Beyond My Expectations
Before coming to work at the bank, I worked for a mail order catalog company in 200,000 sq.ft. distribution center where we were responsible for maintaining a very large conveyor system. From ordering parts, and inventorying them, to scheduling preventative maintenance and making repairs, I advocated for a maintenance management system like Property Trak that we could use to save costs in all areas of our responsibility.
Unfortunately I could not convince the management team of the significant savings that the could see from having a program such as Property Trak.
Once I started in my position at the bank, and was able to really sit down, and use the Property Trak system to help manage the banks properties, the results were beyond my expectations. From the mobile APP, and how it can be used to respond to service requests, and then be able to assign a work order while traveling between each branch location. It allows for quicker response times, and is basically my electronic assistant in managing the facility on a daily basis.
Probably my most favorite feature because it really keeps me connected with what's happening between the facility department, the bank staff at each branch, and the Operations Center.
Avantages: The Dashboard which we can customize for what is of importance to us and our daily responsibilities. The Reports feature which helps us to gauge and determine where we are and should be as a facilities group The mobile app which I find of extreme importance to me as a supervisor to stay in the game every day. Customer service assistance is excellent! Always available and more than happy to answer any questions.
Inconvénients: I am very pleased with the program no cons at all.

Property Trax for Critical Access Hospital
Property Trax was exactly what we were looking for. After looking at many Facility and work order programs, Property Trax made the decision easy.
We now have a system in place that allows any employee with a need to quickly send in the request. No more wondering where the I.T guys are or where the Facility team might be. We instantly get the requests to our phones and computer.
Patient care is our priority, Property Trax allows us to assess facility needs in patient care areas and make repairs, resulting in higher patient satisfaction as well as happier employees.
Easy to setup and get started. New employees can be shown how to use in five minutes.
Property Trax is easily tailored to your facilities needs, big or small.
Inconvénients: Honestly cannot think of one aspect I don't like.

Customizable with great process flow
Commentaires: ProprtyTrak has brought to our organization a streamlined and efficient method of documenting all corrective and preventive maintenance with the ability to generate many different types of reports for the purpose of analyzing all work that has been performed.
PropertyTrak is a value added tool for both corrective and preventive maintenance. I especially like the look and functionality of the mobile app, I am able to create a service request and attach a photo in under 10 seconds.
Another key component of PropertyTrak is the ability to customize the dashboard to show exactly what I want including photos of assets for a specified location.
Inconvénients: The thing I least liked about the software was understanding the many different types of configurations that are possible, thankfully the staff were extremely helpful in guiding me in the best direction that suites my industry.

Great tool to improve productivity
Commentaires: Customer Support is great. The support team was always willing to solve any issues or questions especially in the initial stages of implementation. Support is always easily accessible. This application have made tracking our work a lot easier, increased our response time and greatly improved on how we handle routine, preventive & reactive maintenance.
The overall process improved our staff efficiency and productivity.
The mobile app made the workflow more standardized and easy to access.
This application has allowed staff to easily attach photos and documents to service request.
Dashboard is only a snapshot and does not allow you to access the item.
Individual work orders need to be created for similar properties. There is no "duplicate" option unless you use a checklist.

Commentaires: Again, the ease of use. I've had no complaints from any building manager concerning the entering of information for a service requests.
Avantages: Ease of use, you can easily navigate through the system to achieve needed organization.
Inconvénients: The inventory module was new for them a few years ago and needed improvement but they've made numerous changes which makes it a very valuable part of the system.

A Facilities Manager must have tool.
Avantages: The software is user friendly and is an perfict tool that all Facilities Managers should be using. Property Trak is allways willing to change thangs to meet my needs.
Inconvénients: I really can't complain the software is meeting all are needs.
