Most Affordable Software in the Market

Commentaires : Your software exceeded our expectations! Its use-friendly interface and comprehensive features have streamlined our operations, making reservation management and guest services a breeze.

Avantages :

Cheerze Connect is by far the most affordable software for mid-sized hotels. Despite its lower price point, it doesn't compromise on the quality of essential modules and integrations. This makes it a go-to product for small and mid-sized hotels.

Inconvénients :

While it excels in user-friendliness, some advanced features are missing. This limits its suitability for more complex operations. MIS app can be better. Toggling of outlets is missing. Hopefully, they will add these features soon.

Has Necessary Integrations

Avantages :

The software seamlessly integrates with various third-party platforms, streamlining processes. It easily integrates with OTAs, QR technology, Tally and other external tools, making it a preferred choice for expanding our business.

Inconvénients :

Nothing as of now. We have tried different platforms previously and faced certain issues. Now, we are happy with this software. It meets all our needs for running our hotel in an affordable budget.

A Decent PMS with a lot of scope for improvement

Avantages :

As cheerze connect is a cloud computing platform, we were able to reduce the server maintenance issues faced when using offline PMS. We are able to onboard the software in a short span of time and access the PMS comfortably.

Inconvénients :

Contactless check-ins and check-outs were not configured properly, Reports generation cannot be customized easily. The user interface is slow. Frequent bugs and crashes happen and it takes a long time for the Support team to rectify the issues. The software team struggled a lot to integrate with Booklogic Channel Manager and the integration develops bugs frequently.

Commentaires : Cheerze is one of the secured & tailor made software out of this rate range when compared to other expensive softwares. The improvement can happen litter more further in technical errors happening repeatedly. Overall service support is good from Chennai team. If you could increase the service team manpower surely Cheers is going to be one among the best.
