C'est un logiciel de communication qui nous facilite d'héberger les vidéos et d'enregistrer l'écran. Vue ses fonctionnalités ça nous aide à faire des éditions vidéo et de les mettre en vente.

Inconvénients :

C'est à grâce à ce logiciel que le marketing vidéo passe dans de bonne gestion. Ce qui n'est jamais une aspect négative pour son utilisation. J'apprécie beaucoup ce logiciel.

I would NOT recommend Vidyard

Avantages :

If you look at how many negative reviews I wrote about a company, you would not find ONE.. the reason is I would never want to hurt a companies rating.. but this organization has made me take time out of my day to write this.. Let me start by saying I hired Vidyard and signed a 1 year contract.. about 5 months into the contract, we kept having the same issue (our videos were not showing on certain cell phones). I had a large meeting with a law firm and when the video i did for them did not work properly, I made the decision to find another company. I have 4 emails prior to this issue from the head of my video department. bottom line, this was 1 month before the pandemic. I wrote them a letter to let them know I am moving my service because of the issues i continued to face.. This company had the nerve to send me to a collection company in July (during the pandemic).. they did not answer my email (it was their sales person who ignored my emails).. very frustrated and i would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Inconvénients :

the fact that they could not fix or figure out the issues we had with cell phones and their customer service.

Convenient screen recording

Avantages :

I really found vidyard easy to use. It's really well integrated into google chrome. Exporting and sharing videos is easy.

Inconvénients :

I don't like how you are restricted by the quality of your export. Which is a shame because some of our videos needed higher resolution.

Great screen capture platform with easy sharing

Commentaires : I've had great success with Vidyard and terrific conversations with their sales team about their packages.

Avantages :

Vidyard works with a minimum of muss and fuss for screen sharing. There are lots of players in this space but I still like Vidyard best for basic screen capture. Its easy for customers to use and easy for me to create and send videos

Inconvénients :

the paid plans were a little out of whack with some of their competitors. Free, of course, is fine for basic use but they seem to be looking for enterprise users not mall business.

Great for video creation

Commentaires : Great tool to have in your video creating arsenal, I have been using it a couple years now and its very easy to use and my customers love the videos.

Avantages :

I like that it has enough features like Chrome extensions and a mobile app that you don't necessarily have to go into the website all the time to create a video.

Inconvénients :

I think it would be nice if they added more features for editing videos.

Great Chrome extension for screen recording

Avantages :

It is easy, intuitive and works as a Chrome patch!

Inconvénients :

Nothing to say here. It is great for free usage, but it is limited for 25 videos only

Vidyard is great for connecting with clients

Avantages :

Vidyard enables me to promptly and effortlessly address customer inquiries in a personalized manner. When customers send me questions regarding our website, I can swiftly respond by sending them a customized Vidyard video showcasing the solution, without the need to schedule a meeting.The analytics feature provides valuable insights, allowing me to track whether the customer has watched the video. Based on the percentage of the video they watched, I can assess whether a follow-up call is necessary.

Inconvénients :

Thus far, I haven't identified any drawbacks with Vidyard. It is user-friendly, efficient, and facilitates the delivery of high-quality videos to clients. I have made a conscious effort to think of areas for improvement, but I am currently unable to pinpoint any.

Explainer videos made easy

Commentaires : This software has been great for us internally with creating explainer videos for our SOPs and instructions for one off tasks. We still use this software but not as frequently as when we were still building out our SOPs. This software is a great tool for a team of 2 or more that need explainer/reference videos.

Avantages :

It is easy to setup and add as an extension within Google Chrome. The recording is simple and it allows moving between tabs and screens.

Inconvénients :

Sadly, they removed a lot of the functionality from the free version and we lost a lot of videos

Vidyard is what sets me apart

Commentaires : Vidyard is great and definitely a tool that all salespeople should be using daily.

Avantages :

Vidyard is seriously the best things ever when you're prospecting. It works so well to have video in any cold outreach and makes the whole process of prospecting less weird.

Inconvénients :

I honestly love Vidyard. I don't have any complaints besides that fact that it doesn't integrate with Outreach.

Its all timing

Commentaires : Overall super positive. I'm a remote worker my role involves a lot of helping people troubleshoot issues. Vidyard has become a staple in that process as well as an efficient way for me to communicate to a group of people. When you're not using it for outbound sales it's a challenge justifying paying for it especially if all you really need is the capability to quickly record and share short videos amongst the team. For that basic use, I really dig Vidyard's out of the box functionality.

