Outstanding Service

Commentaires : We love using smart lynx. If there is a report we need and it is not available we are able to get one made on our behalf. I cant say enough about our service from our account manager - [sensitive content hidden]. There are really no words to describe her service.

Avantages :

The reports and our Customer Account Manager. Outstanding service and incredibly detail oriented and matriculas.

Inconvénients :

Nothing that I can think of at the moment ... Oh, I don't like how often I have to change my password.

Smartlynx Review

Avantages :

Smartlynx is nice, integrates decently well with other systems, and receives active development. The development schedule is open to billed requests to enable new features or improvements.

Inconvénients :

Smartlynx is hard to navigate and the menu option are less than clear on the exact impact and scope they have. This is something you can learn over time and with use but its not something you can expect new people to understand with little oversight.

Very simple to use. Lacks some features that other similar softwares would offer.

Commentaires : Daily up to date information about the business day.

Avantages :

Very simple to work with. Easy to train new team members to use. Does cut down on amount of time to open and close business days. Updates every 15 minutes showing sales and labor.

Inconvénients :

Software doesn't allow a deep drill down on inventory and how it relates to items sold. Software can only be used on file server, this makes counting inventory more complicated.

Commentaires : Our experience has been a very positive one. Anything we need they are always willing to listen and assist.

Avantages :

Integrating Smartlynx in our platform was very seemless and the dev team was willing to assist in any way.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes there are features that we need. But we work with the dev team and they are willing to work with us to add those features.

Commentaires : Overall it gets the job done.

Avantages :

data collection and and dashboard, collects data needed for reporting.

Inconvénients :

Seems outdated visually, could use a css facelift

Excellent business software. Used everyday to keep myself and business in order. Highly recommended.

Avantages :

Navigation throughout is extremely simple. Store business day view is amazing. Keeping the days labor, transactions, etc. all in order for easy usage. Inventory transaction tab makes my life, as a kitchen manager, so much easier. From counts to variance, absolutely perfect.

Inconvénients :

When a new employee has been put into the system it takes about a day for that individuals information to process through. This makes for an error at the end of the night, closing the business day.
