Good/ Easy to learn System
Commentaires :
When we first went live and getting everything set-up was challenging and we are having issues with our Charge capture system integrated with RXNT and Missing doctor's charges.
There were a few tweaks that we are still working out with RXNT, but I think this is a great system to use for a Medical Billing System.
Avantages :
The user friendliness. Easy to navigate and train on.
Inconvénients :
No place of service in the "claim scrubbing" tab. No charge capture system that can take a picture of the facesheet and auto populate to RXNT. Too much manual entry. Issues with our Charge capture system integrated with RXNT. Missing doctor's charges.
E-Scribe New user
Commentaires : Customer service and the representative that helped with set up was very nice and helpful. [sensitive content hidden] has been very supportive
Avantages :
I like that we do not have to completely fill out the demographics for a patient. I like that the medications saved are able to be viewed by all our network
Inconvénients :
I would like to have the pharmacy search easier for small pharmacies and I would like to have the pharmacy list be saved for the whole network like the medications saved. I think you need more training. The video's are more of a basic understanding and the rest I had to figure out on my own. It would be nice if you had a rep visit the facility and offer a training session to the trainer.
Alternatives envisagées précédemment :
Inaccurate and deceptive
Commentaires : Terrible. No access to the software, no access to training, the onboarding coach has zero knowledge of how to set up the software or to help in any way. The software itself is not user friendly and the language and set up is extremely cumbersome.
Avantages :
None, I have never been able to get full access or develop the system
Inconvénients :
There are no available trainings online and trainers are not available for weeks, you are not given full access to your software, there are hidden contract terms that are never disclosed - term of contract, requirement for ads, lack of training accessibility. The system is not user friendly and there is no support for getting it set up, which you are responsible for doing on your own. It is advertised as taking "15-25 days" for full set up but once you pay, they report that it will be 8 weeks. It is advertised that you have acess to support anytime but you have to schedule a training and the EHR trainings are set out one month.
Great Software
Commentaires : It has been great except for 1-2 occasions when it went down and was unusable for a few hours
Avantages :
The ability to see when a prescription was sent and delivered successfully.
Inconvénients :
The only Con would be when it goes down it stayed down for a few hours.
Beware of this product
Commentaires : Poor to mediocre at best due to the delays in functionality.
Avantages :
When its working, its great. When its not, it is a barrier to care and your call schesule
Inconvénients :
ANYTIME you have a new phone, prepared for waiting days to be functional again. ANYTIME you have an issue, its ALL day to get it fixed. Constant poor customerservice etiquette like: "do you have an email?" YES and its confirmed on your site. Constant- oh I cant fix this part, etc etc
Long term user likes product
Avantages :
The product has excellent support
Inconvénients :
When functions stop working (like when searching for patient records to merge, I can no longer just hit the enter key, I have to press the search button). Also, it is difficult to cover for other providers when they are on vacation using EPCS. I don't want to change the attending physician's name (because the pharmacy will start sending me refill requests) so I don't want to do it under my account with my EPCS fob, but unless I pay for a separate EPCS when I am in a supportive role, I can't refill someone else's controlled substances.
Efficient and quick
Avantages :
It allows not only to pull in medication directly into our EHR, but it can help to decide which medication will and will not be covered.
Inconvénients :
It has some difficulty with some insurance plans where you have to lookup by fill data rather than rd.
Pleasure to use
Commentaires : I use it all the time and it is a pleasure
Avantages :
Easy to work with and log onto for seeing patients
Inconvénients :
nothing bad about RXNT so no complaints when using
Psychiatric nurse practitioner
Commentaires : My overall experience was very good no issues
Avantages :
The platform was very easy to understand.
Inconvénients :
I have not seen any issues see as of yet.
Great customer service
Commentaires :
Excellent 10/10
As stated above great start up
Avantages :
1. Security and ability to prescribe schedule meds electronically 2. Onboarding and registration process is very thoughtfully organized
Inconvénients :
N/A - I have had a good experience so far and nothing negative to say.
Alternatives envisagées précédemment :
I recommend this to all providers!
Commentaires : Overall I’ve had an excellent and seamless experience using this. I will never switch to another
Avantages :
Easy to use. Accurate and up to date info. Scheduling is easy. Documentation has a perfect flow.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes apriss doesn’t work and even though it says é-script sent successfully it doesn’t show if the pharmacy actually received or approved the script.
Unreliable
Commentaires : If I had a choice, or a say in our practice using this software, I would change it ASAP.
Avantages :
The price of the software is better than most, but you get what you pay for.
Inconvénients :
The fact that you don't know if it going to work properly when you 'try" to log in. When they update something, 2-5 other things don't work properly.
