Review of SyncForce
Commentaires: Fantastic! It is amazing how it ties all product portfolio management together from start to finish! WhT is even more amazing is how it works with segmentation of brands, markets, user groups and languages. There could be some improvements in the configurator to make it easier to setup product classes, assign attributes, etc...I would recommend sending out a request to partners for more detail in this area.
Avantages: For a user, it is very intuitive. The software fills a gap where most do not as it relates to EPD/NPD processes from start to implementation. It is also a truly global solution for managing brands and markets with multiple languages. It’s ability to feed the channels required by the customer for brands and markets with the ability to update product information in one place is amazing.
1. Not easy to make bulk updates across many products
2. Having to use Dropbox to load images - not intuitive
3. Not easy to profile DA’s and link them to products when loading many DA’s
4. Configuration could be made more intuitive and easier

Great platform to manage and centralize product data and related processes

Implementation of project management for new product development: Integration of product development providing transparency of the end-to-end process across all relevant departments with business approval steps and data collection directly into the centralized platform.
Avantages: The software consists of modules targeted to address specific needs of manufactures in certain industries. It is developed with very broad business understanding about those areas. The software can be implemented step by step according to business needs. The implementation of the single modules could be done rather fast, so that first impact and success of the project could be shown within a few weeks. The most valuable part of a SyncForce implementation project is the business discovery as a starting point which helps to really understand business frictions, route causes and target the implementation towards solving the biggest pain points.
Inconvénients: Since it is a cloud based solution, configured and not customized, there are no individual settings or features. Any new feature or functionality will be implemented after a thorough analysis of the underlying business needs, which could be time consuming. However, this in-depth understanding for sure leads to better business results.

Perfect manufacturer Product management platform

Avantages: the perfect fit for manufacturer processes for CPG and construction/DIY - this means the software fits to the manufacturers business and supports it accordingly
Inconvénients: every project we find new configuration possibilities for things we already did - and identify that we could have configured it in better way
