Ultimate diagramming tool

Commentaires : I have been using creately for over 9 years, its a simple product solves lots of my day to day problems, quick drawing of diagrams and collaborating with users.

Avantages :

Creately is a diagramming tool to get job done quickly packed with beautiful shapes and color and also provide lots of features like realtime collaboration, data modeling and integration with many tools.

Inconvénients :

Sometime app becomes bit sluggish normal works well after refreshing, on general usage it is very fast to draw.

Rapid Updates

Avantages :

The UI is beautiful. The UX is intuitive. The chart style and elements are highly customisable. I see updates and new features very often.

Inconvénients :

There is still some functionality missing (like moving diagrams from one folder to another) and the occasional graphical glitch. However, with the current rate of updates I feel those are coming very soon! I

Cancel plan is not possible

Avantages :

the design is nice looking and a lot of icons

Inconvénients :

it is impossible to cancel your plan after you added your payment details. deleting data or your payment method for security reason seems also not possible. account and settings is hidden in the app

Commentaires : Overall it's a good product to use unless some of bug fixing done

Wording generated through the AI is good

Inconvénients :

appearance structure on screen is some time irritating

Commentaires : It enables us to design processes and connect different types of activities together.

Avantages :

1. Many templates that can be combined 2. Combines videoconferencing with visual workspace collaboration

Inconvénients :

1. Trial workspaces are public - a team cannot put real work in a public document, so the testing process has to include non-critical info.

Easy to Use Org Chart Software

Commentaires : I tried quite a few software options for org charts and this was the easiest to use and quickest to deploy.

Avantages :

Creately has some decent templates to begin an org chart or mind map, although some more work could be put into the template selection. From the template, the edits are really easy and intuitive.

Inconvénients :

If you want to start from scratch (e.g. no template), the software is a little tricky for a novice to make something that looks professional. The template selection could be augmented to help provide more bases to start from.

Great Software for Flowcharting

Commentaires : We used it to allow students to learn how to represent songs and program flows in a flowchart to express and organize their thinking.

Avantages :

Very easy to use, clean interface, looks user-friendly and intuitive.

Inconvénients :

A bit laggy when using when there are many blocks and zooming out, the undo function did not work as well as expected.

Commentaires : When working, is excellent to integrate into JIRA and Confluence - just draw on the fly. Really like the export to PNG option as it makes sharing so much easier.

Avantages :

I like the integration into JIRA and Confluence and the stand-alone version - the ease of use of porting drawings from each to another.

Inconvénients :

There are issues with the JIRA and Confluence versions where existing drawings refuse to load. Not sure of the problem but it is annoying. Could be an issue with O/S or versioning of host software but really, it is annoying to not be able to trust that it will work. The desktop version running on Adobe Air is also a bit of a problem for me - adds an admin need to make sure the base software is secure and also makes me perceive the effort to be a bit less. Prefer standalone software on the desktop or an enclosed APP rather than something running in another environment.

Commentaires : Creately is ideal for companies and individuals that generate a big number of flowcharts and diagrams, since the templates and other tools available enable you to build these diagrams rapidly and with minimal effort.

Avantages :

1.) The user interface is stunning & straightforward. 2.) The chart's appearance and elements can be completely customized.  3.) Frequently notice on upgrades and new features. 4.) Flexible, simple to use, and easy to share with others without having to convert to PDF or print.

Inconvénients :

There are no such Cons to mention on the tool, but it needs more popularity than the other products existing on the market.

Creately for free and awesome drawings

Commentaires : Very interesting and glad that i found this to simplify the scenarios and work around my software projects.

Avantages :

Creately is a Free and open license on-line licensed software that can be used very easily for all sorts of diagramming and work flow designing. I have been using creately for more that 4 years for my work and campus work. Highly recommend using creately for simple or advanced diagramming

Inconvénients :

Limited options available in the free version was the main blocker for me and the watermarks. But always it is best to proceed with the paid plan as it is totally worth purchasing that.

Not really that great

Commentaires : Creately has a really great website and they ranked really well for the kind of diagramming I was looking for (database design) but the product does not deliver. The let-down was epic.

Avantages :

It is an online tool that works in your browser and they have a lot of good information on their website about how to build different kinds of diagrams.

Inconvénients :

The tool itself is difficult to use and doesn't allow you to do much in terms of working with others at the same time. I was also looking for something that would work well with the Google environment which this doesn't

Just what we need

Commentaires : We found the perfect solution to our business because before Creately we used Microsoft Visio (which is so complicated to use). Also, the learning curve (how to use it) it's really good.

Avantages :

* It's very easy to develop a diagram chart from the scratch * Import SVG and Google images

Inconvénients :

* Sometimes it's really difficult to import a SVG file

Commentaires : Great software for planning, organization and process flow. The ability to create a visual representation is unmatched.

Avantages :

It took me no time to learn how to use Creately. It is self explanatory and very simple, yet with some higher level functions. I have used this for restructuring the company organization and to show a visual representation of the flow of processes.

Inconvénients :

There is not much I don't like about this software. I guess the only thing would be it is a little difficult to do flow chart arrows with just a track pad on a laptop. It is much easier to use with a mouse to be precise with placement and resizing.

Great Tool for Project Management

Avantages :

It is easily shared with multiple users to have a living document for collaboration.

Inconvénients :

The formatting and user interface is a little bit buggy and non responsive, especially on the desktop version.

Commentaires : I use them to make as-is and to-be process flows, sipoc diagrams, architecture diagrams.

Avantages :

It is very easy to use and I like how intuitive it is. I like the feature set and the canned templates. I use it for professional diagrams and to make process flows and I find it way easier than visio and it also allows for collaboration which I love.

Inconvénients :

Could expand on the template set. As of now I have not not found what I need, but from my experience with other similar tools, I feel there could be more templates.

Love how easy it is to use!

Avantages :

What i love is the abundance of templates to represent anything I’m trying to do from website wire framing to SWOT analyses and even org charts. All the information is easy to input and represented beautifully and professionally. The different ways you can export your creation is super useful too.

Inconvénients :

I think getting used to tab to confirm an action took a bit of getting used to. Other than that, good to go!

Not very intuitive, poor UI/UX, and extremely limited design functionality

Avantages :

It seems to be a bit more complicated than it needs to be, yet, there is an excellent support community with help desk articles on pretty much anything question you may have.

Inconvénients :

Very frustrating to see that they require you to pay for some basic 'premium' features that are available for free on hundreds of more intuitive platforms like Google Draw.

Installed it and had my initial diagram in a day
