Ease of Use: Software gets integrated well with the system software. The workflow is seamless and thorough.
Containers that need to be added/deleted along with items that need to be separated into different boxes is frustrating. I go back to using the old format most of the time.

It's user friendly, simple and productive! We have been using this software for about 3 years now. Overall, we are very pleased with the system, and we cannot imagine trying to conduct our daily business on any other software. Pros - Very powerful, scalable - Excellent customer service for implementation AND ongoing needs - Quick adoption for new employees
Ship Notice/manifest is little complicated for the new users Once the order line is used for the shipment, It should automatically grey out in order to avoid errors

Worst customer service I've ever experienced
Commentaires : automation of order processing. I purchased their Transaction manager as well as their Pack and Ship software.
I love the software when it works. However setting up the system and fixing any issues is near to impossible. Their support department is split into multiple departments, so if you call in no one can actually help you because "thats not their department". As a user I know more information about their system then most of their customer service reps that answer the phone (which is not much). Sales reps over sell their quality of customer service and give false information about how easy integration is. I dont mind running into issues, thats expected with software. But the lack of help you get when something does go wrong is brutal. They have one or 2 people on the team that actually know how to help and if you get in touch with them KEEP THIER DIRECT CONTACT INFO!
customer service and integration specialists. It took over a year to integrate their "pre built connections", like amazon seller central, walmart marketpalce, and shopify. Once I signed the contract to start implementation in May 2020, it took 4 months for a rep to actually reach out and begin the project. I told them i had a deadline of November 2020 to be fully integrated...that did not happen. Fast forward to Nov. 2021 I finally have my trading partners set up but not all of them are complete. Integration team has stopped following up with me.

The second time we needed to add a partner, the customer service was completely unhelpful. This second partner was a completely different set-up from the first, and while our first set-up was so helpful to the point of practically doing the work for us, it made it very difficult when the second time around our customer service rep expected us to know and understand set-up details of EDI. We were given the bare minimum in service.

Commentaires : It's helped automate my entire business. Orders are received quicker and get out to the shipping floor quicker. Invoices and tracking are sent out automatically.
It's ability to find different solutions for each customer. It's not necessarily a plug and play program. Can save you a ton of time and money.
The interface can sometimes be hard to navigate compared to older versions but I still get done what needs to be done.
Do NOT go with True Commerce
Commentaires : Stay far away from this business. I read other bad reviews and thought to myself that cant be true IT IS every last word. Terrible service, no one follows up its hard ot get in contact with anyone and they have continue to take our money.
We can say there is absolutely no value in going with TrueCommerce. Stay far away.
We were promised a product and then later found out that they could actually not deliver that product AFTER we had signed a contract and been confirmed multiple times with their sales guy. It took 3 months for them to go back for forth and we were patient as they tried to figure it out. They said our fault we will give you a refund and cancel the contract/service. It has now been 6 months and we have had to argue to get a refund which we HAVE NOT received, no one can seem to figure out how to cancel the service so that we dont continue to receive more charges. every month we get charged and every time we reach out and have the SAM conversation. Terrible service and we regret even starting business with these people.
Commentaires : We are having a very good experience of automating functions that have greatly reduced man hours in two functions, invoicing and generating shipping tags.
I like that we can automate our transactions with other software such as Quickbooks and UPS/Fedex

Commentaires : SO FAR HAS WORKED GREAT. WE SWITCHED TO THIS PRODUCT NOW ABOUT 6 MONTHS.
EASE OF USE EASE OF SETUP COST EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION DOES THE ENTIRE WORK AS PART OF YOUR ONBOARDING. PROVIDES TRAINING AND DOES ALL THE BACK END WORK
FAIRLY NEW TO US SO AT THIS TIME VERY LITTLE TO HAVE ANY CONS. ABOUT THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS THERE IS A LITTLE LESS ON THE SHIP TO FOR THE LARGER CHAIN STORES SO WE ARE USING A WORK AROUND FOR THIS.
Product is good and fairly easy to use.
Commentaires : Right now the only benefit is price. If it was my choice we would be looking for another option that did not result in so much lost time and resources.
Easy to use after it has been setup. Fairly low maintenance after setup, as long as nothing needs to be changed
Customer service and Integration from HighJump is terrible. It has taken them well over a month to perform one single integration. Often we go days if not weeks before customer service and integration team responds to emails or calls. Our most recent encounter with them has resulted in a fine from the company TrueCommerce was supposed to integrate. Over the past 5 years of business with TrueCommerce, our number one issue with them has been lack of good customer service.
We have been working with DiCentral since 2006. They helped us in the beginning we we started our brand and has continued to be a supportive and proactive in the changing retail climate.
Overall their customer service is stellar. I sometimes I wish the problem, when we have one, could be fixed quicker.

