Avantages :

I tried many ai powered chatbot but this one has the best generative answers when it comes to engaging with customers (

Inconvénients :

At first I hoped they had the ability to takeover the chat with a live agent and I was kinda disappointed when they told me they didn’t have this feature. [sensitive content hidden] explained me about the AI only focus. Luckily I trusted him and it works perfect.

Avantages :

appreciate Zipchat's ease of configuration and the ability to add pages to optimize the chatbot experience. It's particularly effective for engaging with my French-speaking audience, which is crucial for my business.

Inconvénients :

While Zipchat has many strengths, it lacks certain features that could enhance its utility. For instance, the absence of a mobile app to receive instant notifications when a client needs assistance is notable. Additionally, the platform could benefit from an option to allow manual responses immediatly when the chatbot cannot handle specific queries effectively. Lastly, the chatbot button functionality could be improved by adding predefined options for common customer inquiries, such as order tracking or information on new products.

Commentaires : Great! I have great expectations about what they are building.

Avantages :

We tried a few apps before finding ZipChat. All of them had a really limited understanding of our business, resulting in embarrassment from me about the kind of replies. Zipchat is able to get the full context and to speak to customers with emphaty

Inconvénients :

Users can’t checkout in the chatbot. This feature would be really useful

Best Chat to close clients

Avantages :

Zip chat is a great tool to add to your ecommerce. It gives you the possibility to have an additional member in your team. Therefore, you get a software that is doing the job of one sales man but with a way lower cost. The chat works great and has the ability to generate sales through the AI. I was doubting at first, however I nned to admit that after 6 months of usage I would never remove it from my ecommerce now.

Inconvénients :

Initially the price, however if you compare to have someone h24 there to chat, makes a lot of sense.

Commentaires : Very happy with the choice for Zipchat. At first we didn't know if it would make a difference. But it's a real must-have.

Avantages :

It cuts down the amount of emails we were receiving. Some simple questions, can be found on the website, but we still received a lot of e-mails. Now, our e-mails are reduced.

Inconvénients :

Only missing the option to interfere in the chat with the customer.

Just What I Needed

Avantages :

Zipchat chat bot was so easy to install and customize. More importantly, it took over an important role in servicing my customers, so it was one less thing for me to worry about. Highly recommend.

Inconvénients :

Nothing. I have no complaints about this product.

Commentaires : Great, easy to set up. Have already recommended it to several of my mates

Avantages :

- easy of use - can see the conversion rate and track conversations - can teach the bot using corrections

Inconvénients :

- It sometimes uses the exact same response twice when the customer is looking for a different answer - It can be obvious that you're speaking to a bot at times