Future Market
Commentaires : I am an 80 year old physician with nearly 50 years of practice and a career that included having been an Assistant Prof of Medical Computer Science at Yale in 1970 - 1980 My mentor Shannon Brunjes MD, said to me in 1969 "When medical and IT people get together they will just want to automate the status quo." That prophesy has turned out to be more true that we imagined. RxNT suffers from that truth only in a few small ways that come with the scarce wiggle room of an application so central to medicine as prescription writing. RxNT does every thing - just about - possible to tame the chaos that has existed in prescription writing where the standards have so often been really messy in the status quo. Three cheers for that. On the other hand the status quo in medicine is changing. Name-it, blame-it, tame-it prescription pad medicine is giving way to choices doctors and patients are making for what we call Functional or Integrative medicine where prescriptions are more and more aimed at the individual and less at the disease. Such prescriptions are more likely to be compounded and may include fewer pharmaceuticals and favor other strategies that will be much more effective in favoring Nature's buoyant impulse toward healing. They, therefore, belong right up there with drugs in the documents that doctors use to communicate with doctors. (see Cons below)
Avantages :
Once I got the hang of it - thanks to Morgan Deitz - i find the program so much better than what I have had for prescribing that its incomparable.
Inconvénients :
Doctors who belong to my Functional or Integrative tribe will, when using RxNT find themselves frequently visiting the Utilities /Medication Management feature very often to build up their own list of prescriptions that are both different by more tailored than RxNT's "behind the counter" selections. Your marketing will benefit from feedback from the data showing that kind of use and your staff will need to find ways to get access to those selections without sending them out behind the Utilities wood pile to an interface that should be easier to use especially when it comes to generating sigs that can be more easily re-used for, say, compounded HRT mixtures of E2, E3, DHEA, Pregnenolone, Progesterone and Testosterone. This can be done without scaring conventional doctors but it will take some finesse on the part of your design team to protect conventional eyes averted from nutrients and nutriceutcals. On another point the notion that prescription drugs are real medicine and the other stuff is questionable at best or the devil's work at worst will be fading in the coming generation of doctors who will welcome the idea that every thing in the patient's plan deserves the title of "prescription" so. The special status of prescription drugs is understandable when it comes to controlled substances. It should be understood as "special" with respect to many other pharmaceuticals because they are dangerous. Natural substances are often much stronger in the sense of promoting healing and should have a status on your website (some day) that is consistent with that reality. The fact that your checklist does not include Functional Medicine or Integrative Medicine or Functional/Integrative Medicine for "Industry" (which is weird as a header for what is mostly a list of specialties) should be corrected. There are lots of us out here and more coming. At the very least it would be a good marketing tool to know about what we do.
Developed by health insurances....
Commentaires : worse. So bad that I want to change company. The problem is that we are in a weak position, to the cost as result of their poor performance and neglect to the needs of their customers (assuming that health providers are their customers and not insurances), has to be added the cost of a transition and the integrity of data. If a healthcare provider offers their service with a similar performance Rxnt gives, licences would be suspended.
Avantages :
Price. No other thing to mention because time is money and direct patient care. Rxnt performance takes away such valuable times. Then, not even price is good.
Inconvénients :
Slow, frequent changes in the system that are followed by poor performance, system drops or freezes often, lag time from page to page, worsened year by year, do not solve problems, results in longer administrative times in detriment of productive work. Adds to the complex system used by health insurances to obstruct access to the services they offer, delay payments, etc. Health care time is spent in two areas: patient care and administrative documentation. The more administrative time on each patient, the less productive time, the lowest the number. The goal of technology is to gain in efficiency, to at least produce more in les time. RXNT is the opposite, really I would not be surprised if it is owned by one of the health insurance corporation.
The best EHR/EMR out there
Commentaires : Excellent. Never had a problem once in 2.5 years
Avantages :
Ease of use. E scripts. Flowsheets. Comes with everything you need
Inconvénients :
Nothing I don’t like about RXNT to be honest.

RXNT review
Commentaires : Well and worth the purchase
Avantages :
Ease and cheapness to of EHR. Also the physician had used this software before
Inconvénients :
Meaningful use is limited, MACRA/ MIPPS limited
Adequate software. Some persistent problems. Very good support. Steep price
Commentaires :
It is good to have a record of prescriptions accessible from anywhere.
Electronic prescribing software is fairly new and a lot of bugs need to be worked out.
Avantages :
I like how an image of the finished prescription is displayed before it is sent.
Inconvénients :
1. It loads and operates slowly even on a new computer. 2. It is impossible to delete patients 3. The patient merge feature is complicated and I couldn't get it to work. 4. The pharmacy selection feature doesn't work if you enter the actual address. 5. Sometimes the line for viewing a new prescription is mainly covered. 6. Customer support is responsive and has acknowledged at times that a chronic problem isn't being solved.
RxNT Electronic Prescribing
Commentaires : This is especially useful for keeping up with medication compliance with patients, and with the escribing requirements of various states, as we have patients in multiple states.
