Commentaires: My Agencies experience with Nexsure AMS has been completely positive. Pro's:
Impact Suite - Customized to my Agencies workflow & Servicing needs
Impact Suite - Custom created Client E-mail drip Marketing Campaign
Client Access Portal - Allows direct customer communication of Docuemts and online services
Application Integration - Integrations with Document management, HR systems, in-house accounting systems, etc.,
Microsoft .Net Platform - external applications, over the cloud!
Mobile Applications - iPhone, Android & Windows Phones

"Great product. Very expensive."

Commentaires: Overall, I cannot complain. The founders of the company were very involved.

Avantages: Auto pilot features that it offers for the busy insurance agency owner.

Inconvénients: The cost. This is not a cheap piece of software. However it is a robust system, to be fair.

"Not sure about Nexsure"

Commentaires: Overall, the software helps keep track of daily conversations with clients, but that is entirely dependent on the user actually documenting.

Avantages: The software does a really good job of letting you track activities and will help remind you of upcoming deadlines.

Inconvénients: It seems like its biggest upside is the fact that it helps track financials. From an agent perspective, there are client integration and creation problems. Also, when you get your daily downloads, if there is something, like a middle initial, missing on the policy, it will get hung up in the interface and require manual processing.

"We are a 30 person shop and a client for over 10 years"
