Commentaires : We've found that working with one lead implementation team member was really helpful to minimize the back and forth when getting the system ready for our team. Our team lead, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was very responsive and easy to work with. He was able to address our questions and concerns in a timely manner and always found resolution to any issue we were dealing with.

There are too many clicks in order to do certain things. The amount of buffer times are way to high. there are many unnecessary features. The lack of ability for admin to correct issues is horrible.

Excellent Experience

Commentaires : Excellent. It has made our practice run much more smoothly. It is very easy for our providers with limited technology experience to navigate. Support is very responsive.

Avantages :

After using several different electronic products, we have finally found one that is perfect for us. We will not be switching again!

I Love EHR!

Commentaires : Easy to use, easy to customize, many built in programs/forms to choose from, giving access to new users is simple, and overall, positive feedback from all staff.

Avantages :

Completely customizable, user friendly, and the staff and developers are very informative and willing to meet with you to teach you more about what is available.

Inconvénients :

as an administrator, I am not always in the EHR system throughout the day and I sometimes forget that I have submitted a ticket for something to be changed and it doesn't email me, but then I remember and log into the system to see that there were further questions before they could make the changes I requested. I would like them to email or call me to finalize my IT ticket.

Commentaires : I have used this EHR system for 3 years now and feel it's made my job easier when it comes to completing my documentation in a timely manner.

Avantages :

This EHR system is efficient and easy to navigate, which makes documentation and notes much less stressful. I like the features it offers for things like treatment plans and intake forms and I appreciate the reminders it offers for deadlines since this is something I often rely on.

Inconvénients :

I wish the portal for patients was more user friendly as some patients have trouble navigating this depending on the device they use to access it.

Commentaires : Overall positive! We've been with EYW for almost ten years and they have played an instrumental role in helping us grow our business and lines of services. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering rolling out a new platform or replacing an existing one.

Avantages :

First and foremost is the ability to customize per the requirements of our fast growing and changing agency from functionality, ease of use and reporting.

Inconvénients :

At times, I wish changes and enhancements can happen faster but also recognize that it is not always a simple fix and may take some time.

EHR- easy, simple, and efficient

Commentaires : Overall, it's been great. I am able to navigate through the system quickly between tabs and client charts.

Avantages :

EHR is easy to navigate and does not kick me out. I have worked in other electronic medical records and have experienced the system freezing or kicking me out while I am working on notes or assessments.

Inconvénients :

My only issue is not being able to have more than 3 charts open at a time but it's an easy work around.

EHR is very responsive in any support ticket we send in. Within 24 hours we have a response and generally a resolution.

I really appreciate the team of experts that are placed with you when you join the software and how they all work together to get things completed in a timely manner. We have been with this software for more then a year now and everyday it gets better and I learn more and add more and complete more and it has been a wonderful overall experience. Avantages :

Our business has been in place for more then 10 years and we have been looking for a software for our business that would fit "all" our needs and more since the beginning and never could find anything and trust me I have seen lots of software demos over and over. Every place I found would fit some but not like this software that fits "all" my needs! In my demo I asked so many questions and everything they said they can do and complete for me, they really did complete for me and went beyond my expectations. When I need something they are there and help me through the process and if I still do not know they video me and explain to me until I completely understand and then follow up with me to make sure I am continuing to do good. Any concerns or questions they are there for me. The best part of this software is that they work with you and really meet "your" needs and what "you" need the software to do for you, not like other software which is standard and no adjustments can be made but here you really have a team of experts working for you and helping you and your business to facilitate better and function accordingly. I definitely recommend this software to medical, mental, therapy, and practically any company that needs a functional software platform to work for you.

Inconvénients :

I have not yet found anything least about this software. If there is something that is needed everybody in the team comes together and accomplishes what I need.

Customizable and Results Oriented

Commentaires : We have had a wonderful experience and prefer this software far more than our old EHR (Kareo). Blessy was our implementation team leader and is always helpful and pleasant to interact with. She and her team have done a great job of ensuring that the system works well, and have helped us find ways to use the system that improve our efficiency.

