Once the document is sent out, I can't take it back to modify. In order for me to modify it, I would have to delete the existing one and upload another one; This will cost me of having to for an extra document which I think it's unreasonable.The user interface is not very easy to deal with especially when trying to resize the fields or signature box - working on documents on a smaller laptop screen or tablet is not ideal in trying to resizing the field.

As far as the system it works decent for what we do as RON closer. The customer side it seems less glitchy and easier to walk through

When we close 2 people they cannot sign right after each other. It seems to make you have them open a new invitation for some reason. Have not gotten it cleared with talking with support. Also it will not reset you password before 8am,.

Setting up templates can be a bit cumbersome, but it gets easier the more you use it.

Commentaires : Like the overall look and feel, great set of features, thorough documentation, and very responsive support folks even though I was using the free trial!
Avantages :
Ability to create a url that our customers could click on anytime to complete a Waiver and Release of Liability - required paperwork for every visitor riding or in same area as horses.
Inconvénients :
It would be useful to have a definition of terms, aka glossary. My idea of what a "document" is and theirs of "document count" is very different, so a detailed definition would have saved time. It's a little detail, but something that costed me extra time, revisions, and trials, in getting the form to do as required. The template editor has a funny undocumented behavior - even when the check boxes are set to be filled out by signer, the check marks get set/reset every time you select that field. So after selecting to check or change properties, I'd need to go back and select it again to turn off the checkmark.
Perfect option for small business

Great for anyone who needs to get up to three documents signed in any month. I'm a very small business and have only a few contracts that I need signed in any one month. Secured Signing is a great option. It's easy to use and works great every time.
Inconvénients :
It took a bit to get used to the process and interface. But once you get the hang of it, it's intuitive and makes sense.

There is nothing that I do not like about Secured Signing. Have yet to encounter a problem with using the product.
Pros and Cons of Secured Signing

Introducing new software to an organisation is always fraught with issues but Secured Signing was quickly adopted by our staff and volunteers
Quick and Easy to use
Avantages :
I liked the ability to add my own personal signature to my default settings in Secured Signing. This way the software would use my signature when needed to sign selected documents. I think this adds a more personal touch to document signing process. The signing of documents is a quick and easy process and takes just a few minutes.
Inconvénients :
I have yet to encounter any drawbacks in my use of electronic signatures.

I am on the Free account and used to be able to send the contract out to all parties at the same time - now it forces me to do it sequential which is less effective for my needs.
Secured Signings Provides Excellent Platform for Online Notaries
Commentaires : I find that the customer support to be superb and above industry standards for companies that do not charge for premium support. I find the signer experience to be the easiest of the three platforms that I interchange. I find that there are fewer failures on international signings than other platforms. The responsiveness to feature improvement is very quick and the tech team is excellent at creating a great user experience for both the notary and the signer.
Avantages :
Because the platform allows the signer to complete KBA and CA ahead of time, the time online is greatly minimized allowing for more notarizations per day.
Inconvénients :
I find the document preparation part of the software to be difficult. Mistakes are difficult to fix once you have saved and tagged the documents without having to reload and retag the entire document set, and be charged again for new documents uploaded. This may or may not have been fixed by the time of this review.
My first attempts to use it
Commentaires : Getting 18 people to sign documents was fast and easy (but see above). Far better than having to track down those people given the working from home situation at the moment.
Avantages :
The adding of a signature to a document is straight forward, although having to add the same 18 signatures to two different documents is a pain (see below regarding a library).
Inconvénients :
The creation of a template form is average. There is no snap to grid for the fields, making it difficult to precisely align the fields. There is no right justification option for values meaning everything is left justified. Copying a field makes two identical copies of the same field. Renaming one of them just renames BOTH of them. Once you import a template, the underlying words, layout cannot be amended, meaning of you want to make adjustments, the base document needs to be amended and uploaded again. A good form designer will allow the user to add extra text into the document, move things around, proper formatting etc. It also needs a library of previously saved signatures with the ability to drag and drop from the library to the document. Better than having to recreate the name and email every single time.
Use for recruitment
Commentaires : Amazing! Our issues were around the expense, time and complexity of doing job offers given the amount of paperwork we have to issue to new starters; we had to print multiple documents, send them by courier or fast post (or even hand deliver them), with many weak points where the papers went missing. With Secured Signing there is no delay, no chance of losing things, and really quick turn-around times.
Avantages :
Many things - huge savings in cost and time, cuts down our recruitment time, ensures we meet audit and legislative requirements, no 'paperwork' gets lost, ease of use for HR and new employees, and so on
Inconvénients :
The only thing I can think of is that sometimes the email seems to go to a spam folder - but no problem once we have advised the job applicant to search for it
Makes document signing easy
Commentaires : The whole process is painless and very quick. Saves printing and scanning paper documents and we have the reassurance that the document is legally binding.
Avantages :
Secured Signing is easy to use and the process from document creation to being fully signed is quick and secure.
Inconvénients :
The biggest drawback is some people either don't know how to use Secured Signing, or don't even want to try. Sometimes the document is printed and hand signed then scanned back to me which defeats the purpose of digital signing.
Secured Signing - Making Business Easier
Commentaires : Secured signing has allowed us to do business remotely and / or finish off the sale processs

Once we set this up through the API Secured Signing has become an integral part of allowing us to do business more easily and securely. The help desk service is prompt making problem solving relatively easy as well
Inconvénients :
We have only been using the software for 2 months so it is too early to comment here.

One of the best features is that it integrates with our ATS so sending and receiving signed documents back is seamless.

Commentaires : Generally easy to use and support is just a phone call away.
Avantages :
The system makes sending , tracking and signing of documents that we utilize for our clients and candidates seamless. Additionally, having the ability to provide candidates with a url for the form is great.
Inconvénients :
Setting up some of the templates and having to reload templates to be able to edit these.
Easy and Secure
Avantages :
It's easy to set up and get started. My clients are happy they no longer need to print, sign, scan and email documents. It's easy to combine several documents to send to one client and is helping me to create less paper. Secured signing have offered a free on-line training session, I'm hoping this will help me use more features that might be available.
Inconvénients :
Nothing so far, I'm still finding my way around and only using it on a very basic level.
Simple and very well featured
Commentaires : Very positive, we can now e-sign documents which require witnesses.
Avantages :
We needed a way to do document signing including proper witnessing. Not many other e-sign solutions on the market have this feature. Very happy to have found SS - this saved us so much time, very pleased.
Inconvénients :
Only complaint was lack of a mailing list type feature. We needed to send the same document to dozens of people, and had to load them up one-at-a-time.

There are some glitches when uploading an ID. It freezes when the signer is trying to take a pic sometimes.
