Commentaires : Commentaires : notre service RH avait du mal à planifier des congés.Maintenant grace à l'utilisation de Zoho, nous avons une facilité à plannifier nos congés, vacances et absences. Depuis que j'ai commencé à utiliser l'outil au début de l'année, il a été facile de planifier mes congés. De plus, le processus d'approbation prenait moins de temps; tout est plus rapide et plus facile. Le système permet de voir facilement combien de jours de vacances il reste à chaque membre de l'équipe. Il montre également quels membres de l'équipe sont absents pour cause de maladie et lesquels ont déjà pris des jours de vacances. Une très bonne application pour notre RH

Avantages :avec une liste de fonctionnalités exhaustive nous avons une facilité d'utilisation. on a pas besoin des séances de formation avant de l'utiliser ; aucun autre fournisseur n'a autant de fonctionnalités pour le prix. Fournit des équipements petits et grands, mais peut être appliqué à des équipements encore plus grands.

Inconvénients :

Inconvénients :Les fonctionnalités du produit rend sa compréhension très difficile. De plus, de nombreuses fonctionnalités du produit sont contrôlées par incorporation, ce qui rend son utilisation plus difficile. L'utilisation de cet outil élimine le besoin pour les RH de gérer les demandes de vacances. L'accès mobile est un peu compliqué qu'il faut se connecter au PC .

Zoho, un outil de planification des tâches simple avec quelques défauts

Commentaires : Zoho permet de mettre un premier pied dans la gestion de planning mais le besoin de fonctionnalité plus poussées se faire rapidement ressentir et donc le besoin de migrer vers un autre outil.

Avantages :

Zoho est un outil aux nombreuses fonctionnalités qui permet de gérer facilement des projets, une équipe, leur attribuer des tâches etc. De plus la version gratuite permet à une petite entreprise de facilement gérer les plannings.

Inconvénients :

Cependant la version gratuite de Zoho limite trop vite les fonctionnalités qui permettent d'avoir une planification plus souples des agendas, des taches, des heures etc. Et l'ergonomie de l'application n'est pas optimale.

Industries like I.T. Media/Advertising, Finance, Healthcare, and Education. This software has a free mobile application that easily works on Android and iOS devices. I so much enjoy using Zoho People as it also offers a free trial version for new users who might want to test its capabilities for just 30 days.

No single fault is displayed yet, it performs all its functions excellently.

Commentaires : Overall experience with Zoho is tremendous. Zoho People, which we can firmly refer to as "The HR on your fingers," is the best online application. Outstanding features like Time & Attendance, Employee databases, Leave management, Rewards, etc. make it the best in class. One feature that will make Zoho People stand out is its usability. Everything is quite clear. It is quite comfortable to use, even for a new employee. It also offers good app integration and can adapt to new platforms. It offers an iOS and Android mobile app which enables it's users to use it anytime anywhere.

Avantages :

It is a useful tool for managing employees and businesses. It is beneficial to consolidate all of the data and make it accessible to various team members. Having everyone on the same page is incredibly helpful. PMS is fantastic because it replaced our Excel sheets with something useful. There are log-in and log-out notification emails as well as time tracking. makes life a lot simpler for us. It offers time-tracking capabilities like regular attendance, leave, and even Zoho cases that allow us to contact the proper authority in real-time. This might assist in keeping an accurate record of the absentees.

Inconvénients :

This product will be even better after some technical issues are resolved, which I'm still waiting on. As an illustration, their most recent user interface (UI) has a scrolling page issue that makes it impossible for me to perform a vertical scroll without enlarging the browser. In addition, sometimes when I check out, it still indicates that I'm logged in, and other times it hangs and displays a somewhat flaky message saying the site cannot be contacted.

Needs work to set up but can help manage teams.

Commentaires : When I used this product at a former position I had the luxury of a full team of colleagues to help with set up. If you are a small business or a one man show you don’t need this tool. There a a lot of free or less expensive options to manage teams/tasks.

Avantages :

It was not difficult training team members how to manage tasks once the instal and data transfer was complete however it was a lot of work getting started.

Inconvénients :

As mentioned the set up was tricky. Customer support was not always an available so it to a long time to launch.

Customising reports is difficult, you may need to export data into another tool to better visualize. The user interface can also be buggy at times. They recently had a scrolling issue which took some time for them to fix. Otherwise, things work as expected.

Commentaires : Before using Zoho People for vacation scheduling, our HR department struggled to schedule time off. Since starting to use the tool in the early part of the year, it's been easy to schedule time off. Additionally, the approval process used to take a long time; now it's faster and easier. The system makes it easy to see how many vacation days each team member has left. It also shows which team members are out because of sickness and which have already taken vacation days.

Avantages :

Huge features list; no other supplier has as many features for the price. Supplies small and large equipment alike, but can be applied to even larger equipment. No weeks of preparation or long workshops are necessary; you can start using this product immediately. Compared to other suppliers, this is a bargain and has no equal.