Avantages :

Switching over from our old platform the customizability was the most important feature and we have definitely taken advantage of it. The implementation team made therapy notes that met our criteria, designed a daily log to help us more efficiently track and charge for appointments, and we are now adding our third program. The fact that you can add and change the bones of the software is really the selling point.

Inconvénients :

There are a couple places where things like email addresses don't auto populate or you can't easily copy and paste. It's an annoyance, but not the end of the world.

Finally a user-friendly EHR that I actually enjoy

Commentaires : Without a doubt, the best part of EHRYW is the implementation team. They were an absolute pleasure to work with -- professional, reliable, responsive, accessible, and they listened carefully to our feedback and practice setup to design a program uniquely tailored to our practice. We genuinely enjoyed meeting with their team and working together to create something that our team now loves using and has actually made our lives easier, rather than being a drag like most EHRs.

Avantages :

Fully customizable, intuitive, straightforward yet plenty of available features and options, implementation team is fantastic (as below). I have used many different EHRs and all are adequate at best, many are terrible. EHRYW is actually great. We have a unique practice that we feared we'd have to fit into the rigid constraints of most EHRs, but EHRYW worked with us patiently and thoroughly to design a program that works beautifully for our practice, is easy and intuitive, and streamlines our clinical and administrative workflow. Please don't mistake my 5-star review for lazy grading or hyperbole; this is the EHR we hoped we'd find.

Inconvénients :

interface is not the *prettiest,* occasionally slow to load but I'm splitting hairs, better mobile functionality would be nice, like for all EHRs.

Great EHR for Behavioral Health

Commentaires : It's been great. No complaints. Customer service is top notch.

Avantages :

Ease of use for therapists, google calendar compatibility, billing management is great, charting is simple and makes logical sense.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the system has too many options for staff. Me, as a super user it is great, but sometimes staff can get overwhelmed with all the options and get lost trying to accomplish one thing.

We have a staff of 45, and the number one thing our providers say when they are introduced to EHRYourWay, is that it is the most user-friendly they have ever used. Our Admin staff agree with this assessment and tell us that all the claims processing & billing features make these tasks so much more efficient.

EHRYourWay seriously needs a treatment planner.

EHR is Our Way

Commentaires : We were working with a cumbersome system prior to finding EHR Your Way. This EHR system was expensive, complicated, and tedious for our clinicians. EHR Your Way brought us into the 21st century.

Avantages :

EHR Your Way meets our needs because of its flexibility and customizable features. We knew we needed a good fit and that meant a custom fit for the EAP's we sponsor.

Inconvénients :

Clinicians do not appear to have any complaints or dislikes about our solution.

Great Customer Service - Regular Long Term User

Commentaires : My experience has been generally pleasant and helpful.

Avantages :

My most liked features of the software are the operational speed, the intuitive user-friendliness, and the digital organization of clinical files. Writing notes is hardly the most enjoyable part of my job. I appreciate that when I go into the system to write, the pages load quickly, the content I need for each client is pre-loaded and pre-populated, making such that I don't necessarily have to "reinvent the wheel" every time I write a note. This saves lots of time! Also customer service is excellent and very responsive.

Inconvénients :

A feature that could be improved is the pop up boxes. Because they automatically pop up every time I hit tab to go to a new field, sometimes they slow down my workflow because I would rather just type my entry. THe time it takes to close the box may seem minuscule, but doing it multiple times per note, multiple times a day, over the course of time slows me down. That may be more a function of my administrator's setting than EHR itself though. It would be nice to deactivate "automatic popup" options boxes for myself as an individual user OR at least make it so that I can control WHEN I want the popup box to appear or not, with the default being not. Again that may have more to so with my job admins who set up my EHR access than EHR the company itself.

EHR Your Way - I like it my way!

Commentaires : EHR Your Way provides a system wide electronic health record system for all practitioners to utilize and reference in an easy to use, familiar and standardized set of forms - custom designed by the practice to replicate already successfully utilized paper forms so the learning curve is simple, the efficiency is immediate and the practice meets all its data security and safety obligations in an easy to use, user friendly approach.

