Excellent Software For All Requirements

Avantages :

KiBiz CRM ERP has given our business the functionality and benefits that we have been searching for a long time. We were able to get the customizations we needed to make our workflows run more efficiently and effectively in a timely and cost effective manner. There were many gaps when we used NetSuite that were difficult to overcome and made this expensive software, not useful and inefficient. KiBiz built custom Customer and Vendor Portals which transformed our relationships with our Customers and Vendors. They integrated KiBiz to connect to Shopify that streamlined our eCommerce processes of uploading product data and downloading order data. They connected the Ki CRM module to Klaviyo to bring into KiBiz essential leads to be nurtured and converted to sales. Their team provided outstanding customer service that quickly responded to my questions and requests.

Inconvénients :

We tried deploying KiBiz in the Cloud, but it was not as compatible to our local Mac based computers and printers. However, our KiBiz runs great on our local server and network.

Commentaires : The team at Kibiz is great we have gone through a full system upgrade as well as many customizations and although it does take time in the end we get it right.

Avantages :

The team at Kibiz is very accessible and able to make changes and customizations quickly. Most of the changes I need made to the programming are done by the next day for review and collaboration is easy.

Inconvénients :

Some things that have been changed or fixed revert back to the issue we previously had or need changed again after thinking that the problem has been fixed or feature added and ready for use.

Commentaires : Frustrating!!! Time Consuming, Inflexible, no good report unless you are paying lot of extra fees.

Avantages :

So far, not impressed by this software. ( I started using KiBiz since Aug, 2017)

Inconvénients :

It's going to be a long list : 1) KiBiz gave you tons of unnecessary step that you have to go through in order to process your SO, PO, AP,...etc. and it will cost you LOTS of Money to get them removed. 2) Reporting: Unfriendly to use 3) Balance Sheet : So far, my accounting balance sheet still not able to be balanced. Don't know how the Account Specialist transferred my file from QB. My account was balance at QB. 4) So many unnecessary confirmation message that you have to go through for your tasks, you will end up spending a lot more time using this so called "efficient" software. 5) Wrong Calculation : sometimes, I put the Sales / PO quantity in the file, it does not calculate. I had one sales transaction that I put item number, but the selling price did not show up. Therefore, I lost money on that sales. 6) Sending the wrong PO or SO to customer or vendor: KibiZ constantly sending out the wrong PO and SO to our vendors and customers, this has been a recurring issue. This a serious problem that exposes our internal business/cost structure to our customers and vendors. Very Frustrating. 7) Customization Nightmare: Our business requires to receive in multiple orders' partial shipment at once and this is another main reason that we switch to KiBiz. But after the customization, it is just another nightmare that we have to deal with. The above list are just few of RECURRING issues that we have to face on a regular basis.

This customer ended up satisfied and agreed to remove this review, but she was not able to do it. Here are our responses to her concerns: 1) There are controls built into the system that warns users and prevents them from entering incorrect data. These steps were removed per your request. 2) We continued to improve as we responded to her feedback. 3) This client chose to not purchase a server license, so there was no backup strategy set up, We weren't able to recover any data which resulted in the balances not matching 4. The confirmation messages are added to prevent user from running an unintended action. There are settings to disable unwanted messages. 5. User entered data in the system wasn't set correctly so Calc didn't work as expected. 6. This was an issue that was figured out and resolved at no extra charge. 7. We did customize the system per the Client's needs and the changes were approved before they started using them live, and it did work for them.

Fourteen Years and Still Going ...

Commentaires : Our business is unique. We made modifications to fit exactly what we need and molded it to us instead of us being restricted to a product. The staff help is great, quick responses and quick project turnaround. Just map out your scope of work for your agreement and they will follow it.

Avantages :

I like a lot about the product. It does what it needs to do. It's limited out of the box so we added a lot of modifications to fit our needs, but it was reasonable and helps fit our business.

Inconvénients :

Least would be the reports and ease of report writing.

Great system for prop rental shop

Commentaires : For our small rental company within a niche part of the photo industry (we rent props for food and product photography) Kibiz was the way to go as we could fine tune the system to our requirements. A plus is the ongoing support we get in a time efficient manner.

Avantages :

We like the ease of scanning out and in our rental props. The invoices generated are itemized for the renter. A quote can be generated with thumbnail photos of product which is beneficial to the renter.

Inconvénients :

We had problems aligning our product codes with barcodes. Kibiz has been working smoothly since the problem was corrected.

Avantages :

KiBiz System was able to customize our program for our distribution of bakery products, using file maker. Some key features that the program allowed us to do was creating standard customer orders with the ability to make daily overriding changes including printing, emailing and E-faxing customers invoice by routes. Kibiz program contains features that allows us to apply payments and make customer weekly statements. Kibiz has been able to customize the program to meet our needs and has a great customer support team.

Inconvénients :

none the program has been working great for us.

Great Small Business Software

Commentaires : It is nice to have a software that is "one stop shopping." Before I used 3 other programs to get all the paperwork and business operations done.

Avantages :

This software encapsulates all my business operation in one place. KiBiz streamlines the process of emailing a quote for a Client, signing contracts, invoicing and then sending a paid receipt. I haven't found a software that has been tailored to my specific wants and needs. The customer service has been amazing.

Inconvénients :

I wish you could delete items or transactions easier once they are posted.

Commentaires : Ki Biz is a great data management source for my company.

Avantages :

KiBiz does most everything I need it to do to run my company. It is efficient and somewhat flexible. It is easy to locate files for information.

Inconvénients :

I originally purchased it for more than one computer . We never did get it to work on the second computer. I thought it would have been a check book program as well but the program kept crashing and I eventually gave up and went to QB for the accounting program. Some of the data cannot be entered at a later time. (ex. Customer PO#s ).

Commentaires : Great experience with these guys. They have an efficient process with video chatting to make your system the way you want. Great communication.

Avantages :

We can program it to do anything we want. Making a user interface that will work for our business and workflow was great. Allen has great experience and expertise to make KiBiz a great solution for many.

Inconvénients :

There isn’t much to not like. Because it is based on FileMaker that makes development easier and quick but sometimes some of the tiny details don’t have as many options just because of the limitations of FileMaker. The pros you get with this solution have little cons. Overall not an issue.

Commentaires : We are very happy with this software. It's pretty user friendly once you are quickly trained on all of its features. Our quotes, contracts, proposals, invoicing and receipts look more professional now.

Avantages :

All the functions I need to complete a sale from beginning to end is in this software. Example, quotes, sales, contracts, invoicing, AR and AP accounts, contacts and accounting. Plus, KiBiz tailored some items to fit our specific needs like when we have to give a client a proposal or contract, it's connected with the sale and printing out or emailing the proposal or contract is a breeze.

Inconvénients :

Have encountered a few minor bugs, but the support staff have been quick to resolve the issues. Ex. a phone number not printing in the correct format.

Avantages :

I really like the fact that my account managers are quick to help and also customize my system for my particular requirements. I never hear that something cannot be done.

Inconvénients :

Not software related, I understand, but I wish the remote desktop access to the software was faster. The local software install is very fast however.

Perfect solution

Commentaires : We had been using a custom built business solution based on filemaker when first starting. It did everything we needed except inventory accounting so we switched that over to quickbooks. It was a mess and made it difficult to track sales of items. In searching for a single solution we reviewed several options and determined KiBiz to be the best value. It was a great decision.

Avantages :

KiBiz allows us to perform all business functions such as inventory, accounting, purchasing, fulfillment, and web publishing under one application.

Inconvénients :

Very little. It does most of what we need. Anything specific to our business that it not part of KiBiz we can customize easily.
