Very easy to use and friendly. Integrated email and system letters.

Some of the algorithms can be annoying but I know it's due to our administrator requested it.

Great Value and Easy To Use

Commentaires : Absolutely fantastic. Easy to use and understand. The JenesisNow GUI is pleasant and customizable without being overly complex. I did not feel like I was needing to re-invent the wheel.

Avantages :

The ability to store documents related to an individual policy is very important for our agency. We have a number of clients that have multiple properties and other solutions did not allow this feature. We can also "tag" each policy with its address and simply hover over the record to see which property the policy relates to. I also have to mention the ACORD forms are spectacular.

Inconvénients :

New and renewal commissions reports are not available unless the underwriting company is downloading comp through IVANS. There is a work around with manual calculations but an automatic process would be better. However, my understanding is that this is in process and may be resolved in the next few months.

Fantastic Insurance Management System

Commentaires : We are so grateful we put this into place well ahead of the pandemic! It allows us to work from anywhere and have the crucial answers we need quickly for our client requests. We also appreciate the continual improvements that we all benefit from on an ongoing basis.

Avantages :

This software is easy to use and helps us have the ability to quickly see what our clients need. Since we are an independent agency, we have multiple companies to coordinate. JenesisNow brings it all together in one place. We also appreciate customer service - emails, chat feature, phone calls..... they are always there to help when we need it.

Inconvénients :

There is a slight learning curve that can only improve from daily use even after certifying in the software system.

Avantages :

When working at its best I think it is great. The best feature is the group quoting feature.

Inconvénients :

lots of problems with commercial imports , items disappearing (aka: quotes,note,etc) when system I guess has not had a compact and repair so not sure whos end this falls on.

Commentaires : I love the platform, and Gia my trainer was awesome, very helpful and fun, we had a good time. You guys gave a great set up.

Avantages :

The functionality and ease of the platform along with the integrations of other software I use daily. Let's not forget the help and understanding of the Jenesis staff.

Inconvénients :

I am looking forward to being able to integrate my Office 365 calendar to the platform calendar.

Nothing. Jenesis is easier to use than Epic or AMS 360

Commentaires : They are quick to assist on IT with good follow up and the system works pretty well within our agency.

Avantages :

Jenesis has a robust platform with a low cost. It is adequate for most smaller agencies. They are also easy to work with.

Inconvénients :

Although I certainly have a Jenesis "Wish List", they are quick to add functionality that makes sense and continue to build out the system with updates so the Jenesis Now version (which I believe was brand new 3-4 years ago) continues to evolve.

Jenesis Conversion

Avantages :

Our conversion from EZ Lynx to Jenesis has been fantastic. The communication and response time from Jenesis has been second to none. Everyone has been so nice and patient. Definitely a 10!

Inconvénients :

I would like to be able to add custom fields on some of the screens.

Commentaires : Al together Jenesis is a good I will not say great Agency Mgmnt System, I enjoy many features on it for the simplicity that it gives my overall work day, but at the same time I do have the issues with some of the everyday work load, for which i can not name any at this given time, but I will start keeping a log and be better informed. For the next review.

Avantages :

I had honestly not used the Quote control function, due to it having some issues the times that I had tried it, but in the last couple of months I have been able to use it with not so many issues and I like the fact that it quotes all my companies at once. I like the process of being able to scan/save documents to images with ease.

Inconvénients :

One thing I however do not like about the quote control is that its ratings on some of our companies is not accurate, and there for I have had issues with clients being told 1 price and then when we go in to process the application it gives us another price. Also one issue we have had problems with is when we go in to make a change it is not processed sometimes at the time it is done. Especially if a renewal offer is already in place.

Commentaires : I have been a JN user now for 6 months and absolutely love it. The software will excel your agency to the next level. Pricing is very competitive, and customer service is unmatched.

Avantages :

The functionality is super easy to learn and use on a daily basis. Any issues you have can be dealt with immediately with he chat function. It completely streamlines your business and customer contact.

Inconvénients :

There are a few functions that can be tweaked, like downloads coming in changing prior information. But the prior information can still always accessed so it is not gone for ever, it just updates. The best part is if you have an issue with anything, you can reach out to the Jenesis Team and they will work on fixing it. It really is a great feature.