Avantages :

I like that this product EHR Your Way is, as its name implies, extremely customizable. It looks and feels exactly like the useful and familiar forms I use everyday in my practice because it allows you to design the “electronic form” based on the “paper forms” you already use. Of course, they are expertly designed both graphically and digitally to perform very effectively but it allows the practice to determine what is a useful interface. Each of the forms are then expertly integrated into the “electronic health record” data base so the user can reap all the benefits of a true electronic health record making its integration with my practices really simple.

Inconvénients :

This is minor but the “narrative fields” used to enter notes expands incrementally as I type the note and while it is an automatic process I would prefer that I can expand the field myself to a pre-designated size as when I write documentation it is more useful to me to be able to visualize the entire field at the outset. I should probably discuss this with the developer as I would not be surprised if that wish can be accommodated. But even if not it is still super easy to use this way.

Not as great as ecw in my opinion, but has potential

Commentaires : I think EHR has potential, but I much prefer ecw, as it is way more stream lined for providers and quick charting. I think you all should look at how they set up their EHR and try to copy that to some degree, as it is preferred by providers.

Avantages :

I like that the platform is user friendly and pretty self explanatory

Inconvénients :

- Have to double chart what in the medical history to what their current problems are, it would be nice if those translated over some how, or had the option instead of adding one by one -PL and new diagnosis don't correlate-No procedure note templates

EHR Your Way-an excellent choice

Commentaires : EHR YOUR WAY has been one of the easiest mental health/medical systems I have used over the years. I highly recommend it for it's professionalism, scope of practice tools available and it is user friendly.

Avantages :

The scheduling, the ability to chart and keep treatment plans, updates all in order with reminders of when things are do. I like the reports also

Inconvénients :

I am unable to block out recurring personal event times at this time but may be user error, not system problems.

Ease of Use and support

Commentaires : At my job level I am very pleased with the reporting I can pull for our various programs to see whrere we need to step up certain documentation, etc

Avantages :

EHR your way is a very user friendly environment for users of all levels pertaining to their particular job descriptions. We have a wide array of programs that use different functions pertaining to their programs.As a supervisor level user I can pull together all the information I need for our wide variety programs via the reports we have set up to track everything frm specific demographics to ensuring time sensitive items are up to date. Whenever I need a particular data dump of information, the EHR team always quickly responds designing a report I can run and put into an excel spreadsheet to analize which is very important for all our various levels of tracking

Inconvénients :

I would like to be able to create my own reporting but I do understand the requirements that EHR need to maintain. They are quick to respond when I open a ticket for a new report.

A good choice for a large company

Avantages :

There were many shortcuts to get to where I needed to go and once figured it out was easier to navigate

Inconvénients :

Being a mental health focused company, rather than a medical office, the system was more complex than we needed and sometimes confusing to navigate.

Precise in format, and many features that are not in Practice Fusion.

Inconvénients :

Too much clicking to get to where you need to go or access.Too much changes to formats most especially when it comes to prescribing and also the dispense units that Providers has to click where there aren't enough choices on the drop down (e.g Inhale or Drops..it has dropperful but not all drops are ordered as dropperful) . Also our Providers tend to forget days supply in which of course in the system where they click click and click but not aware that the quantity and days supply aren't indicated in the prescription and it becomes a delay in process to where the patients are unable to receive their meds on time without calling our office for clarifications on days supply or quantity.

EHR - Easy Transition

Avantages :

EHRYOURWAY was purchased by our medical office approximately 12 years ago. We were looking for a system that could adapt to the specialty of primary care medicine as well as opiate dependence. There were no companies which offered opiate dependence templates so they had to be written. EHRYOURWAY was so accomodating and helped us write all our own templates for ease of daily practice as well as meeting all the requirements for our state certification . They continue to be always available to alter any system that is no longer working for us.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it may take a few days to correct an issue depending on the problem but they have never failed to respond promptly and let us know a timeline for resolving the issue.
