Avantages :

Je dois avouer, au début, j'étais un peu sceptique. Encore un autre CRM ? Mais Breakcold a complètement changé ma perspective. Voici pourquoi j'utilise Breakcold pour mon agence :Interactions Multicanal : Avant Breakcold, jongler entre les e-mails, LinkedIn et Twitter était un vrai casse-tête. Maintenant, je peux tout gérer depuis une seule plateforme. C'est un game-changer pour moi.Flux de Prospection : Fini les jours où je devais ouvrir mille onglets pour suivre mes prospects. Tout est regroupé au même endroit, et je peux même interagir directement avec leurs publications. C'est tellement plus simple et efficace.IceBreaker : C'est l'une des fonctionnalités que je préfère : on peut créer des "icebreaker" personnalisée pour chaque prospects, qu'on peut utiliser comme custom attribut dans des emails :DPipeline de Ventes : On peut avoir une pipeline et une estimation de sa valeur, pas mal.Extension Chrome pour LinkedIn : Cette fonctionnalité est juste géniale. Pouvoir ajouter des prospects directement via Linkedin fait gagner beaucoup de temps.API : L'API permet de passer par des outils d'automatisation comme Zapier, et c'est vraiment bien pour automatiser des tâches et MAJ des prospects.

Inconvénients :

L'interface pourrait être mieux, mais ça fait déjà très bien l'affaire !

Social Selling 2.0

Commentaires : It has been good. The CRM is relatively new-I think 18 ish months old-and the development has been very fast and very good. The tool is quite easy to both setup and use, and the socials list feed is excellent and makes it super easy to not miss posts from potential clients. So you can take nurturing to a new level.

Avantages :

Breakcold has most of the things things you see in most sales CRM's. But it has a few you dont see. You can use sender rotation on the emails so you can send more volume and actually hit the inbox. Then it has both Linkedin and Twitter integrations that allow you to see selected prospects inside the CRM. So you can both build a specific list and then engage from right inside the CRM instead of having to track in all down on each platform for a specific list.

Inconvénients :

The two drawbacks I can think of are minor. One is that since it integrates with LinkedIn you need to use an extension, but you need that for every single tool in existence that integrates with LinkedIn. So it is a LinkedIn thing and not a Breakcold thing. The second minor drawback is that the sales pipeline reporting could be improved/expanded. But I know that is on their roadmap and what they have works well so I don't mind it right now.

Finally, a tool to build relationships rather than to hit numbers

Commentaires : Absolutely fantastic. [sensitive content hidden] (Breakcold's [sensitive content hidden]) has been incredible from start to now. From his first interaction with me, a super personalised demo, through to checking in on my campaigns and giving me advice on how to improve everything I was doing. I couldn't rate him higher!

Avantages :

The most useful feature inside of Breakcold is definitely the social selling element. I'm able to really easily and quickly keep track with what my leads and clients are getting up to and interact directly through the feed. Its a massive time saver and that feature alone can be accessed for just $29/mo I believe.

Inconvénients :

The way that accounts are priced is a little tricky when you have multiple and are running a cold email campaign through the software. I completely understand that cold email isn't the priority of the platform but being able to have both in one is great it just scales up the price quite quickly. Still cheaper than combining Breakcold with most other cold email softwares that have the same feature set!

Social Selling and Lead gen Mini Champ

Commentaires : Overall experience has been good just a few updates needed as i said earlier. and need to increase number of integration options. besides these it is a great tool for sales teams targetting smaller number of leads for better results. as in the end this is enablement not complete tech.

Avantages :

I absolutely love the fact that it integrates well with all 3 platforms i.e email, Linkdin and Twitter.Because of which i can practically keep an check on all of clients social activities which can help our sales team and us to personalize better and sell at the right time and with right relevance as well as relationship

Inconvénients :

The tool is new so a few bugs hear and there are a given and the team is quite small so it is a good as well as a bad thing. The amount of integrations available is quite limited and i feel it should be increased a lot.Other cons can be on pricing a bit pricy for people from tier 2-3 countries.

