I am one of the first customers of edmingle, founders are very passionate about their work, and they have delivered everything that was promised.
The application asks to disable developer options in order to start using the application. A lot of people don't know how to disable that and they face difficulty after installing the application.

Worost experience we lost our contract becuese the app not working no support at all

Nothing they are very strict about their payment but least worried about Client support worost experience. We almost paid 3lakh per month since from 2 years we don't have dedicated account manager nothing

SUpport is worost. Most of the times app wont work properly

Course building, free preview, Payment gateway and It doesn't lag.

On Premium Monthly Subscription - Mentioned 2 Zoom Premium License but only one is active
Avantages :
I can manage the onboarding of the customers along with the certifications with ease without any facilitator.
Inconvénients :
On Premium Monthly Subscription - Mentioned 2 Zoom Premium Licenses but only one is active, which has to be changed. The Website Builder is still in Beta mode even after 6 months of subscriptions had been over, the technical team can work on it with more customizing options for the customers. Support team queries can be looked out quicker than the time it actually takes. The curriculum page still isn't working properly.

A complete learner management system for institutions
Commentaires : With edmingle we are now running all our classes in the hybrid mode, students can attend the class from anywhere, they get the live class recording on there portal. It is also useful in keeping the track of the outstanding. We got our play store app also included in this

Waiting for the feature to enter the refund entries of the students and just some integrations with leadsqaured and whatsapp are expected

Poor customer service and support
Commentaires : Overall customer support is poor. No telephonic support. Initially there is chat support but recently chat support has been shut down. Just email support which is too late reply

Prices is reasonable and uploading MCQ is easy with word document

Avantages :
Easiness of use, app interface, and automatic class notification is the best part. And the team is also adding new features with time to improve our as well as learner's experience.
Inconvénients :
Some small technical issues are there, if these issues get fixed permanently then definitely it is a great product.

LMS system of Edmingle is easy to use, very comfortable to work with. Look n feel of LMS is also good.
Inconvénients :
Some points to work up on..... Added student data is not permanently deleted. Email id already exsist, even the data is deletedMentioned cheque is not reflected in record payment. We did not get any notifications of payment done by parents through LMS. We even didn't received payment in our account, till date. That needs to be improved. Question papers we can not create directly on LMS . It does not support MATH TYPE.
