Easy-to use and Spot-on Product with Great Support Team
Commentaires : Super easy to implement, super easy to handle and lovely staff to support you on the way.
Avantages :
High functionality, simple and aesthetically pleasing interface. Easy to handle for employees (even for non-tech savvy).
Inconvénients :
For our organisation it would be helpful to have different allowances for different leave types (absentify is already working to implement this)
The solution to managing time off work
Commentaires : When i joined the business the person tasked with managing a spreadsheet for leave and the process of printing a form, filling it in and getting it approved before emailing to someone to then log it to the unlocked spreadsheet meant anyone could tamper with their leave. So much time wasted for what is now a simple few clicks of a button to get your time off logged and approved if needed.
Avantages :
The customisable, easy to use interface. Hopefully they create more HR based products as good as this one.
Inconvénients :
Seamless integration into our medium sized business. Bit of admin work to do upfront in tersm of adding the users and leave types etc.

It's integration with Teams, an everyday tool, the ability for users to intuitively navigate the interface with little to no training, as with managers.
Inconvénients :
Additional features / departments are a little pricey in comparison to other products

We are a mid size metal manufacturing company who try to use cost effective and still powerful tools to boost our productivity. This tool is very easy to use and made our leave tracking process user friendly, well documented and quick! 10/10
Inconvénients :
You have to pay for each additional department over 4. Would be better a single price for unlimited departments.

absentify is incredibly easy to set up and use, and has all the functions I need.
