A great software with dual sync function

5,0 il y a 5 mois

Avantages :

- Dual sync function is great for our work flow, allowing the invoices to first sync into the inventory software, and next into the accounting software by different employees - Uploading invoices is quick and easy - The more we use it, the better it knows the items on our invoices. This is improving the wait time for invoices to process and also improving accuracy. - Support team is very helpful and responsive - Uploading and syncing food and beverage invoices is easy and efficient, especially with items that are ordered frequently

Inconvénients :

- The program can be quite slow when syncing invoices to the accounting software. It can take between 40-60 second from pressing the sync button until Notch is done thinking. It's quicker with the inventory software though. - Navigating through the invoices can be a bit clunky. We have quite a high volume of invoices (often between 50-100 waiting to be synced in the busy season). I find the filters sometimes don't stick after syncing an invoice, so you have to reselect the filter every time to sync an invoice. Flipping through the pages can get bothersome with so many invoices uploaded.

Creating and increasing accuracy and efficiency

Commentaires : [sensitive content hidden] were immensely helpful during the onboarding and learning phase. We had so many questions, and they were super helpful with timely responses to our requests.

Avantages :

Notch can dual sync to our accounting and our inventory software reducing the need for manual entry into both systems.

Inconvénients :

For non-food invoices, there is no way to submit them to a less powerful processor just for the accounting team.

Great Tool for Chefs Looking to be in Control of Inventory & Purchasing

5,0 il y a 8 mois

Avantages :

After an initial set up, the ease of ordering for entire kitchen management teams is streamlined. The integration with Optimum Control is crucial to our business operations.

Inconvénients :

Only con is converting people who are so used to phoning or emailing orders to use. That's not really Notch's fault