Avantages :

I like how BreakCold revolutionizes the way I approach cold outreach. I can consolidate my LinkedIn, Twitter, and email leads. I don't have to jump between apps. In short, it boosts my productivity.

Inconvénients :

In my experience, finding my way around Breakcold takes a while because I'm new to CRM. I look up BreakCold's knowledge base to overcome the learning curve or ask the community for help. I also hope the [sensitive content hidden] will consider other platforms for outreach eg. Reddit.

Wonderful Iteractive CRM

Commentaires : Outreach is not a simple and easy task. Specially nowadays with so much digital noise.Breakcold has been a loaf of fresh air, simplifying all this process of outreash and create online relationships with people you don´t know.

Avantages :

I would say it is an interactive CRM that i can use to create and build relationships from the ground up.I can use it from lead prospecting up to lead enrish, engagement , sales and contracts.All in one app.

Inconvénients :

I use Breakcold for all my brands, so i would love to be able to group my lists into folders. It´s a simple feature.. i´m sure it will come in the future.

Social selling CRM that I never knew I needed

Avantages :

Breakcold​ as a social selling software and CRM has significantly optimized our business operations​ and changed the way we approach sales. By consolidating Email, LinkedIn, and Twitter within a unified platform, we've achieved seamless B2B interactions​ with our prospects before sending out our email campaigns. The user interface is ​r​eally intuitive​ and the onboarding process​ was a breeze. ​The [sensitive content hidden] actively engages with users, often providing direct responses​ to support questions. This level of direct involvement speaks to the platform's commitment to user satisfaction​ and product growth.

Inconvénients :

Breakcold shows a lot of promise, but it's still in it's infancy, constantly evolving and implementing roadmap updates. Because it's a newer player in the CRM space, we sometimes find small bugs and hiccups. Given enough time and feedback, I think it evolve into a major player in the space.

Commentaires : Breakcold allows us to reach prospects and manage B2B relationships in a single platform.

Avantages :

Unlike some of its competitors, Breakcold is actually fun to use. The platform is very intuitive, but also features a checklist and knowledge base to get you up and running in no time. It's a social selling CRM that allows us to engage with B2B prospects via email, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).

Inconvénients :

We are missing integration with other social platforms such as Facebook, Xing and Instagram.

Great and easy-to-use product

Commentaires : I am a first-time user of a CRM, operating in the art market field. I am not used to this kind of app as a first-time entrepreneur ; however, it is so easy to use. the experience is very fluid and intuitive. Breakcold helps me keep track of the interactions I have my potential customers and even allows me to create cold email campaigns. It's all about quality over quantity and that's what I'm here for.

Avantages :

I love their social selling feed. It's so intuitive to use and just overall a great idea for social selling. On point.

Inconvénients :

The set-up, because it required me to connect to my Google account and set up some passwords - which I didn't entirely get right away, but I was guided step-by-step through it and it honestly took 5 mins. So very survivable.

I love the CRM feature & how easy it is to use and makes my job easy to manage the leads in a easy way & I love the customer support that comes with it. The team is super responsive & ready to help

Commentaires : Let me tell you the story of the two most important pieces of business I've won this year. One is with someone I've known for two decades and cultivated extensively over that time. They know I want their business and negotiate accordingly. The other was with someone I engaged with for about two weeks using Breakcold who then reached out to me with no sense of being sold to. There was no negotiation - I simply set my price.

Avantages :

Easy integration with LinkedIn. Works well for following targets. Good email integration.Very affordable.

Inconvénients :

Twitter stopped working. Logs me out fairly often.

great tool for social selling!

Commentaires : very very positive. I've been using it for almost a year. And very few tools surivive my minimalistic list of tools that I adopt.

Avantages :

it has a clean interface and everything I need for social selling is under one roof. No more changing 1000 tabs just to send a personalized message. The CRM is smoother than more expensive alternatives. The lack of limits on leads stored and emails sent per month it's a fresh breeze for my brain. When I use breakcold, it almost feels like a suit tailor made for me, instead of a engineering behemot like many sales tools.