A winning partnership
Commentaires : We wanted a solution that was better integrated with our software, much faster, simpler and cheaper to launch new trading partners. We found that a typical partner is up and running at a fraction of the previous time and cost with very little effort and rare to never do we require actual code changes.
There's a great deal of consistency in this product and in the company which is gravely important when dealing with a plethora of trading partners with diverse requirements.
There is a trade-off between great working software and feature rich capabilities. In this I found that it does 90% of what we need it to do well and then 10% it handles in a round about way that in order to make it work would be a tremendously costly undertaking.
They make EDI Easy!
Commentaires : They have helped us with two different ERP solutions and have made daily EDI tasks effortless. We are about to migrate to a new ERP solution and I have had discussions with TrueCommerce and their integration with the new ERP solution will make EDI even easier for our daily processes. (I didn't think it would be possible to make it easier!)
They have the people to help make EDI easy. Not 100% hands off, but it is so much easier when you have a Customer or Vendor who wants to do EDI and you get some basic information and then the TrueCommerce steps in and next thing you know you are certified and using EDI with your trading partner.
Any dislikes seem to be addressed by the support staff. Usually it is just a lack of knowledge or misunderstanding that quickly gets explained and there is nothing left to dislike.
Does the basics of EDI
I find the software relatively easy to use. It is more user friendly than it has been in the past before this system was updated. I allows me to do most of our EDI turnaround without much issue.
There have been at least 2 times, that come to mind, where the system has been down for breaches in security which had prohibited us from accessing our daily orders for 36 hours. We have stringent timelines to meet with many of our customer that upon not fulfilling we are subject to hefty fines. A lot of the EDI turnaround is automatic and wish New dates for customers could auto populate instead of having to enter the same information each time. I have tired numerous times to set certain criteria to default and it does not seem to stick.
Great Program that Boosts Effeciency
Commentaires : Great experience overall. From implementation, to adding new trading partners, to integrating with new software just this year, we are overall very happy with the capabilities of this program.
Can be customized to meet the needs of your business and easy to implement with other types of software. Also helps us to more efficiently run our business and complete daily tasks. Daily order processing has become way more efficient and accurate with the use of the True Commerce software.
Because it is so customizable, it sometimes takes a while to implement new uses for the software. The support team is generally helpful but it can be hard to track down the individual who has the knowledge to assist you with specific tasks.

Customer service. Companies usually neglect the customer after making the sale. TrueCommerce stays with you every step of the way.
The price is a bit steep. It would be great to have some deals/discounts for adding a trading partner.

Commentaires : The customer service tech dept is very knowledgeable and solves any issue that comes up. My only complaint is having to wait approx 20 mins to get a tech.
The ease of setting up new trading partners. It is also very easy to setup and use with NetSuite.

Best EDI Solution For Our Business
Commentaires : True Commerce has been incredible for our business. They were patient with us as we transitioned business systems over to a new ERP. The integration with our new system is incredible; it takes full advantage of the capabilities of EDI.
We decided to reevaluate out EDI systems a couple of years ago after our provider failed to meet our expectations on an integration project. We happened upon True Commerce and were not only impressed with the functionality, but also we shocked by the affordability and price!
Their support structure is a little difficult to navigate. If you are in a trading partner implementation phase, you can't get support from one of their support agents. You have to wait to speak with an implementation specialist.

Commentaires : Overall it's positive and I find the majority of their CS reps professional and responsive. There are times though that like most service providers these days, DiCentral has outsourced live CS out of the country. That unfortunately, creates difficulties in communicating with reps who may have a very heavy accent, or who may not grasp the intricacies American English
It's relatively easy to navigate. The screens are pretty well laid out and the data has always shown to be accurate.
There are times when exporting a large number of PO's from a major department store who sends over PO's for each door, and you want to check your data, it can take an exceptionally long time to get that data out of DiCentral.
Fast, easy and reliable EDI solution! I love it!
The greatest benefit to utilizing DI Central as my EDI provider is the ease of use, and their reliability. I have found the customer support team to be prompt with the response when needed!
I have never experienced any down time or missed transmissions with DI Central. They are an outstanding EDI provider!
I love the ease of use the most about the DI Central software. We haven't experienced any down time utilizing DI Central. It is very reliable and consistent!
Does DI Central have integration with Quick Books capabilities. That would be an asset! I would like to see more integratoin with my internal programs so that the processing of orders could be more seemless.
Overall it's a pretty good solution for businesses that do a lot of EDI transactions

Customer support is helpful and knowledgeable. It's easy to learn and use. You can process EDI transactions from any computer. It didn't take long to figure out. That's the basic way to use the software. We integrate it with our Quickbooks so I don't have to enter in anything to the system...it's all just a few clicks.
For just the EDI web version, the site can sometimes run slow...when using the software version, it can also transfer over to QB very slowly. And sometimes things just can't sync for whatever reason which is frustrating.
Wished we had never switched EDI provider

Shipping orders with EDI
Commentaires : Overall we are satisfied now that the new format has been fixed.
I like the ease of access to be able to get batches of customer orders in and out throughout the day. We take a lot of orders in a day and the ones that comes via EDI are always the easiest and fastest to get processed and shipped out for our customers.
The new format took away some of the features that made the old EDI format work. In addition to the downtime when it was implemented hurt us a little bit as everything was getting figured out.
DiCentral works like a champ.
Commentaires : Overall DiCentral has allowed us to meet all of our EDI needs, and has allowed us to stay in good standing with our Distributors.
I like the ease of use. We picked up DiCentral back when our IT staff was small. The software allowed us to send and receive EDI documents without having to hire an EDI specialist.
Not much. We are able to do everything we need with DiCentral. Nothing bad to say here.
Could not ask for a Better EDI partner
True Commerce's web based EDI platform fully integrated with our ERP and website back end NEXTERNAL. Easily handles our order volume of 200 + orders a week. We no longer spend hours entering orders it is done in a matter of minutes. New trading partners are easy to add. True Commerce and Highjump on constantly making improvements and taking this product to the next level.
Web based transaction manager required silverlight to run. When new version is released this problem should go away.