Inconvénients :

The vast amount of features in the product makes understanding it very difficult. Additionally, many features of the product are controlled by incorporation, which makes it harder to use. Using this tool eliminates the need for HR to manage vacation requests. The system automates not only the recruitment process, but also new employee onboarding.

Inconvénients :

not able to configure the time sheets to match our payroll cycle, it's only based on a bi-monthly or monthly calendar only. They take over 24 hrs to respond to any assistance needed

Too many customizable options make it clunky

Commentaires : When starting off using Zoho People and contacting customer support, I had thought they were a very small start-up company. I was very surprised later to find out that Zoho is a really big company that has a lot of other tools, which made it even more disappointing that their People tool was not as great as what I had hoped.

Avantages :

We only use Zoho to do time off/leave management. It's pretty straightforward for time off/leave management and the basic plan makes it very affordable to just do this one thing.

Inconvénients :

There are so many options to customize things that it was overwhelming and make it hard to set things up. We had wanted to do use it for performance management and timesheets, but we weren't able to set it up in a way that was helpful for us even with the customizations and contacting customer support. Customer support also wasn't as helpful/responsive as I would have hoped.

sometimes, the tool can be a bit slow when loading information, especially if it is a large file. However, this has not been a major problem and has been fixed with a software update.

Great HRMS for the Money

Commentaires : great - has been an excellent step into the HRMS world from our spreadsheets and manual processes. Good support, great price, deep feature set.

Avantages :

Very reasonable pricing, with a great depth of features. You can customize everything, build out approvals, workflows, automation and even custom script entire new modules. If you use other products in the Zoho Suite, it has incredible integrations as well. It was a huge step up (but small commitment in terms of cost) from our spreadsheets and manual processes.

Inconvénients :

Complicated to set up - but that is expected given the level of customization, flexibility and functionality involved. HR is a complex thing - setting up HR Software to conform with your policies is too. But this software provides great value. Also, shifts feature was a bit lacking for how we operate, but that was not a critical feature need for us.

Its amazing features like Time & Attendance, Employee database, Leave management, Rewards etc are best in class. One factor which will make Zoho People standout is its ease of use. Everything is very clear. Even a new joinee will be very much comfortable in using it. Also it is adaptive to new platforms and have good integration with other apps as well. It is having mobile app for both Android & ios.

Inconvénients :

I never felt any cons as a user. There is always a solution in Zoho.

I have been using this software since 2019.It is very smooth to use. From Employee managament to Attendance Tracking in time sheet , you get them all in zoho people.You can also apply for leave ,regulise your time , track your meetings, files and form handling through online.There is one more option named as 'Raise grevience' , here you can add any of problem you facing through work and it directly connect to HR so you will get the solution in 2-3 hrs.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it didn't show your balance leaves and time regulisation may took time.

Zoho is very customizable and has an API with which you can integrate what you need. You can create forms and use them according to your needs.

Its not intuitive, it is hard to use, the support team is in India and it is hard to match time with them to get something fixed, they ask to get remote access to fix the issue every time, which means that for that time you cannot do anything on your computer while they are on there, and sometimes they just take too long.

The UI looks great and there are so many options for customization of our forms and sections. It also has an API for any integration you might need.

There might be a bit of a learning curve for some people when navigating the user interface at first. But once they got the hang of it, our end-users were quite happy with the great help that the software can provide the organization.

Avantages :

Zoho has made it easy to measure the performance of the employee. The best features of Zoho are attendance tracking, regularizing the attendance, tracking the holidays and leaves, and performance measurement.

Inconvénients :

There are no aspects of the products that are difficult to use, however, there should be some modifications while we measure one's performance. for example, while selecting a rater who has worked with us only on 1 project can rate us only on that.

Commentaires : Less paper work , centralized all the leaves we have in the company . The workflow in the approvals is amazing .
As for the employees experience , no more back and forth emails asking how many days left they for vacation , the dashboard can help them track the remaining days and all the records of their previous leaves.

Avantages :

The software has everything related to Leave types used in an organisation. Forms can be customized to our needs and even the creation of new forms is very easy and has helped our HR department save time /emails and paper work.

Inconvénients :

The main issue we faced with this software is the API limitation that has a maximum of 200 record per request. But other than that its perfect.

A great integration of software between ZOHO; hassle-free employee management

The integration of different ZOHO products is a great and easy alternative for everyone who needs their features. With ZOHO People, I can manage our company’s employees right after hiring them. The possibility of transfer of the initial files from the database in ZOHO Recruit is an amazing start for this software. With ZOHO People, managing of attendance and leaves are possible, time clocks are available for employee time tracking and human resource management features are of great help to me.

Inconvénients :

The slow response from the tech support team is a little bit discouraging. One thing that needs improvement is the polishing of the great features that they already have. With the hundred of features they are trying to create and embellish into the software, there is no space for improvement.

It is very difficult for me to track what employees do and why we pay them money - in the company, although about 10 people work, each of them performs completely different tasks. There are a lot of minor flaws in the product, but it's the support service, which reacts quickly to all problems. The main disadvantage: you have to call a specialist every time you need to set something up.
