Commentaires : One thing I was very impressed with was the response time of the support from the developer, although whilst it has been very rapid, I have yet to see the developments take place that I suggested. I recognise it is still in the process of development, so I am not too concerned at this stage.A developers roadmap I did not see, but I think this needs to be highlighted of course to people who use it - really obviously. There's a huge amount of potential here for that.

Avantages :

Well, I do not know anything like it to be honest, but now I do know and have it (and I might not have realised except that I was going through all the calendar type tools, frustrated with basically everything I have

Inconvénients :

Multi-factor authentication, I believe, is essential with a tool like this from Day 1 so I add that here to highlight the issue. I with customer names and appointment details, notes and so on, that has to be a priority area for development.I think it should be fairly easy to build some pre-made set ups of the connections/integrations through GraphQL, and maybe a community for the users to do this sort of thing, with a degree of curation for security (i.e. open source expectation, and collaboration with graphql.security (or some similar group) would be really useful (yep, I'm big into the security side of things), starting with a first template using the connectors with that would be a great start. I would also think that it would be great if the tool could also operate as a non-headless tool. Yes, I got it for headless operation, but I find it a bit annoying switching to another thing for standard scheduling and then back to this to set up that. I am sure there must be some self-referential function that can be built in to make the tool usable with...itself!

Easy to use and clear booking program

Commentaires : I can also recommend this program for German customers, since this program is programmed in Europe and is subject to the European data protection regulations (GDPR/DSGVO). If an error occurs somewhere, simply write to customer service immediately via the internal messenger. I have great confidence in the software and a good feeling. I'm comfortable with Timerise.

Avantages :

I do 12 seminars a year with around 8-20 participants. It is therefore important that an event can be booked by several participants and at the same time it must not be overbooked. Customers must also be able to register with several people. This is exactly what Timerise offers me. I can even enable customers to see how many places are still available. The booking page is quick and easy to set up, and has a clean, elegant and modern design. Among other things, Timerise also offers creative freedom for the booking pages (open source via Github), but I haven't used that yet. The only thing that matters to me is that it's easy to program. And that works great. All important information about my seminar appears on the landing page. The booking process is easy to create and easy for customers to book too. I got good feedback there. An important function is the booking of individual sessions with fixed times to choose from. I have already tested this and it works perfectly. After the booking, a confirmation email is sent immediately, where the customer still has to confirm the booking with a click. From the final confirmation e-mail, the customer can go directly to the booking with a click and independently check, change or cancel it. If a customer forgets to confirm the booking within 10 minutes, it will be canceled automatically. Nevertheless, in the booking list, I can see the booking and contact the customer to check if he just forgot to confirm the mail.

Inconvénients :

There was a major software update once and after that I was no longer able to see and select my bookings on the landing page. I contacted customer support and the issue was resolved immediately. I didn't have to do anything else. And they explained to me why this happened. Since then everything has been stable and error-free. The customer support is very friendly, listens carefully and takes care of the solution immediately. I'm from Germany, and at first the umlauts couldn't be displayed correctly. The wonderful customer service then reformatted it for me and since then the umlauts in the mails have appeared perfectly. Since then, Timerise has been perfect for me and my needs.

Commentaires : Solved perfectly my need as an alternative to calendly for booking business calls. Smooth experience in learning how it works.

Avantages :

API-driven approach, not tied to a specific videoconferencing provider.

Inconvénients :

Not yet fully multilanguage, so notifications have to be rewritten.

The best Calendar booking service by far!

Avantages :

It is the customization of the service. You can achieve literally almost anything you can imagine. However, what truly WON me as their customer is the customer service I have been provided from DAY 1 until now. The dedication and service provided by Peter has just been immense. This is how you run a business and this is how you achieve 100% satisfaction rate!

Inconvénients :

As a new product they do lack some explanations, which could be crucial when you want to organize it all on your own. However, all that small trouble gets resolved in seconds when you ask about it in the chat! Peter is always spot ON and sheds light on anything, which might not be clear.

Simple and quick delivery of value

Quick and easy implementation. We needed a few features that were missing initially, but they were implemented very quickly. Great contact with the support.

Inconvénients :

In the initial phase of the implementation, we encountered minor errors, but they were quickly resolved.

A very nice product to use

Avantages :

I was searching for a tool to simplify the process to contact me for my clients. With an easy setup I have slots and my workflow is not interrupted anymore with continous calls.

Inconvénients :

It's something I admit I have to study better but some API calls are difficult to me.

Timerise is the go-to tool for my booking solution.

Commentaires : As a cabinet designer, I always need to meet my customers by appointment. Previously, I always called and checked with customers for appointment confirmation. With Timerise, I can send them a link so the customer can choose the preferred date and time. Most importantly, Timerise detected the events in the Calendar I had previously created. Then the timeslot on Timerise will avoid overbooking and take that slot as occupied. Great work!

Avantages :

I like the User Interface, User Experience, the features inside it and the support provided by Peter.

Inconvénients :

The booking limit. Nothing else I dislike so far.

The very reactive support to create a personnalized solution: integration of customized emails, personnalized fields, technical issues solved quickly. Backoffice very user friendly.

Inconvénients :

Emails notification that are sometimes not received by client, the absence of a global calendar view

Decent app for scheduling

Avantages :

It was easy to set up and start using for scheduling the appointments.

Inconvénients :

The integration with my calendar did not work immediately - the sync required additional setup.
