Commentaires : My experience with AscendTMS has been over 100% great.I enjoy working with the team, and enjoy using the TMs to manage our business.

Avantages :

That the customer support team is speedy in response, and extremely patient in teaching users how to use the product.

Inconvénients :

I would like a quickpost option to quickly post to multiple load boards at once.Everything else is great besides this.

It does not Ascend.

Avantages :

I like only one thing about this software. It kept a log of all users actions. This feature held each person accountable for any mistakes made.

Inconvénients :

Everything. This software is hard to navigate. From entering in a load manually and then to invoice it is all a hassle.

BEST TMS ON THE MARKET

Commentaires : It's been great. This is the first TMS system that we have used, and we plan on using it for many years to come.

Avantages :

I like that it's easy to use, they are always making useful updates to the system, and you can export data.

Inconvénients :

We have not had any issues with the TMS.

Great value, better than any TMS out there and the most affordable.

I love that EDI tenders are included. The price is great and you get so much value at a great price.

There is a learning curve but, the support staff are amazing and quickly helped me figure things out.

Avantages :

The software is user friendly. There have only been a couple times that I needed Support assistance since using the Ascend TMS software and tech [sensitive content hidden] reached out in a timely matter and helped resolve the issue. It is a comforting feeling knowing the software is dependable and when necessary, Ascend Support has responded within minutes of submitting my request for assistance. Thank you Ascend Support Team for your diligence and knowledge with your product to effectively resolve issues.

Inconvénients :

I have not come across anything specific that I dislike. If anything, there are tutorials to reference. I just don't give enough time to take advantage of the tutorial resources.

Commentaires : I have worked with many systems in the past and this one has been the easiest to learn and has offered the best support.

Avantages :

It was very easy to use, they have a ton of available resources and You Tube Videos I can refer to and if I still need help I can email and get a response within and mostly before 24 hours.

Inconvénients :

Personally it was just a learning curve for the overall Brokerage business and how best to set up accounts and transactions to sync in QB.

Commentaires : What stood out to me the most with this software was my interactions with Elwood Black. He provided me with the live links to all trainings offered, he ensured I knew how to access all the walkthrough videos, and checked in on us throughout our entire trial process to ensure no additional assistance was needed. This has been by far my best customer service interaction since we have opened our business. We truly appreciate not only your software and it’s functions but also the amazing representative assigned to us.

Avantages :

All the features are absolutely incredible. They have made it impossible for you to need additional software outside of your typical load board subscriptions. The walk through videos provided are beyond informative they make it impossible to struggle utilizing and navigating the software.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was an option for a monthly subscription with at least up to 3 users at a cheaper rate.

Commentaires : We started our brokerage in February 2019 -- and as we were growing, we needed a TMS system, excel spreadsheets were just not cutting it. We were able to really increase our capacity and use our time more wisely!

Avantages :

I love its customizability and their customer service! We were able to structure the load board how we wanted it. Also, they are really great about listening to their clients. I've had some suggestions that I provided them and they actually implemented them! It's great to see a company actually give you what you are looking for in a program. I know they have a lot in the works and I look forward to growing with them! Also -- with them being partnered with TriumphPay - it was been a lifesaver and timesaver for us. and the price is really great - as a start up -- it's a little tight with revenue and expenses. I really appreciate that as well.

Inconvénients :

I'm great! I really have nothing to complain about. Only thing that would be great to have is the bill payment communication to Quickbooks. But that is super minor.

My favorite part about Ascend is the feature where you can create rules to automatically update certain things.

Inconvénients :

Not able to have multiple ascend screens open at the same time with different filters.

Commentaires : Overall, I am pleased with the system.

Avantages :

The best feature when you have the premium account without a doubt is the Accurate. You are able to get the 90-day, 30 day and 7-day outlook on what certain lanes are running for per mile. It is extremely easy to use, and you can literally add in your margins to compile efficient shipping quotes for your shippers.

Inconvénients :

The fact that you only get one login per user is a little annoying. They should allow 3 users per login. For those in the industry just starting out and building even a small team this could prove to become expensive. At least for a trial bases more than the 30 days they give to everyone.

I use Ascend daily and it has always met me needs while being easy to use.

I really have no complaints. I have not had any issues with Ascend. The thing that I find most helpful is the support team. There has not been a time that i have not had great service any time I have reached out.

Commentaires : So far I am LOVING this system. Also [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is AMAZING! She has been so helpful with my learning this new system. I set up our old system using Google features while it worked, there were numerous spreadsheets and it was a bit scattered. However there was not a program out there when I started with LaDon's that does what Ascend does. Thank you.. I needed this...

Avantages :

I like that I can access info quickly, there are templates for me to use for building loads and dispatching is so much easier. Drivers can upload docs straight into system so billing isn't spending hours scanning documents. There are so many things that I like about this system that I would need a much larger space to write it all out.

Inconvénients :

I am a planner. I need to have a daily/weekly calendar feature that your loads are automatically added to as they are put into the pending stage. Although the Search load has some of what I need I have to go in daily and download the daily log which is fine, but I'm kind of a at a glance type of person also.

The Best Scalable TMS System for the Price

Avantages :

The ease of use and its intuitive features. Users are guided through the process of data entry and it takes the guesswork out of knowing how to use the system. The system flow easily integrates with the operational process flow

Inconvénients :

Only the ability to multi select lines for deletion instead of line by line deleting from the add pay item page.

There's no reason for anyone to look any further for a GREAT TMS, Here it is.

Commentaires : User friendly, Inexpensive, customer service is on point and there always looking to make things easier and better for everyone in this industry.

Avantages :

I have zero of computer experience and I was able to run it smoothly with confidence in about 4 days tops. I'm still finding great things I had no idea that it existed in this software. It works like a very well oiled machine. No glitches in any of the application. I spend literally 12 plus hours a day inside of this software.

Inconvénients :

Haven't found anything yet. and I have been using the software for over a month.
