Avantages :

Came from Cline AI, and love the A/B testing and targeting options. Just recently did a few tests and got a couple of things set, and it is really powerful software.

Inconvénients :

The interface is nice, but a small learning curve is there to set up the different variations, but it shouldn't be too hard.

A simple A/B testing tool that gets it done

Commentaires : Overall, happy with the product. Nothing groundbreaking but a good workhorse for us.

Avantages :

We like the fact that it is easy to share with our clients and not too confusing. The visuals of the software looks modern and it is a good look for us overall.

Inconvénients :

Some of the functionality is very recent and can be limited when compared to established players such as VWO or Convert.com

Best AB Testing Tool

Commentaires : Google Optimize used to be our go-to AB testing solution, since being sunset last year, we've been bouncing from provider to provider, never quite feeling satisfied. We've tried VWO, AB Tasty, PostHog, Plerdy and none of them ticked every box for us. Many alternatives require manual dev work for the tests to work (PostHog), some are extremely expensive (AB Tasty) and others lack features that we find important such as only testing a small portion of the user base (Plerdy). Mida is easy to use, quick to setup and provides all the reporting data you need to make quick conclusions on a test before moving onto the next one.

Avantages :

AB Testing is great: - Visual editor works really well - Redirect testing is fantastic (JS script is really small so redirects are super quick) - AB test reports show everything I need to know, allow me to pick apart the data by device type, referer, marketing channel, etc

Inconvénients :

Honestly, I can't say we've run into any issues with Mida at all

We purchased Howuku deal on AppSumo, but it DOES NOT WORK, support does ignores it :(

Commentaires : We purchased Howuku deal on AppSumo, started using it only after few months from purchase, only to discover that Product does NOT really work. A/B tests data is not collected, issue repeated on multiple A/B tests team started, had to write to support, which seemingly solved some issues, in other cases failed to respond for 5-6 days and it seems like a dead service. It is a shame, as our team tried to support new services by using them and providing feedback, but we regret buying it.

Avantages :

Price - we got Lifetime deal on Appsumo, that would be the only Plus

Mida's a Good Solution for CRO

Commentaires : Generally speaking a pretty good experience, but becomes challenging with custom websites, or things not natively supported in Mida.

Avantages :

The workflow, setting up tests and most elements for businesses on shopify were easy to understand and set up. The pixel is relatively light and the application functions well with few hiccups we've encountered once things are set up correctly.

Inconvénients :

Some of our internal requirements needed custom scripting in order to make mida work with how we build our pages. Setting up events on sites that dont have a integration is a bit complex and may need someone who's well versed in GTM. Support can be hit or miss (we havent received a reply in weeks for some reason but prior to this they were pretty good - if you're reading this, please fix your support tickets).

A comprehensive A/B testing platform with 5 star support

Commentaires : We've set up a handful of A/B tests so far- the script runs smoothly without any flicker on our site. I also really like the visual editor and the reporting interface.

Avantages :

Mida is comprehensive A/B platform that comes with all the features and tools you need to run effective experiments. Unlike other platforms it's priced very competitively and comes with five star customer service. It's also quick to setup and easy to use. I highly recommend this tool!

Inconvénients :

There's honestly nothing so far I've found that I don't like about this platform.

Great Product - Easy to Use

It's easy to set up and use. Friendly UI/UX and has all of the tools and capabilities you would want in an A/B testing platform.

Great Google Optimize Alternative

Avantages :

Was looking for a Google Optimize replacement with WYSIWYG editor for A/B tests, Mida has exceeded my expectations so far

Inconvénients :

Was so hard to find the product, only found on my 3rd pass of searching for alternatives

A great GDPR-friendly option

Avantages :

Mida allows you to A/B test without pre-loading cookies and using expensive, server-side options. This was the biggest sell for us when we discovered Mida when they were exhibiting at a trade show. It's easy to set up, and works around cookies without invalidating experiments. I don't know many other script-based A/B testing solutions can't do that.

Inconvénients :

Nothing at the moment. If I was forced to choose, I'd say lack of multivariate testing, but I think that might be on their roadmap. For now, you can just do A/A and A/B tests (plus a few other features, but testing-wise it's these two).

The Goals setup feels limited to me, there are not too many options.

Visual bugs can be a common challenge for newer tools in the market; however, they offer an opportunity for continuous improvement and refinement of the user experience. Lastly, while documentation is a work in progress, the responsive feedback mechanism you've described is a positive step towards building a comprehensive knowledge base for your users. Excellent Google Optimize Alternative

Avantages :

Mida was super easy to setup on our client shopify sites, and within no time at all we had tests up and running to validate the setup with data flowing through. The hypothesis creation is helpful for internally tracking experimentation and it was fairly straightforward to implement additional custom events such as Add to cart. Plus the super lightweight script means very fast test load times for the least bias.

Inconvénients :

The fact that some fairly basic targeting modes or parameters are only available on the highest price plan, presumably gauged at Enterprise. I feel some of these are very much needed even for smaller/medium brands and could be included without harming their service offering.

Trust The Mida Touch!

Commentaires : I have been extremely satisfied with the tool. I was thrilled to discover it and it improved Conversion Rate on the very first landing page I threw at it significantly. It took about an hour to feel extremely comfortable with the tool and I started seeing value as soon as I launched my first experiment.

Avantages :

Mida offers a reliable CRO, testing and personalization platform at a very manageable price. It's easy to use, especially if you are coming from a similar tool. I came from Optimize and there was basically no real learning curve. The AI recommendations make coming up with variants to test a breeze.

Inconvénients :

Ocassionally, I have to refresh the page to get certain functions to work. It's a minor inconvenience but should be mentioned. Also, sometimes, I will be working in Mida and leave a certain menu only to be dropped into Howuku. This may only happen to customers who came from Howuku though.

The best Google Optimize replacement

Avantages :

The most like for like replacement of Google Optimize. Low cost and easy to implement. Very quick to load. Very easy to start testing. Can use built-in analytics or connect to GA

nothing really. I don't use all the features so can't comment on things like the visual editor

Commentaires : Overall I'm happy with my experience so far! I got help from my consultant who has been working with Mida and [sensitive content hidden] previously so we managed to set everything up. Without him I would not have been able to set it up properly since I never got a response from their support.

Great alternative for A/B testing now that google optimize is gone.

Commentaires : It's okay. Since I still haven't paid for it I'm happy, but I'm not convinced it's the best service for us longterm.

Avantages :

Easy to use and free to get started with up until 50k MTUs. Pretty easy to set up with the tracking etc. And their reporting is decent!

Inconvénients :

Not as robust as other services I've been using, such as Convert (which ofc is a lot more expensive). Not the best editor, could be improved.

My New Favorite A/B Testing Platform

Great alternative to Google Optimize after this one shut down. Like the ability to create AB tests for landing pages and conversion rate optimisation. Something really cool is that you can create a version of a given URL and make changes (text, color, placement of elements...) with the drag and drop editor and no coding

Inconvénients :

Miss a heatmap feature to have more context of the performance of each AB test version
