Je n'ai plus de mot pour qualifier cette plateforme car elle est parfaite, fluide et très compréhensible. En bref, ProofHub est un meilleur système de gestion des projets d'une équipe. Avec ProofHub, mon équipe et moi font une bonne planification de nos tâches et restent en communication peut importe notre position.

Inconvénients :

ProofHub est bien construit dans son domaine. Mais, pour découvrir l'importance de cette plateforme, il faut forcément faire un abonnement car la version gratuite ne dure que 14 jours.

Je n'ai pas encore eu de difficulté avec ProofHub encore que moi et mon équipe utilise un abonnement à vie.

Commentaires : With ProofHub, I can now plan, organize, and collaborate with my team in real-time, which is fantastic for keeping work moving along. Previously, I had to use multiple apps at one time, which gave me a headache because I was constantly on the go, planning projects, keeping track of time, and conversing with coworkers. With ProofHub, everything can be done in one location, and I now know where my resources and time are going. ProofHub is simple and effective to use.

Avantages :

It is really simple to organize and manage my work and campaigns with ProofHub. Making a plan for my social media analysis and management activities, and keeping track of all tasks has become easy now. Along with managing tasks, tracking billable and non-billable hours is also possible. It allows me to plan my future work ahead of time, which I was unable to accomplish previously because all of my tasks were not in sync.

Inconvénients :

The only part that I least like about ProofHub is its overwhelming notifications.

Whether you’re handling a single or multiple projects at once, ProofHub assists with great organization and tracking features to make sure your projects don’t deviate from track. With all this said, I love ProofHub for its multilingual interface and fantastic customer support team.

Inconvénients :

What makes ProofHub standout is that it is really extensive; whether it’s project management, time tracking, file management, instant messaging, online proofing and much more. You can manage all aspects of your work with a single tool. While there are a lot of features, there’s nothing complicated and less tech-savvy users like me can use the tool with no issues whatsoever. The Scheduling calendar allows me to bring all my tasks, events, and milestones in one place. I get updates of all the activities taking place in my account through real-time in-app, desktop, email, and mobile notifications.

Step in the right direction

Commentaires : All in all the platform is a relatively easy and full system for content approval and management. There are areas that need to be improved and more user customization would benefit this platform greatly.

Avantages :

ProofHub is a great solution for project management and content approval. It keeps things under one system and logs interactions and approvals on content allowing seamless workflows. The platform is wide reaching and that gives the team flexibility to scale and this puts proofhub in a great position. However, it does have some limitations.

Inconvénients :

The training modules are very basic and hard to really get through. We found them to be low quality and not helpful. The other major limitation was approval and access leveling. We used this platform as a client portal and content approval platform and found that the various elements could not always be partitioned in a way that made sense. PH gives you a set number of predefined roles and you can not customize This making it difficult. Last, the redundancy of certain elements renamed as something similar creates confusion among users.

Highly recommended project management tool! Very useful features and has all that you need, also their pricing is very competitive/comfortable as well.

Inconvénients :

UI/UX experience needs a little bit of improvement; for e.g. Kanban boards navigation shall be more improved.

ProofHub, with its ease of access, has been nothing less than a savior as it helps us to monitor and allocate tasks and also serves as a single hub of communication for internal teams to get the work done. We recommend ProofHub to any team and business who have multiple projects and resources to handle simultaneously.

I am a fan of ProofHub when it comes to smart task management. I can assign tasks, share essential details, and capture every step of the project in one place. Its drag-and-drop Kanban boards allow me to visualize where my team’s work stands, define each stage to see what’s important, identify bottlenecks, and take timely action to make projects stay on track. I am impressed with the tool’s neat, intuitive interface that makes it effortless for even new users to navigate the tool and its features. ProofHub has completely eliminated the need to rely on endless email chains and switching between apps to manage work.

Commentaires : A project management software platform was something my team thought would take long getting accustomed to and would create a rift between people but it has actually been a smooth ride and it has actually brought us closer together

ProofHub is all in all a reliable tool for our team. It has proven to be robust and it’s safe to say my team will be using it for the years to come. I like that the interface is very easy to get used to. It is also a preferred platform because it allows you to communicate in multiple ways with chat features and team discussion portals and all.

Inconvénients :

Since we were using a lot of tools before we got ProofHub, I feel that it has taken over most of our functions. However, I still find it a bit inconvenient that it has limited integrations with other software platforms.

An Incredible and Famazinglous Project Management Software.

Avantages :

Ease to plan, organize and manage projects and tasks is what I like most about ProofHub.Again,I can easily execute my routine tasks and projects effortlessly and effectively with this software.I can collaborate effectively with my team members on projects.It is simple to track and view project progress with ProofHub.