Inconvénients :

it's still young and in full development, but the guys work hard to improve it fast with customer feedback.

Excellent Lead Generation Platform - A CRM on Steroids

Avantages :

This is one of the best sales SaaS products I've ever used. Very easy to get set up and super intuitive. Import leads from LinkedIn with one click or in bulk. Create custom pipelines and engage with prospects directly from your CRM...No need to switchback over to LinkedIn to write a comment or send a DM.

Inconvénients :

Hard to think of any improvements. The one I wanted was a unified inbox to keep track of incoming messages from different sources. But that's coming in the next few weeks I believe - will be a great addition!

Avantages :

BreakCold allows my team and me to efficiently manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms. The best feature is being able to separate profiles in a Kanban Board and easily access user information.

Inconvénients :

The product is new, and the team is small. Some features are missing and still need to be developed. If there are features you need but don't have yet, it's a good idea to get in touch with [sensitive content hidden]. He can help you come up with a plan or explore alternative options.

Amazing Sales CRM

Avantages :

Great way to streamline my omnichannel outreach, and really love the customizations they are offering (incl. funnel tracking, lists etc.) - helps me to accelerate my closing rate and really fills my sales pipeline! Also really like that it's a comprehensive tool and that I don't need to use several ones to attain the same goal I can do with Breakcold alone! Been using it daily since I started using it the first time! Also great and supportive team, always there when I have a question regarding the tool.

Great CRM tool - Love the Social Integration

Avantages :

I am doing a lot on LinkedIn and Breakcold was actually a solution I was looking for a long time. There are great features with the chrome integration to quickly add social leads and even comment on their feed in the breakcold feed, so you stay engaged with the top leads. Also great that you get a lot of "sales insights" from the [sensitive content hidden] himself.

Inconvénients :

It is still in the early stages and some of the things need some refinement. But they are fast and the feeback is helpful.

Great solution for cold emailing but mostly for social selling

Commentaires : We used Breakcold for cold outreach and social selling. Eventually we had to cancel the subscription but not because of the product. It was all because our sales team was unprepared to go on social media and build meaningful connections with their prospects :( So many amazing and useful features of this tool were completely ignored by the sales reps. At some point I gave up and switched to simple cold emailing solutions that don't involve our SDRs at all — easier that way. If not for that, I absolutely loved the experience.

Avantages :

We started using Breakcold as one of the tools when we launched our Leadgen program internally (before that we had to outsource). We very happy with the quality of leads, customer support was amazing. Great tutorials on pretty much anything, and all the features we needed to up our cold outreach game. Highly recommended

Inconvénients :

Initially we could not figure out how to place an order for email warming-up campaign 🙈😅 but customer support helped us to set it up in no time

Avantages :

On top of the simple and easy to use sales CRM features such as lead, pipeline and deal management, its easy to get in sync with potential leads with their social sync / lead tracking feature.

Inconvénients :

Relative new software company, they're adding features and it takes time to fully understand all features and implement them

Commentaires : Gone are the days of old prospecting. With breakcold I can easily manage my connection and enagement it three way LI, X and cold email.

Avantages :

It is easy to use and to navigate it's a no brainer. The [sensitive content hidden] is very responsive and always send update on the private group. Super love this CRM tool + it's bonus features like cold email campaign functionality.

Inconvénients :

Nothing! This is a perfect CRM tool for me and my team.

Avantages :

Breakcold is awesome for building different prospecting feeds for people already connected with, planning to connect with, and keeping track of their updates/engaging with them. I don't think any other software does this, as far as I am aware.

Inconvénients :

While the Breakcold team is very responsive and keeps updating the product, one feature that could be improved is the frequency of the updates pulled in the prospecting feed.

A good CRM for LinkedIn

I like how easy it is to classify my clients in the pipeline, which also allows me to not forget any tasks to carry out.

Inconvénients :

This is not one of the features planned for the program, but I would like in the future to be able to import LinkedIn conversations with my clients