Avantages :

It's quite easy to use. I live on Chrome so the chrome extension is super handy. I've found being able to attach recordings directly in my emails really useful and definitely my favorite feature. I'll qualify everything, by pointing out that I only use the free product and that although I love it for its utility as a remote worker, I've yet to be able to justify paying for it for my use case.

Inconvénients :

I use the free version, and while the paid licenses have advanced analytics and editing features, I simply don't need that stuff. My one gripe is that the videos seem to take a bit longer to load and play compare to other tools I've used and sometimes the chrome ext. crashes which can be annoying.

Vidyard is great

Commentaires : Great. It has helped us connect with customers in an industry where it can be challenging to allocate time to training and software setup.

Avantages :

I would recommend vidyard to anyone. We use it for creating training videos for our support team as well as quick customer screen captures for client training. Love the chrome extension, once set up, super easy.

Inconvénients :

Not a lot. I wish the link for the video and the link in the web browser were the same but i am sure there is reasoning why they aren't

Avantages :

I love the fact that it is a new interactive way to communicate with customers. Adding a personal message to customers with an insightful video is awesome.

Inconvénients :

It took me a little bit of time to get comfortable with the features and functions. Once I became comfortable with the software it became very useful.

A great tool for video marketing insights and sales teams

Avantages :

- Super easy to create & send video emails - Marketing automation integration to evaluate how far did a viewer / potential prospect had watched the video (and allocate the right scoring according to it)

Inconvénients :

- the video quality can be better - I'd love to see better insights and analytics offered within the tool

Love the Analytics and Livestream Feature

Commentaires : Great platform for videos, the analytics are so on point, we've found it extremely useful to see where users replay, drop off, skip in our videos. Can't wait to see future features!

Avantages :

I love the analytics and data provided by Vidyard.

Inconvénients :

The user experience could be a lot better because I sometimes have trouble finding out where certain features are and how to activate them such as changing the color of a player, etc.

Not that compelling

There are so many cute features—gif thumbnails, and it’s easy to use and deploy. The customer service is really great too.

Inconvénients :

It didn’t deliver much value. We really didn’t close more deals because of it. Loom is free so that’s what we kept.

The Ferrari of Online Video Players and Video Hosting

Commentaires : When looking at other video players for our organization we looked at many different video players including the big ones like Wistia, Vimeo, and of course Vidyard. We decided to go with Vidyard because they have rock solid video hosting, cutting edge features, and solid customer support. We have hundreds of videos that we wanted to put on our website and on our YouTube channel. VIdyard lets you push videos directly to YouTube with closed captions, titles, and descriptions. Vidyard lets you customize email gating on your videos (not just email). Then you can sync those leads with your marketing automation platform. Vidyard lets you add custom annotations to any video at any time in the video so you can engage viewers and drive them to the pages you want them to go to.

Awesome platform for video!

Avantages :

Vidyard makes it easy to incorporate more video into your marketing efforts. We primarily use it as a sales enablement tool, allowing our reps to use GoVideo to embed their own personal videos into their outreach efforts. Also love the amount of insight and analytics we have access to when looking at video performance.

Inconvénients :

Tons of great features with Vidyard but it can sometimes get a little overwhelming. Would be great to see some of their features more simplified and better organized within the platform.

Video prospecting

Avantages :

Vidyard is a great tool for video prospecting.

Inconvénients :

I don't like how you can not change the size of your face in the camera box.

It is kind of easy to use... but thats it.

Inconvénients :

I used the free trial and i realised that you need to pay to own you video. Otherwise you only have a link that you can share. I did pay and i realised that when you broadcast your screen, you only have 360p resolution... For my needs, I absolutly need 720p. So i did ask to have my money back after only 1 hour of use. They refuse to do it after i explained my situation. Who refuse that theses days? I do not recommand at all. Sorry for syntaxes error if i did some, I am a french speaker.

Incredibly easy screen-cap software for creating training videos

Commentaires : I am able to share best practices with remote users without having to schedule skype or zoom calls with each person. This saves me a lot of time.

Avantages :

I love how Vidyard is free. I use it to screen capture my actions to share with people outside of my office, so they can see how to do specific things. It's incredibly easy to use and it has been totally hassle-free.

Inconvénients :

I have no negative issues to report with Vidyard. As I use a free version and it does everything I want it to, I am totally satisfied.
