Best email marketing tool
Commentaires : My overall experience with Delivra is very good from last 8 years I am working in the industry and I am loving it.
Avantages :
Automation of email marketing campaigns is very easy to use and simple other than any of the tool
Inconvénients :
I have absolutely no cons whatsoever with Delivra till date as a Digital Marketing Manager
Delivra: Your Email Support Structure
Commentaires : I've used two versions at two different non-profits and it's always been reliable in that emails look exactly how they should in someone's inbox, previews are solid, lists are easy to upload and manage. I never feel lost.
Avantages :
The simplicity of its design and the way it gets out of my way as an email designer and lets me be fluid and experimental with layouts and ideas.
Inconvénients :
I wish scheduling emails greyed out the "send now" option. I hit that instead as "save" is away up in the corner.

The online chat help is fantastic! They have been able to walk me through resolution of several issues.

Sometimes the software seems to get "stuck". I can't make edits.....I have to close out and come back in.

Functional + Responsive
Commentaires : Overall, I have a positive experience with Delivra and their customer service team. They're prompt and thorough and I'm able to solve my issue the day it happens. There are some nuances within the product that could be enhanced, but it gets the job done.
Avantages :
I like the simplicity and overall organizational structure of Delivra. Dynamic content functionality is one of the things I like most.
Inconvénients :
I wish there were more ways to cross-copy content across accounts. Some of the timing nuances within the automation structures can be enhanced.
Delivra, a excellent communitation tool
Commentaires : I've had great success with the program using it to communicate to over 12,000 employees.
Avantages :
Ease of use and ability to design with html templates and a wysiwyg editor. Robust analytics.
Inconvénients :
could be a few more design options, editing code when need could be a little easier

Drag and drop editor, can have multiple users working in the platform
Inconvénients :
Email click reports could be better and the new Air interface results in some formatting tics. We prefer to work in the Legacy interface.

Has what I need and good value for the spend.
Avantages :
Easy to create customized emails to send out to our customer base. Templates could be better and I end up making most of mine from scratch, but the design tools are easy to use and overall I find the value worth it.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes there are bugs with importing contacts and creating tags. Some parts of the email design tools are kinda fickle and require work arounds but nothing that I would consider game breaking.

they cater to our unique demands both in set-up and delivery.

communication if there is something we'd like a answer... there is no direct line to the people we need.
Effective and easy to use
Avantages :
The ability to customize our campaign templates to the type of event we are marketing is paramount. Delivra provides an easy and functional way to use these templates to create meaningful content for our users.
Inconvénients :
As a non-marketer, some of the terminology is new. It's easy to learn, but the curve is steep!

It was helpful to get an overview of Delivra from a fellow colleague who has more experience with the product.
Inconvénients :
How you go about doing things like adding contacts to a message are not straight forward.

Delivra's Dynamic Content
Commentaires : We've been able to send complex information to several target audiences in one campaign with the dynamic content feature - the time this saved is invaluable. Delivra worked with us to implement custom templates for us and their customer support has been really helpful.
Avantages :
Dynamic content feature saves us so much time. Every aspect of Delivra's interface is user-friendly and if I every get stuck, their customer support is outstanding.
Inconvénients :
I wish more text formatting options were available in the editor, but with all of the other functionality I can't complain too much.

Delivra is a platform that offers services and tools to carry out marketing campaigns through email with an automated system, since it has several applications that help manage the marketing campaigns that are generated, giving the user the facility to create personalized content using the design functions integrated in this application to promote highly attractive marketing campaigns
Inconvénients :
Mainly what I dislike with Delivra is that it does not have a free trial to verify if its use is optimal and is consistent for the operation that you come to require, as well as in the beginning the emails are difficult to configure, if however over time is improving the management and ease of use of the platform thanks to the subsequent training that Delivra offers you

Long time Delivra user
Commentaires : I've been using Delivra for nearly 8 years and am generally very pleased with the product. It certainly has grown since I started using it and I look forward to experiencing even more growth. If your in the data industry and you hear the word upgrade, 9 times out of 10 you cringe because you know you need to brace yourself from growing pains. This is not the case with Delivra. The upgrades are carefully tested before they are rolled out to ensure that you don't experience delays in your operations. Customer support is fantastic! Every time I have had to use them I get friendly, fast, quality service. Recently Delivra rolled out a Drag-and-drop editor which is worlds better than the HTML editor but it is still somewhat touchy. If you are concerned about the cost I can tell you that it is 100% worth it. Email communication is so crucial to a business's success in this day and age.

It is generally easy to use and the support is outstanding.
Inconvénients :
I actually don't have any real cons regarding this software.

Commentaires : We are able to use this product for all of our communications. Professional looking with consistent design of our communications is very important.
Avantages :
The templates are easy to use. The program is versatile. The program serves all of our needs. We get a quick response if we have any trouble.
Inconvénients :
When you are pasting the text into the template, all of the spacing is lost. I save a lot, and the length of time is more than I like, but understand that the more text we have, the longer it takes to save.
Couldn't Ask For More
Commentaires : Best email provider I've used, and I've used a lot! The interface is simple, easy to use and most importantly visually-appealing. As someone who uses it daily, the look and feel of Delivra is important. Plus, our support team couldn't be beaten! It's like having another staff member whose only job is to know the system and help us find solutions for OUR business, not universal solutions. I can't praise Delivra enough!

A fraction of the cost with as many bells and whistles as their competitors
Commentaires : We were using a competitor that cost a lot more because we were under the impression that the competitor was the best in the industry and they were the only ones that offered the features and benefits. After some detailed research we found Delivra and made the switch. We couldn't be happier with the great solution that Delivra has created for a fraction of the cost. Thank you!

Reaching Customers with Ease and Style
Commentaires : Delivra delivers just what we need to keep our bowlers aware of upcoming specials and events. The ease of set-up is greatly appreciated. We send over 1 million emails a year -- and every one of them looks professional - thanks in large part to the excellent templates provided. We are very satisfied customers of Delivra!

Commentaires : We are excited to enter our second year with Delivra. Last season we simplified our overall email operations. The features and functionality are much simpler than our previous provider. Looking forward to implementing a full year of Clickstream to track revenue and ticket sales. Also hope to get our automated pre/post game emails off the ground.

Very Happy with Delivra
Commentaires : We started using Delivra about 2 years ago and have been happy with the software. We typically send out a few newsletters a month and Delivra makes the process simple and efficient. For a small, locally owned business, being in contact with our customers is vital. Delivra is perfect for what we need.

One issue I had recently is that once I uploaded a segment of emails, I wasn't able to open that segment up to see who has been added to it.

Avantages :
The ease of use and the ability to customize more easily than other programs I have worked with before. The customer service has been a delight to work with. I appreciate it is real people who are in our country and full understand what I am dealing with.

It can be hard to learn, but easy once you got it.
