Avec BambooHR, j'ai pu remarquer la naissance d'une forte culture d'entreprise également.

C’est une application très facile à utiliser et accessible à tous le monde. Elle est super pour la gestion administrative, la gestion de statistiques détaillées, la gestion des ressources humaines et bien plus.

Inconvénients :

Personnellement je ne trouve pas d’inconvénient à cette application. Mais le graphisme pourrais être amélioré.

La mise en place de l'importation de données est fastidieux pour mettre à jour les banques de vacances de chaque employé. Il y a un moyen d'importer les données à partir d'un fichier Excel, mais ce n'est pas simple.

Commentaires : Pour la gestion des données personnelles de mes employers, j'utilise cet logiciel qui m'aide enormement.

Avantages :

Ce logiciel de gestion des données permet vraiment de sauvegarder et accèder en temps au informations personnelles de tous les agents de l'entreprise

Inconvénients :

Une fois les données personnelles stoker il faut penser à leurs sécurisation afin qu'elles ne tombent pas dans de mauvaises mains. Il faut renforment la sécurité.

Commentaires : I enjoyed it more than other recruiting software I've used. It makes work easier and helps me be a manager instead of a paper pusher.

Avantages :

I personally like that BambooHR has different portals for its users. They've built a database that allows employees to: 1. Maintain their own records (whether the company sends or user uploaded); track time off earned, sick days used, and hours worked; while allowing the user to sign documents easily electronically; and 2. Makes being an HR manager, easy. What I mean is, creating records (employees or temps) and ensuring they have all the blocks checked (background ran, drug test paperwork properly filled out, and any other documentation needing signed) within the timeframe needed to start working - is tracked, maintained, and recorded for you... so all in all, eliminates the monotony of HR and time wasted on paperwork while assisting managers/employees in ensuring proper compliance.

Inconvénients :

Well, I still had to scan any documents that weren't created or automated through the software and label them. For example, I work at a satellite location; the warehouse I staff for has a basketball court out back for employees to use on their break. I had to create a document that stated employees for my agency had to make sure they were clocked out, that they were responsible for any risk of injury and that the company and staffing agency would not be held liable for any resulting injury that may occur. The rest of the staffing agency didn't need this so I still had to print out 50 copies, have each employee sign one, upload it, file it in the employee file in the software, label it, then give the copy back to the employee. This really is not an issue unless if turnover is high, this could get annoying.

Their customer service is very helpful and quick in responding to and to provide solutions to problems and issues as and when occurred . BambooHR has some great features as well , like I am now easily able to track the activities of my team members and subordinates, I am able to communicate my points across simultaneously to all my team members and have a record of their personal details , major events, major achievements and other details as well. BambooHR has immensely benefited our employees as it is extremely user friendly , a clean and easy setup and an amazing hack to solving issues in Human Resource management .

Inconvénients :

The payroll feature needs to be upgraded and made more flexible . Have faced minor issues in it . I am satisfied otherwise with other features offered by the product .

Reporting is very weak for Hiring/applicant tracking. There are useless reports like "Candidates by Veteran Status and Gender" , while the information i need the most would be like success rate - how many candidates applied and how many of those were hired in the last quarter? OR which roles are receiving the least applications, OR employee retention rates and many more missing reports.

Commentaires : The absence tracking, vacation requests, user profiles, and today's absence list are all fantastic features. I wish I had a more efficient way to keep track of time than updating it daily.

Avantages :

It's a breeze to use and geared toward beginners. There is no learning curve for end users; you can begin using it on the first day, and the API documentation is self-explanatory for developers.

Inconvénients :

It has an air of antiquity about it. The site's current facade could use some work to make it more appealing. When utilizing their API, the custom fields presented some challenges. However, I couldn't utilize the findBy api by all of the fields we had, which slowed down several projects.

A perfect centralized hub for HR services

Commentaires : The price may be prohibitive. We're on the basic package, and while there are several great extras available, we've decided against using some of them because of the additional costs associated with them.

Avantages :

BambooHR makes it possible for us to easily complete the onboarding process as well as draft all of our contracts, so we can use it from start to finish. Time off and paid time off features are great, and we especially like that they can be synced with our existing scheduling program.

Inconvénients :

I couldn't have done it without BambooHR's streamlined onboarding and recruitment processes. We don't need file cabinets because all of the staff's paperwork is kept in electronic form. I was able to hire as many as 50 workers in only two weeks by using this platform's streamlined onboarding process.

Commentaires : The onboarding was great! I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was and the level of support we received. The support is good, I have no complaints. BambooHR is always improving or adding additional features. The videos are fund and educational. My overall experience has been excellent. I highly recommend using BambooHR

We moved from a complicated system to Bamboo HR last year. It took me a while to not second guess how easy it was to use. I do payroll in half the time and everything is in one place for quick and easy access. The support is great! They respond quickly. I am so glad we made the move

Inconvénients :

At this point I can't say I have a "least" favorite. It's easy and makes my job less complicated

BambooHR for a research firm

Avantages :

Simple UI, good customer support, and the pricing were excellent. Ability to support multiple countries and their time off calendars. A simple ATS system was a part of the application, which makes it great for small organizations that do not have to purchase an ATS.

Inconvénients :

I have no complaints; it's a great tool. The performance management module had a restriction of a maximum number of questions, and they were not editable. That was a shortcoming.

User friendly

Inconvénients :

Scheduling functionality. Does not fit business needs to need to use other scheduling software. Would be great if could use Bamboo. We currently use WhenIWork.

Commentaires : Overall, I love BambooHR. I have implemented it in several companies I have worked for over the years. It is such a great system, I tried to bring it in whenever I had the chance!

Avantages :

BambooHR has everything in one place. Easy to set up and implement and employees can start using it immediately with very little training. Very easy to customize it to suit your company's unique needs. Customer service is second to none!!

Inconvénients :

Having an integrated payroll system would be the cherry on top but for a Canadian company, this option is not available. A huge market untapped!! The ability to choose a "close" date for the Performance Management Reviews would be very helpful as sometimes a longer or shorter window is required.
