Commentaires : J’ai un gros reproche à faire à cette plateforme d’échange. Auparavant mon empreinte faciale suffisait pour me connecter. Or, dernièrement ils m’ont demandé d’entrer un code transmis par SMS. Comme je suis en voyage pour plus d’un an, j’ai changé de numéro de téléphone et J’AI EN PLUS PERDU MA CARTE SIM. Comme j’avais désactivé mon forfait cellulaire (mon erreur), mon fournisseur a donné mon ancien numéro à quelqu’un d’autre. JE NE SUIS DONC PLUS EN MESURE DE ME CONNECTER ET ÇA FAIT PLUS D’UN MOIS QUE JE PARLE UNIQUEMENT À DES ROBOTS OU À DES HUMAINS INCAPABLES DE RÉSOUDRE MON PROBLÈME. Service à la clientèle pitoyable.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I didn't like in crypto.com is too much high fee on trading at crypto.com exchange and high buy price on mobile application when you buy something from your debit or credit card.

They took my crypto for no reason

Commentaires : Unfortunately, I did not read these reviews before I created a Crypto.com account or I wouldn't have. I have been dealing with them for a while and did not have any complaints. Still, now that I have more money/ crypto and transactions with them, they froze an ETH deposit I received and have been playing with me for days, not giving me a reason for freezing my deposit or a timeline of when they might release it. I was a fool to tell them I was not savvy in crypto and exchanges and would need more help. THEY USED IT AGAINST ME. They daily make me go to pages and look for things and go back to chat and tell me that I should find X or Y on A or B pages and I have to go back and logout and log back in and take screenshots and send them (if that paperclip doesn't suddenly disappear from the chat and I am unable to attach anything any longer and II have to logout and login and and and and .............................. hours and hours. I wondered why but now it is clear.

Avantages :

User-friendly platform and ease of use for a couple of years when I have very little crypto/ money on their platform.

Inconvénients :

After the amount of crypto/ money and transactions increased on their platform, they took my crypto for no reason

I have provided the useless help team my documents more than 20 times. My old phone number and my new number everything else remains same my ID, my home address, my facial recognition. All of my information has been submitted. I am not able to log in to my account .I have been locked to go into my account and NONE of them can help. loosing my time, my investment i feel so helpless and when i mentioned i am going to report to police they said that would be my best help. SO DISSAPOINTED with them. I warn people if you change your phone number or life happens you move you will be locked from your account and no one will help you. SIX Month NO Help yet

Personal Information Concerns: My sensitive information, including facial recognition and ID, has been repeatedly requested and shared without any resolution. Avantages :

They have, without a doubt, the largest variety of cryptos to choose from out of any U.S. Based exchange, you'll find coins and tokens here you won't find anywhere else. They also havea NFT platform and a decentralized wallet app. They accept debit and PayPal which is huge,but the thing I love is that they have relatively small fees, and INSTANT WITHDRAWALS USING A DEBIT CARD WITH NO HOLD!!!! This is HUGE for anyone who actively uses their crypto on other sites. They also have a user friendly interface and their charts are quite good as well, hoping for advanced charts spoon!

Inconvénients :

Their debit card is the worst. Annual fee, as well as tons of online retailers won't accept it, and once u put money on it/load it w crypto or cash u cannot retrieve it back on your account unless you go withdraw it from an atm. Another huge no for me is that the fees are not calculated into the price you say you want to spend. Example: say I have 30 dollars exactly on my card. I go to buy 30 of btc and it will try to charge you 32. Which can be a hastle as the fee is floating and not a fixed price. It's difficult to get exactly that 30 dollars without having to change the price a few times and that is highly annoying.

Commentaires : From interesting to only cash grabbing, Crypto.com use an aggressive marketing strategy to acquire users and new clients without doing a real retention, they finally let down their early users for the sole profit of growing their user base.

Avantages :

On-ramp and off-ramp are pretty useful. Their crypto card is probably the most interesting service they provide to users, with cashback, staking and rebates.The smartphone application also allows cross-chain transfer from different EVM chains and a DeFi non-custodial wallet.

Inconvénients :

Crypto cards were interesting in the beginning until they decided to lower the features and raise their prices.For exemple, cashback on Netflix subscriptions is now limited to 6 months, they lower the staking reward to 7% a year and their lounge service is pretty useless because most of airports doesn't accept it.You need a computer to use the full fonctionalities of trading with their browser extension.

Beware, No customer service!!

The app was easy to use, but if you don’t know how to do something you are all on your own because zero customer support.

Complete absence of support. If you get locked out or forget your pin or password, you are in trouble. Say goodbye to your money because there is no help from crypto.com

I like it but….

Avantages :

The app is great. They have something called “Missions” where you can earn their proprietary Cronos, that can be converted to coins within the same network though.

Inconvénients :

The cards they offer make you have to stake cronos, a lot of it, and for like a year. Only one card doesn’t require any staking but also has no benefits. The missions are always the same and that kind of sucks because that could be a good incentive for people to log on more often. You have to actually make sure you’ve clicked on the missions tab to get anything out of them. For instance I completed the trade requirements a few times but forgot to activate the mission and didn’t get the diamond.

Crypto.com is a great way to manage all of your digital assests

Avantages :

My favorite feature of crypto.com is their crypto based debit card. I love the rewards that are included with it. The rewards also increase along with how much of their coin(CRO) that you stake. Also the card looks very sleek as well.

Inconvénients :

One difficulty I've had using crypto.com is dealing with customer service recovering my account after loosing access to an email account. The customer service is quite slow and overall it took almost 2 weeks to restore access to my account. This could definitely be improved upon.

Commentaires : Partendo dal presupposto che non sono una grande esperta di monete digitali e cryptovalute in genere, questo software è stato talmente semplice da utilizzare, da abbattere tutte le riserve. Permette acquisti anche di piccoli importi, così da poter acquisire confidenza con la materia senza paure ed iniziare ad avere in seguito guadagni dai propri investimenti senza grosse remore

La semplicità d’uso credo che sia stato il fattore primario del successo di questo software. Dall’istallazione alla registrazione,fino al primo acquisto, tutto è risultato molto semplice e rassicurante

Inconvénients :

Ho avuto qualche difficoltà i primi tempi nell’ acquisto di NFT; la sezione non mi è risultata molto fluida

I mostly liked the fact that there's so much to do on Crypto.com be it investments or learning to earn. It is all in one platform with almost every crypto on the platform... it makes it easier for it to be the one.

Inconvénients :

I don't like the fact that in the learning platform I got stuck bcos it is compulsory for users to deposit a certain amount to reach a certain level which is absurd.

Terrible! Does not give you money back, poor customer service. Easy to deposit but they give you a hard time to withdraw your money. I invested a year ago wrote over 100 emails no answers and still don’t see my money