Avantages :
The data base is very large, and it works seamlessly with other prescription management software. We are able to customize prescriptions, and use the PRN option for more complicated prescriptions. The Support team has always been extremely helpful, willing to stay on the phone until the problem is solved, and able to talk us through any changes in software.
Inconvénients :
I appreciate the need for ads, but they can be a little intrusive. The website occasionally makes design changes that are not always intuitive, so there is a learning curve whenever changes are made.

Clinic Office Manager
Commentaires : RXNT will help us get rid of the paper files and give patients the option to review documents from the portal. It has been a bit of process getting the CPL integration set up but I think it is working well. We just wish RXNT was able to come to our office to help with the overall set-up & use of RXNT. Our facility is unique in that we just don't bill for insurance, she collects cash for non-insurance billed products.
Avantages :
It is a little confusing and overwhelming to navigate but we are not using it at 100% right now
Inconvénients :
The system is very slow. There is a long lag time when trying to navigate on the program.
HORRIBLE service and customer relations does not care
Commentaires : Horrible customer service that does not take ownership for their mistakes, if your practice is open on the weekends be prepared with backup plans as it frequently goes down over weekends with no support available until monday.
Avantages :
Relatively inexpensive for EMR, however you don't get fully functional product
Inconvénients :
Horrible customer service, billing module does not submit claims correctly, patient data gets changed by the system.

This user is no longer a current client of RXNT. We're sad to hear about their issues with our system and our customer service team. However, our support staff works hard to ensure that issues are addressed promptly and effectively. We are committed to resolving customer concerns, but we prefer that feedback be communicated directly. For any concerns related to the review above, please contact connect@rxnt.com, and we'll be happy to help!
Not good
Commentaires : Customer service is the worst part about this company. They frequently have notifications for “outages” it is a really laborious process to set up trainings or get any kind of assistance from customer service. Also, when the sales representative discussed the products, they did not mention anything about the 14 month commitment to subscribing. When this was discussed with customer service after trying to cancel the subscription, they apologize that I was not informed of that and told me that person was no longer working for the company. There’s been quite a bit of employee turnaround since I’ve signed up for this service two months ago. Took multiple attempts at canceling to finally get someone on the phone and have it confirmed.
Avantages :
E prescribing from RXNT app was easy to use
Inconvénients :
Access to patient portal for the patients is a tedious process, requiring multiple steps with emails frequently going to junk mail. The interface is too busy and not intuitive for daily flow of quickly accessing notes and prescribing features through desktop. Recommended to use a large monitor while using Chrome which is inconvenient if you’re trying to chart on a laptop using any other browser. Can only access appointments an E, prescribing from the app, no ability to chart from there.
Overall good product
Commentaires : Generally smooth to utilize as noted above.
Avantages :
On a day to day basis, the EHR, scheduling and e-prescribing functions work well.
Inconvénients :
A lot of the features are buggy, especially soon after they're rolled out. While most of the system is intuitive to use, some of it is clunky. It also has slowed down considerably over the years as new features were added. It's annoying that it now takes a couple of seconds to get results from a patient search or switch to a different part of the system. My biggest complaints are that the patient portal is unusable and that I still can't have multiple charts open at once or I lose data (despite being told last year that this problem was resolved). The latter point really slows me down.
The best experience to date!
Commentaires : My sales representative, Kelsey is the best sales professional I have ever worked with. I've been using the prescribing software for many years and Kelsey has always been responsive in a prompt manner and quickly resolved any problems I experienced.
Avantages :
The prescribing software is the best I've ever used. The prescribing software is easy to use and very efficient. During the early stages when electronic prescribing became a requirement in my state, my sales representative, Kelsey was instrumental in resolving problems with my token. When my token was not working,, Kelsey quickly made arrangements for another token to be mailed to me. She made sure the process was seamless. Kelsey has always made herself available to answer my questions without having to play phone tag which is what I experienced with other problems vendors.
Inconvénients :
I wish the manual for the medical records portion was more detailed. I am still struggling with finding the time to schedule a tutorial but am so satisfied with the prescribing software that I am determined to schedule a tutorial so I can begin using it fit all of my patients. .
Nice, complete package
Avantages :
For the most part all the modules work well together and makes it easy to find information between the modules.
Inconvénients :
Reports and queries could have more options to choose from. I would also like to see the ability to show the insurance care in the billing module so that certain insurances could be billed out together by grouping them instead of opening up each one individually. Would also like the ability to change or delete the Park Encounters grouping names. Encounters from the EHR should not be allowed to be released when still in Draft form. Dx codes from the Encounter should all pull over to the claim. System should warn when a duplicate encounter is created in the EHR and the billing, or if a patient cancelled or rescheduled appointment, a claim should not be allowed to be created.
Rxnt
Commentaires : Pretty good
Avantages :
Easy to use features, rxnt staff are helpful
Inconvénients :
Sometimes the system can be slow or preferences are hard to change