Commentaires : Eddie, we have been out of the office for several days. Sorry for the late response. If every company/business was as concerned with their product and service as Jenesis is, it would be a much better world. You guys do an amazing job with your service and response time. We currently do not have any issues. If you wanna (nic-pic) one thing that comes to mind is make sure every report we run prints the date on it. I know there are a couple I hand write the date on each month I run them. (if you haven't already corrected) Plans are this year to attend the retreat Jenesis holds. We have not been able to attend in the past but are putting an extra effort in going this year. From past videos I am sure it will be beneficial to the office. On a scale of 1-10.....Who could not rate Jenesis at a 10 ? Perfect....nothing is....but you make every effort to appease any/all requests or at least explain the reasoning. William David Long

Avantages :

The calendar feature is the one I use the most, it is easy to see and track your appointments.

Inconvénients :

Everything is easy and simple to use, takes a little time learn it all and get used to it but the customer service is always very helpful and friendly.

Commentaires : I've been using Jenesis Classic since 1999. Just recently changed to JenesisNow. There is a difference, but I got this. If I have an issue, I just pick up the phone and their there to help. Always friendly service and very helpful. If your not using Jenesis you need to check them out.

Avantages :

All your client information is right there for you. You don't have to go and look for it. If you need to pull info up on company side, it's just a click away

Inconvénients :

There are a few things different in JenesisNow than Classic. Its just gonna take a few times to get used to it

Jenesis Software is AWESOME

Commentaires : It was a pleasure working with the Jenesis team getting our agency off the ground. We could not have done it with out their help and expertise.

Avantages :

The ease of using the product. The software is so easy to us that even a beginner has no problem getting familiar with the software.

Inconvénients :

There are no real negative draw backs to the software other than there are times it will keep a policy "active" that has actually been canceled.

Jenesis makes job easier

Commentaires : The varied reports are helpful when the owner wants to see who is writing what companies and what companies are not being used as often.

Avantages :

I like that we can email receipts, and send texts through Jenesis and we receive replies in our email. I have used the desktop version for five years and we are planning to switch to the web version soon; from what I have been told it is even better.

Inconvénients :

In the five years there have been minor problems, usually new users in the agency have created, but the Jenesis staff have helped us to figure out what happened and fixed them. So I guess there is not really anything that I do not like.

Fantastic Agency Database

Commentaires : I have worked in the Jenesis agency database for well over 10 years. Their system is constantly being maintained and updated to users liking.

Avantages :

I would score overall an 8. I have worked in Easy Apps and other agency databases, Jenesis is by far the most user friendliest. I have used Jenesis for approximately 12 years of my 15 years in Jenesis. Not to mention tech support that always goes over and above to help assist all the way to the end, until problem is resolved.

Inconvénients :

I don't really have any cons because Jenesis tech support is a phone call away and will stick with you until your problem is resolved.

Commentaires : Jenesis is great to me. They help when I need it and are always willing to show me or direct me where to get the information that I need

Avantages :

I believe that you have everything at your fingertips, if all is completed properly, which makes it easy for any other employee to know what's going on with the client and their needs.

Inconvénients :

Not having enough time to train properly and having to learn stuff that I should have already known earlier. Not any fault of software, I am the only employee so it makes it hard to take the time to complete webinars and such.

i love that the customers are easy to find all the information is clear so you can see and not all bunched up

Inconvénients :

it glitches fro time to time and will not pull up a customer that I know is in the system. I have found that if you log out and then back in it usually fixes the issue.

Avantages :

I would rate Jenesis a 10. It really makes managing our clients a breeze and the functions that allow us to communicate with them really help. Sometimes there are glitches in the system but as of now we are not dealing with any. When we come up with ideas and suggestions, we usually send them in and I have seen one of my own suggestions used which is really great. No complaints here!

Inconvénients :

Few glitches are experience but not frequent enough to be unhappy with the service.

Commentaires : Going Paperless was the greatest thing ever! Slowly each person in our office is getting more confident with the process as well.

Avantages :

It documents everything you do for a customer. Protection from E & O claims!! Customer service at Jenesis is great! You need them they are there for you.

Inconvénients :

Can be intimidating at first, but repetition is the key!!! After using it daily it gets easier. Well, I didn't like having to do updates, but now with our web based product I do not have to do that any more!

Jenesis User for 14 years

Commentaires : Over the past 14 years, Jenesis has been our agency management system. They have been a great asset for our agency. Whenever a problem arises and that is not that often, their team fixes it. Overall, we are more than pleased with the software and the staff at Jenesis.

Ease of use and fits our needs for our agency.

We had been using the Jenesis Classic, but now we have switched to JenesisNow

Awesome system for office

Commentaires : The system has helped the office become more organized and also with the media option of less paperwork to file.

Avantages :

Awesome system to help keep work flow and office in order. My clients love the text/emails for their birthdays and the reminders for their policies.

I would like to have more companies compatible with the system, especially life/health and commercial