So far I haven't experienced anything to highlight as downside with ProofHub.

Best platform housing all our projects and teams

Commentaires : The flat-fee pricing of ProofHub captured our attention, which was a major struggle with Trello. Also, we got multiple task views that Trello lacked.

Avantages :

We are a team operating in a hybrid setup and have been using it for the last two years. Since then we have never looked back. Its user-friendly interface doesn’t overwhelm our employees. Its online proofing feature is something that stole our hearts from the very beginning. Also, we don’t need Slack anymore due to the built-in chat available.

Inconvénients :

The only thing we found needing improvement in ProofHub is its limited integration options. I hope they resolve this in the future. Otherwise, it’s a superb productivity tool.

Commentaires : Pricing was desirable, as it was fixed for an unlimited number of users. We could add as many users as we want without any other expense. It was also great to easily import and export data from our other tools into ProofHub.

Avantages :

ProofHub is making our marketing planning easier. It helps us keep everything organized and on the schedule. It is such a great tool that makes our lives easier. So easy for everyone to use. We especially love the online proofing feature, which makes our reviewing process easy. The built-in chat feature has made communication so much easier that we can send and receive messages instantly. Now, we don’t have to juggle between multiple apps anymore.

The only thing that needs improvement is its limited integrations. It would be better if they would add more integration options in the future.

I just love how easy it is to assign tasks to my team members and track task progress. It makes me consume less time on assigning and tracking tasks. The dashboard is really amazing. It is like an aircraft cockpit with all features to manage your tasks in one place. Keep things organized. The collaboration tools are excellent, allowing my team members to comment on tasks & tag co-workers, chat in real-time, and share files in one centralized place. User-interface is also good. Anyone in your team can get used to this tool easily. Highly recommended!

Honestly, I did not find any great cons of ProofHub. Though notifications can be made a little more user-friendly!

The hidden champion of project management tools

Avantages :

It's very easy to use and still provides all of the features you will probably ask for. The UI is well thought trough. The flat-rate pricing model is different from most of other project management tools.

Inconvénients :

It would be great to have integrations with other tools e.g. Slack.

Loved all the features... Very easy to use

I love the notebooks, discussion, timer, and all the other features that really help me create a robust client portal for my coaching clients. It was very easy for me to duplicate projects and I loved how helpful customer service was during my maternity leaves (twice :-)) They are definitely on top of their game and will continue to use them as soon as I am able to.

Inconvénients :

None. Everything so far has been great so I can't complain. I wish the pricing was lower but I understand that business is business.

There is some features that would be helpful for Proof Hub to add like invoicing, budget, and resource management tools. The speed of the page loading is slow and could be worked on.

Proof Hub is very easy to setup with inexpensive prices that are charged monthly flat fee. It keeps my team well organized and track with Status reports. My team keep track of multiple projects, create mandated among among task with chart view. The best feature is that my team members can get estimate time for the other team members, when their part of project will be finished. Overall, Proof Hub is an amazing app for teams needing assists with project that have multiple team members working on one project, and is perfect for small and growing company.

Inconvénients :

My team would like Proof Hub needs a budget, invoicing, and resource management tools. There not every feature under the sun, and the pages loads up very slowly.

An easy to use tool with great collaboration features.

Commentaires : The proofing tool works like magic. It has solved our collaboration challenges to a great extent. We no longer need to switch between different tools for sharing files and reviewing them. Task management has been simplified. We can now set a start and end date to every task. This makes sure that tasks don’t get dragged. Kanban boards have helped us in becoming more productive, as we can visualize the entire workflow. Communication has become quick and easy thanks to the chat tool in the app.

Avantages :

Like every scattered team, task management was a big challenge for us. But with ProofHub all that has been taken care of. Also, we no longer have to use different tools for task management and collaboration - ProofHub does it all for us. It’s really easy to use so our new members can come onboard without any struggle. We simply love using it.

Inconvénients :

The only thing we found lacking was in the integration part. Although it integrates with some popular apps like Freshbooks, DropBox, Box, OneDrive and a few others, the number of apps is fairly limited.

Commentaires : As of now, there is no easy way to keep track of all your projects and still see everyone else's projects. With 100+ users managing their own projects, there is less chaos than I expected. Still, I think the "Me" tab will make things a lot easier for our users once it's released. Since people find assigning tasks to be tedious, it will make things much easier if they can view what projects they are assigned to. The app has a little bit of a learning curve, but it's pretty easy to use if you spend some in it. Users that aren't as tech savvy or try to spend as little time in the app as possible tend to have a harder time learning how to use it. PHSupport responds very quickly and accurately to my emails. Tia in particular has been great about answering all my questions promptly. I feel more confident using this app knowing that they are available to help me.
