Commentaires : Contrairement avec notre premier collaborateur, les services sont rapides, on avait une sit inaxcessible pendant un bon moment et on a du resoudre les problrmes avec l'arrivé de Wix , depuis on a plus de problèmes de ce genre. En gros ce'est une bonne collaboration.

Avantages :

Facile d’utilisation c’est-à-dire pas besoin de compétence particulière, service client excellent, on a des réponses rapides.

Inconvénients :

Parfois ça beugue pour editer le site. Ce qui peut cause des retards parfois dans la publication et les maintenance.

Avantages :

Wix est sans doute la plateforme la plus intuitive et la plus facile à utiliser pour créer un site web et un site de e-commerce transactionnel. Le service à la clientèle est disponible en français, les équipes sont toujours SUPER agréables et ils proposent toujours une solution d'amélioration à notre site. J'adore!

Inconvénients :

Le seul point faible (personnellement) c'est que je ne peux pas intégrer Convertkit avec Wix.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Commentaires : Globalement, Wix est très bien pour un début d'activité pour développer un site e commerce facilement et à l'image de l'entreprise. Le tarif annuel est également attractif avec un bon rapport qualité/prix pour le développement d'un site internet.

Avantages :

J'ai apprécié avoir des templates de sites internet pré-conçues et y ajouter ma touche personnelle et la charte graphique de mon entreprise, tout en étant assez intuitif.

Inconvénients :

Certaines fonctionnalités manquent malheureusement, des techniques sont cependant données pour pouvoir arriver à faire ce que l'on veut mais parfois ça reste des fonctionnalités qui alourdissent l'utilisation je trouve. (ex: expédition transporteur, etc.)

Commentaires : je n'ai pas besoin d'un programmeur de site internet et même si je ne connais pas les codes c'est très facile a utiliser

particulièrement j'ai adoré wix ; tellement facile à utiliser , facilité d’écrire un blog , même sans s'abonner tu peux déjà bien concevoir ton signe internet ou ton blog et commencer par monétiser.

Inconvénients :

le prix si ils peuvent revoir ça ça serait juste la meilleure plateforme

Commentaires : I have been creating website for many years and WIX is the best.

Avantages :

I like everything about WIX but the best function is the ability to continually build your website. WIX offers so many functions and apps (and is adding new ones often) that anytime of website works through WIX. They offer storefronts, to forms to anything to gather data on visitors.

Inconvénients :

My only complaint isn't with the app as with the customer service. I rarely need to contact them, but when I do I usually end up speaking with someone who doesn't understand my issue or do not know how to find out. The language barrier is certainly a con.

WIX is a Great Small Business Platform

Commentaires : Overall, I highly recommend WIX for small to medium size businesses. It's extremely cost-effective and easy to use.

Avantages :

I've been using WIX for over 8 years, and have built and managed multiple websites on it. It's very easy to use, and the SEO is robust.

Inconvénients :

I haven't found a clear path to customer service support yet.

Commentaires : Overall the experience with Wix was positive but there were some large issues which made for the up keep of the website difficult.

Avantages :

It’s very user friendly especially for someone who is new to creating websites and new to business in general.

Inconvénients :

The actual website was pretty glitchy and there would be quite a lot of problems on different browsers and phone types.

Does the job well

Commentaires : Overall it does well in the basic job that almost anyone needs.
If you want a very fancy website this may not be the one, but for 90% I think you can do just fine with Wix!

Avantages :

It is easy to set up, easy to use, and provides a nice look and feel. There are some fairly advanced things it can do out of the box that make your site look very modern. The UI and settings etc are all very simple and intuitive

Inconvénients :

If you want to do more advanced things on your webpage then it becomes difficult in the main view, so you have to switch to the developer view which is then just as difficult as before for a non-professional website builder like myself. Also stop sending me "Limited time offers" of 50% off twice a week, every single week. It's absolutely ridiculous and makes the company and marketing team look so stupid. Just have a lower price and stick to it, or actually give real discounts - if something is permanently half off, then the higher price just isn't real.

Ease of use and very easy to set up. As a new business owner this was great and saved me thousands of pounds that otherwise would have been spent paying a company. I love how you can add e-courses, bookings and more to a website for a single price.

Inconvénients :

I really wish there was a plug in for FreeAgent (and other) accounting software packages. It has one for QuickBooks.

Wix isn't my first choice, but it can work for simple cases

Commentaires : Homemade is not really a positive descriptor you are going for with a website mean to represent your business. And in my experience if you stray too far from the templates as they are originally presented, then you can run into that. Not what I want for my website and I'm guessing not yours either.

