built hundreds of colabritives with clients, built entire security education curriculums and managed large government proposals using the platform. Now those free features that we became reliant on over the past 10 years were switched to employee only paid features. In order to restore those former functions. I would have to pay for a user account for each guest in the system. That would change my annual bill from $2400 a year to over $33K a year. That is like buying a new car every year so 130 guest could work with us. I would preach to others on how good the platform was but now after 10 years of customization of apps workspaces client and employee integration they want me to pay a factor of 13.4 x what we have been paying in order to do what we have been doing for the past 10 years. Absolutely criminal ! This is going to be painful and costly.

Avantages :

Until Oct 11, 2023 I would argue they are the most powerful intuitive user friendly cloud based tool ever designed. The platform was ideal for project, client, and employee management with powerful tutorials and clean interface with a wide range of customization .

Inconvénients :

They changed their business model effective Oct 11. It has completely disrupted our entire business. I was a huge advocate but no longer. The move is a financial fleecing of small business.

Customizable but clunky task management

Commentaires : This was very customizable and worked for me.

Avantages :

I loved the task queue feature. This showed a list of upcoming tasks and made it easy for me to review upcoming call tasks.

Inconvénients :

I disliked how much effort it took to manage individual tasks.

Podi - O?

Commentaires : We used it for 1-2 years for marketing projects and an internal goal alignment project.

Avantages :

I used it for 1-2 years but really never got to a point where I liked the software. It did allow for team communications and project tracking, but I do not believe we used it appropriately.

Inconvénients :

Podio seems to be a very specific style of project/task management software. We tried using it for implementation projects, so there was a lot of customizations that had to occur before it was usable. I did not feel like it was overly intuitive to use and had to do several follow up trainings.

Podio is great if you want to build your own

For solo and micro enterprise users, Podio could be a good option due to lower cost structuring if you know how to build.

Inconvénients :

Podio was not the easiest to use although you can build it to do just about anything.

Podio - solid and reliable CRM customised to our needs

Commentaires : I compared at least 5 or 6 products. I chose podio, citrix being known to me and found it good. I got support via messaging and phone and quickly had the system setup to meet admin needs and job tracking. 8 years later, have full access to all jobs, cloud based, can download backup and its a part of our IT system used byb4 users daily.

Avantages :

Having used podio for over 8 years (!) As CRM and also as means of sharing tasks with certain staff it is perfect. I can setup projects, import excel, csv and track one-off jobs or larger contracts, sharing with workforce.

Inconvénients :

Not much negative to say. We tried some features but overcomplicated our own ways of working. It does what we want it to anc now rely on it.

Absolutely amazing Application which can easily plug in to your existing apps or database

Commentaires : Overall- this is the main CRM software my company uses. It was sink or swim for me. I did a lot of research while home (after work). It should be easily adapted to new employees , in my opinion. Even now, 2 years later, I still struggle at times , figuring out the available functions, etc.

Avantages :

I like the ability to upload as many docs as needed for the project/customer. All departments (in my workplace) can view what is going on with the project. It keeps the project organized and allows as many details as needed.

Inconvénients :

Podio to me, isn't user friendly. It took quite some time to learn the quirks and how to maneuver through the different pages for the project. Definitely could use some enhancements.

Love this tool, fully customizable!

Commentaires : I'm using the free version, so for me it's a free project management tool that can be customized to track any type of project or process. I can assign and schedule tasks for any user in the workspace.

Avantages :

It can do anything! There are pre-developed apps and packages of apps that you can add to your workspace to get started quickly. Those modules can be modified to meet your needs. OR, you can create your own apps to serve your own purposes. I've created my own apps for a variety of workspaces and have found it can do almost anything! So far we've used it for lead development, website development/QA, order tracking, and customer feedback handling. Love that we can assigne and schedule tasks for any user in the workspace. We're a small team, so the free version has been able to meet our needs as well.

Inconvénients :

It can be time consuming to figure out how build your own applications. The pre-built apps are great to start with, but then you have to visualize how to modify them to meet you unique needs. Not bad, just a learning curve. Also, the per user per month expenses can add up quickly if you need the more advanced features.

Great Resource for Businesses

Commentaires : Podio is our main project management source and we love it! It allows us to assign project managers to projects, tag team members that need the information, others to add information they have gathered, copy emails directly to Podio, assign tasks, and so much more. I would highly recommend Podio for any type of business and think it is a great tool that is easy to use.

Avantages :

What I like most about Podio is the organization of project management. It helps to keep track of current information, copying emails directly to Podio, tagging team members, and organizing the project with information that is useful in my business. It has been such a great management tool for our small business and relaying information that is easily searchable when the project information is needed quickly!

Inconvénients :

What I like least about this software is that is can get confusing in the beginning and overwhelming of features. It does take some time to understand the functions of Podio and all that it can do. Once learned it is user friendly, but it is hard to get started!

Bring together your team for project management, at Podio

Commentaires : It is highly suggested to medium and large size business setup. It will benefit both business to business and business to customer type market. I have found it very unique in terms of project management.

Avantages :

Citrix Podio is a complete solution for carrying out the execution of the projects. It assists us from the beginning of the project planning till its end closing. We have boosted up our sales funnels and our pipeline never gets empty. This is because we are capable of delivering the quality content to our clients with the help of this tool, that allow us to add images in the project and provide us true guideline in managing our content.

Inconvénients :

I have felt a gap in its email feature which is not as effective as other market tools. Also for me its price is not so effective no doubt it balance its amazing features but still for those business who really need a back end for support might finds it costly.

Very flexible software, but increasingly unreliable

Commentaires : Overall, pretty good for a budget CRM. But it feels like a platform with its better days behind it.

Avantages :

Podio is designed for project managers, but we used it as our CRM - which shows how flexible it is. It worked well, the UI is nice, the workflows save you a lot of time and you can link up items well for automation (e.g. if you close a deal, mark the associated company item as 'customer'). The reporting worked quite well too. You can pull data into reports and create nice dashboards. And you can export to Excel.

Inconvénients :

Citrix aren't investing in Podio - it looks the same as when we started using it years ago. It's also increasingly unreliable - there have been numerous all-day outages in 2018. This is frustrating when you depend on Podio to run your business. We have since moved onto a different CRM software because of these issues.

Worse company ever

I love Podio and have been using it as my main CRM and business tracking service for roughly 2 years

Commentaires : I use it every day to improve my business organization. It keeps tracks of my clients, important events, money, expenses, quarterly reports, and anything else. I love the customization of the apps, which allows me to create whatever I want, from CRM to tracking.

Avantages :

I love the option to customize all of my apps in Podio. I am a professional magician and use it to keep track of proposals for shows sent out, as well as their progresses. Moreover, I use it to keep track of expenses, invoices, and whether or not I've distributed my money to my business accounts. I also use it to keep track of clients, which makes it very easy to quickly look up information. I love that I can link apps, such as my show proposals and client apps, which makes everything flawless. Plus, the tasks option allows me to create reminders for myself without cluttering my own personal to-do list. Plus... it's free!!

Highly customizable!

Easy to use on a number of devices once you're done with the initial setup. Podio allows you to access your most crucial business data anytime and anywhere at a reasonable price. It's awesome how you can integrate with so many other apps and send and read emails or text messages. It is also highly customizable! You can set up individual tasks and correctly assign each task to different team members in a very organized manner.

Inconvénients :

It's a bit difficult to set up and may need extra help managing the initial set up. Being quite flexible comes with a price as its set up can be a pain without proper training. Design can also be improved as it is not as pleasing as most productivity apps available in the market.
