Un outil et une équipe dédiée efficaces pour faire de belles économies

Commentaires : Très bonne expérience. Nous avons tenté l'aventure avec Welii il y a bientôt un an, et je recommande fortement cette entreprise !

Avantages :

Support client, plateforme intuitive et simple, détection des outils ayant des fonctionnalités similaires. Qualité des échanges lors de la (re)négociation des contrats.

Inconvénients :

Il manque simplement un petit dashboard pour suivre le montant des dépenses par mois par outil, pour que ça soit plus visuel.

Commentaires : Un partenariat depuis plus d'un an avec un renouvellement assuré.

Avantages :

Welii nous accompagne dans la gestion de nos dépenses SaaS. Bien plus qu'un simple SaaS pour gérer nos SaaS : une brique techno (suivi des dépenses et des contrats) et une brique conseils et acheteurs, pour des négociations fluides et optimisées. Un accompagnement 360.

Inconvénients :

On n'en veut forcément toujours plus. L'idéal serait de pouvoir bénéficier de négociations illimitées et de pouvoir s'adresser à de plus petites structures. Mais difficilement scalable côté Welii.

Efficient SaaS Procurement and Spend Management!

Commentaires : Najar already helped me to negotiate 4 big contracts and helped me save thousands of euros (we managed to have -45% on a particular contract where I would have been happy with -15%!).
Having access to a team of professional buyers is the true additional value of Najar.

Avantages :

Najar gives true visibility on all our contracts and offers true negotiation expertise. It helped us save thousands of euros as well as making sure to not auto-renew with tools and services we are not using any more. The team is really reactive and has a great added value. Whether it comes to negotiation or challenging some of our tools' usage.

Inconvénients :

The platform is not really stable and would benefit from some improvement. Hopefully, Najar's team is here to take care of any changes we need.

There is no negative points in the collaboration with Najar. Our shadow IT has been quickly unveiled and considerable savings achieved in a short timeframe.

Commentaires : My overall experience with Welii has been highly positive. The platform stands out for its intuitive design and the efficiency it brings to our daily operations. The seamless integration with our existing systems has reduced manual work and increased productivity. Although there was a learning curve with some of the more advanced features, the support team was always available to assist and ensure we could take full advantage of the platform.

Avantages :

I particularly appreciated the user-friendly interface and the seamless integration with our existing tools. The platform's ability to streamline complex processes and assist in negotiations made our workflow much more efficient. Additionally, the customer support was excellent, always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance.

Inconvénients :

While my overall experience with Welii was positive, I found that the learning curve for some of the more advanced features was a bit steep. It took some time to fully understand and utilize all the functionalities effectively. Additionally, I believe that certain customization options could be expanded to better meet specific needs.

If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be to maybe see competitors of software directly within the application without having to ask the support for it.

Avantages :

What I appreciate most about Welii, even more than the tool itself, is the support provided by Welii throughout the year. A big thanks to Théophile who helped us refine our needs and greatly assisted us in negotiating with our suppliers.

Najar helped us to substantially reduce our SAAS spend. Considering that we will keep those savings for the years to come, Najar provided a quick positive ROI.

Inconvénients :

The platform is still being build out, some features were missing in the early days, but they are all coming. The support team listens to our requests.

Avantages :

Thanks to our Welii procurement specialist, we have made significant savings through expertly negotiated renewals and subscriptions to new tools. Welii also boasts an excellent customer support team, always available when needed. Additionally, we value the ability to discuss any questions regarding renewals or new tools with Welii, even if we do not engage them for negotiations.

Inconvénients :

The platform is interesting to gather information about SaaS subscriptions, contracts renewal dates etc.. but it is still young and can be improved