Avantages :

Wix is easier than Squarespace in my opinion, and it has a nice email marketing aspect to it where you can send out newsletters.

Inconvénients :

The limitations in the templates and their customization leaves something to be desired. The compromises you need to make on what you'd really like it to look like, leave a website looking less professional and sometimes cheap.

Reliable and looks great!

Avantages :

I love the format and easy to use pre made templates they offer. There’s many to pick from but you can also create your own using your own logos. You can save your templates and publish in real time. Connecting other apps has never been easier for me! You do not need to be a coder to use this software.

Inconvénients :

Need to add more POS apps as some companies don’t use square which is Wix main POS that pairs well.

Great if you're a designer who doesn't know how to code

Avantages :

It's as no-code as it gets. Literally drag and drop your elements and create your own website.

Inconvénients :

If you're not good at design or if you don't have a lot of time, I would suggest going with other tools because I personally have seen cool looking templates on Squarespace.

Teilweise bekomme ich die Meldung angezeigt, mein Macbook (M1 Pro) sei ausgelastet. Das ist schon bitter im Editor

Commentaires : I have build 3 websites on it & all of them have been easy to create as there's no need of tutorial. It's simple drag and drop

Avantages :

Simple drag & drop features. I have tried wordpress as well yet there you need to add coordinates to move a element here you can move via keys which is super easy. Along with that the starting fee of 348rs (India) help a lot for starting a website

Inconvénients :

Plugins could be more here & learning management system could be the feature they must add. Rest they are best

Great for budget, but not lots of easy integrations

24/7 support is really handy. Anything I can’t figure out I ask for help on and the reps are really nice to talk to.

Inconvénients :

I’m still not able to integrate my shipping software which creates a lot of extra work for me. I find that a lot of the apps they offer from third party websites aren’t super great either

Built my organization from scratch using Wix

Commentaires : Overall, it has been a wonderful experience working with Wix and building my Organizations website with them. I went from an idea into a legit organization through using Wix. I am very appreciative for their user friendly and simple approach to allowing non-website developers create a beautiful site.

Avantages :

A friend and I were able to build an absolutely beautiful website using Wix. Our whole organization will be ran from this site, and I am super excited to be launching it soon. When you look at it, it has that "wow" factor. It was super easy and simple, and I saved a ton of money in not having to hire a website developer. If I ever had any questions I was able to look up the answers on Wix.com which has written out clearly how to do every thing you would need to know to build and improve your site.

Inconvénients :

The Payement options were a little bit complicated to understand, and if you want to get the best deal you can't pay monthly, you need to pay yearly.

Commentaires : I have never had a negative problem with wix always good I have designed over 15 websites with them.

I love how easy it is to edit templates and I love the apps you can integrate to it.

Commentaires : My experience with Wix has been really good, I like all the different features and templates.

Avantages :

I like how you can use customisable templates to build a website. The templates are really modern and professional looking. I like the blog feature of the website.

Inconvénients :

When customising the templates and when building your website it can take a bit of time to get used to how to make changes. Also, the load time for Wix can be quite slow so it would be really helpful for suggestions on how to make websites load quicker.

Wix is great if you do not have a small budget

Commentaires : It is great for people who want a website quickly and easily without learning how to code first. It also can analyse the website's traffic with a few simple add-ons and its SEO format is great. However, this all comes at a cost.

Avantages :

The way in which one can interact with the website tools, with all the templates where one can just add words and pictures, no coding is required nor really any computing knowledge, it is just drag, drop and type as simple as that. The more advanced features are also easy to find and well-explained too. Also, the SEO side of the website is well covered and easy to follow.

Inconvénients :

The upfront cost is expensive and one is pressured into buying a yearly subscription for more features. Also many hidden costs in terms of personalising logos and similar aspects.

Avantages :

Wix is great at allowing the user to create a basic template and modify it to fit their needs. If you need to set up a website and don't want to waste time creating it manually, Wix is a great solution to quickly getting something published.

Inconvénients :

Because Wix is made to be simple, it sometimes can lack in features. It isn't always the easiest to find exactly what you need for a specific situation. It is understandable and often times you can find extensions to use.

Great for running small businesses

Avantages :

I use this in a personal capacity as my partner has the software for two websites for his business. It's quick and easy to use with a low cost for small businesses.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes some functionality doesn't work well but in this case, I contact customer services to find a solution or comer up with a workaround.
