Logiciel de GMAO très bien conçu, répondant aux besoins de la gestion de la maintenance.

Avantages :

l'interface est conviviale, les fonctionnalités sont simples et intéressantes. Le logiciel est bien structuré et agréable à l'utilisation.

Inconvénients :

La multitude d'interfaces pour les différentes version. j'ai bien aimé que soit la même interface pour toutes les versions (ManWinWin Express, ManWinWin App).

Un logiciel simple et pratique dans l'utilisation, très fiable. Un service client très dynamique

Inconvénients :

Un logiciel très recommandable mais pas grand chose à y reprocher. seulement un peu lent lors de la connexion.

Most user friendly CMMS

Commentaires : In a nutshell, it makes my weekly and monthly presentations a piece of cake as it will summarize and show graphical representations that even non technical people will understand.

Avantages :

The Work orders module and plant state really help me monitor the status of the factory so easily at a glance.

Inconvénients :

Its really nice, nothing much to Dislike.

Commentaires : So far the use of the software has been a great experience, but I see that I could explore the system more and use the resources it has more. I believe that with this training that will be made available, I will be able to learn more and use the CMMS better. The lack of maintenance history, due to the fact that there was no one to register the services. The benefits are that we are now starting to have a maintenance history and we can prepare KPI’s and be able to analyze how our maintenance management is doing.

Avantages :

The things I liked most were the lay-out of the system, ease of registering the equipment, having a dashboard that works, in many systems the graphs cannot be used in reports. The integration with our equipment was smooth. The website providing an “implementation guide” was fantastic!

Inconvénients :

So far there is nothing in the software that I have not liked.

It is easy to use and the informatics requirements are not a big deal.

Not allowed reprograming the unrealized tasks in the new work order and that create restrictions in lubrification for example.

Avantages :

This product is very easy to use, it is a product that is possible to work on the factory floor and to be fed by hundreds of workers, without any problem. - without people feed these software there is no software that can resist.

Inconvénients :

being the MWW a CMMS, in companies where there is ERP too, there is a need to integrate the 2 software so that there is a control of stocks and correct costs with the financial department. but we did this task and it works. the reports can be better to avoid to be transfer to excel.

Avantages :

MANWINWIN provides the free edition which is very useful for a small and developing company like ours. The free version is the best tool to be used as a proof of concept for the board to determine whether we should invest in this CMMS. The free edition is sufficiently satisfying in terms of the features such as plant management, work order scheduling, material management, and even cost & budget management. Although other competitors have these features, usually they don't provide these features on their free edition software.

Avantages :

What i like most about ManWinWin is that it is made by asset managers. The worflows are intuitive and natural, all you might need is included, from a small maintenance department to a multi-site maintenance department. The learnign curve is short and you'll have it running in a short period of time.

Commentaires : ManWinWin came as a solution to our spare part inventory. Rapidly it became an effective tool to decrease breakdowns and control all planned and unplanned interventions. It helped us to manage our list of spare parts suppliers and very fast it became a very complete maintenance manual guide, where technicians were able to introduce photos, videos and share any new situations.

Avantages :

The preventive maintenance activities could be planned more easily and the results were clear when consulting the charts and reports. ManWinWin helped to re-define our preventive maintenance plan, decrease corrective maintenance actions and decrease costs. Given that it is a very intuitive tool, it was possible to gather all the departments in the company to take advantage of the use of ManWinWin. Friendly and very helpfull on maintenance work management in Oil Terminals

Commentaires : We have made our first approach to using a MMS for about a year and a half at one of our oil terminals. The primary objective was to ensure a tool for work management and to ensure the tracking of maintenance actions. Our first experience was with ManWinWin and with very positive results at the management level. There was a clear improvement in the resources management and work follow up bringing efficiency to maintenance, guaranteeing a reliable structure for the introduction of performance indicators and support for optimization actions supported on data.

Commentaires : The registration of manpower by vehicle and the investment made ends up giving us indicators if it is time for that equipment to be scrapped.
In addition to registering all types of maintenance, inspections were also registered and the operators' documents were even valid.
With great potential, this cmms has brought value with savings in time and simplification of processes.

- Reports layout can only be customized by Navaltik assistance; - When an observation is recorded in “Observation’s Tab” , an alert message is not sent to inform the other users. - It is not possible to restrict the access of restricted users, to certain areas of the structure.

ManWinWin - A recomended Software

Commentaires : Our Company uses this sotware sisce end of 2001, and with regards to having a set of ttols to enable us to perform na adequate management system with regards to maintenence, this was the best option we could ever have made. The program is a complete set of tools for maintenence management, with the advantage of constantly beeing upgraded and na evolution that acompanies the clientes needs as well as the tecnological needs.

Commentaires : Cost control. ManWinWin is simple, practical and very intuitive software. It has a good performance where you can extract much information needed for proper maintenance. It shoud send pop up alerts like Outlook

I had no budget for CMMS

Commentaires : The limitation on items actually made me be more economical with breaking down equipment to add, so actually made search history easy to interrogate. for example not searching through a breakdown of Record 220 CNC faults to find the same recurring fault under different equipment items, everything was just under 220 CNC, but that was down to my implementation verses how my previous employer had implemented their french CMMS

Avantages :

Found it easier to use than a french CMMS system I had been using for over 16 years

Commentaires : It has enhance our maintenance activities being able to identify all equipment and carrying out maintenance and tracking each equipment progress. It has reduced our paper work and machinery down time. We also able to pull out report for every single machine.
