The hidden gem!!!

Commentaires : We set out to improve to areas completion of forms that were getting lost and tracking of employee training. We have succeeded in both areas. The best part about it is there was minimal blow back from employees when introducing the program. Everything at their fingertips and not having to hand write their forms has been a huge success. This program was totally worth the investment

Avantages :

Since I have started working in the OS+H field I have been looking for a program that was all inclusive. A program that allowed the company to get the information they needed available to them immediately, but also something that had buy in from the employees and did not seem to cumbersome. THIS IS IT!! A platform that is easy to use, navigate, retrieve information. The employees enjoy using it and allows them access to material that may have been lost due to old ways of paper copies.

Inconvénients :

Form development can be a little bit of a challenge if not very familiar with how to do it, but the customer service department is exceptional. The base the form on teaching you how to use the program and how to get the most out of it. Other than that; this program is 100% on point.

Corfix Is Great And Easy To Use

Commentaires : Our entire company has liked using Corfix as it is easy to use, it is adaptable, and very user friendly for all levels of computer comprehensions.

Avantages :

Corfix is one complete platform that we can use to manage our internal safety program. It is also very flexible as it allows us to share the use of the program with our external third party safety company which allows us to comply with our SECOR / COR designation.

Inconvénients :

To date we have not run into any cons of using Corfix as it is very user friendly, flexible to make all kinds of changes to our internal forms and reports.

Seemingly easy to use, comparatively speaking. Customer support in real time.

Minor frustrating bugs at end user. Addressed and corrected quickly however by customer support members.

Avantages :

All company safety forms in one area, easy to find. Sign off sent direct to employees for signatures.

Attaching photo's can be tricky at times.

Corfix was the right choice

Commentaires : My overall experience with Corfix has been very positive and productive. It give me the ability to go above and beyond with my responsibilities as a Health and Safety Lead and ensure all proper documentation is completed in a timely manner

What I love most about Corfix is its user-friendly interface. Navigating through its features is a breeze, making it accessible for users of all levels. The customizable options allow me to tailor Corfix to my specific needs, ensuring that I stay on top of my game. The customer service team makes it easy to understand and answers any questions I have in a timely manner.

Inconvénients :

Permissions and toggles can be confusing. A little more specific permission would be beneficial

Commentaires : The team with Corfix has been great to deal with. Our team took a long time to come to a decision on signing on with Corfix, the team there were very patient during the process.
When it cam time to implement the software, the team there were extremely helpful and made the process very easy

Corfix is great!

Commentaires : Corfix has changed everything about how we are able to manage our health and safety. They have put us on the road to COR certification and there's no way we could do it without them.

Avantages :

The thing we like most is the customer service. We can call or email [sensitive content hidden] and he'll usually reply with an answer the same day. He sets up meetings to make sure we stay on top of our goals. He pushes us to make sure we are doing our best.

Inconvénients :

The permission settings can be finicky. Several times we've had to talk to the help desk because the app isn't doing what we were expecting, because it had background validation that wasn't told to us.

Construction Safety Management

Commentaires : My experience with Corfix has been exceptional. The support they offer is unmatched.

Avantages :

I love the adaptability of the forms and being able to make changes and tweaks as required. The easy user interface is simple to adopt and gain field buy-in.

Inconvénients :

The output reports. The formatting and page breaks on a finished report need to be more streamlined, and less confusing to navigate to the end reader.

Commentaires : Excellent. We use Corfix daily with 2 current clients and 1 former client, and it helped significantly with compliance and ensuring our teams were at their best. The support we've received from Corfix has been quick, efficient, and overall great.

Avantages :

The support. We use lots of safety management programs, and none of them come close to the quality of support we get from Corfix.

Inconvénients :

Missing some features that we really like on other safety management programs specifically in regard to action items/corrective actions.

Corfix - Bringing Construction Safety into the Electronic Age.

Commentaires : We took our time implementing Corfix to ensure our staff were comfortable and understood their usage obligations. Not only was the Corfix team made available to assist during each step of that process, they were also immensely helpful in mitigating any of our concerns. We use Corfix daily to help track preventative maintenance, submit inspections, perform hazard assessments, and more - all practices made easier with the assistance of this electronic platform.

Avantages :

Corfix does a wonderful job of capturing data in real time, allowing for accurate input, immediate electronic signatures, and consistent reporting.

Inconvénients :

Like any electronic platform, it takes time to learn features and how things function - beyond our own standard growing pains, I can confidently say that the team behind Corfix does everything they can to implement adaptations based on their user audience preferences.

Corfix in a Nut Shell

Avantages :

Corfix is great for tracking, managing and meeting project goals for production. Helps ensure we are on track/ on budget. It gives real time data and information to ensure workers are present on site and helps keep safety information together.

Inconvénients :

sometimes get's confusing trying to use the safety reports, could be how they are worded that causes this issue. likely no a Corfix problem and mainly user issue.

Commentaires : I am very satisfied with my choice to go with Corfix. Although we don't use it for it's main purpose of project management, we have been able to utilize many of the features. The Timekeeping feature is what we needed the app for, and it has saved us MANY hours and has been well worth the cost of the app, despite not using all of the features. I highly recommend this app to all that ask.

Avantages :

The customer service by far exceeds my expectations; my CSM is always available to help me when I need it and is great at suggesting ways to use the app. I also love that they are a local company. Customization of the app seems to be easily done as well.

Inconvénients :

There are bugs sometimes, but that is to be expected in all applications - they are typically quickly resolved.

Commentaires : We have had nothing but a great experience with Corfix and its staff. Highly recommend Corfix for H&S Management.

Avantages :

The customer service is exceptional a representative is there start to finish, they really push to keep you on schedule during onboarding. Even the live chat is great, they have been very helpful and the help is immediate. Everyone I have dealt with have been extremely knowledgeable with the product, pleasant and very easy to work with.Corfix is much easier to use than our previous provider. One specific aspect of the forms that we find invaluable is the ability to "Add Another". Being able to duplicate a field has made our forms much easier to work with and esthetically more pleasing to look at.

Inconvénients :

One feature that I feel is missing or could be improved deals with the certificates. It would be very useful to be able to include all required training for a specific job title, that way it would be very easy to see what they are missing. One other feature that I feel could be improved is the QR codes. As I understand them now they are hard coded to a project. As our equipment moves around and sometimes on a daily basis it would be more beneficial to have the QR code hard coded to the equipment and have to select the project.
