I have been using Cority for about a year and a half and have been our site administrator 1 year
Avantages :
The adaptability and ability to customize layouts and information to what is relevant to us is excellent. The fact that it gets updated every 4 months means when we do find improvements we would like, they are quite often already in the works. The customer support has been excellent and the staff is always wonderful to deal with.
Inconvénients :
Some of the limitations prevent it from being exactly what we need, however that is to be expected with any commercial software. The Cority team is quite helpful at finding us work arounds for the pieces that we cannot change.

New user into a system that was set up by others
Commentaires : As a new user myself i didn't think we were using a lot of the system to it's benefit. Having been at the Cority APAC Roadshow on [sensitive content hidden] i got to see the overall capabilities of the system. Presenters showed how they have implemented, developed or use the system based on how long they have been using Cority. That experience has given me new passion to further develop our capabilities,
Avantages :
Overall system capability is excellent, as is the user community. As a new user to the administration function of the system the support i am getting from the Cority team has been awesome.
Inconvénients :
There is no 'process maps' available for how how system was set up - that is NOT a Cority issue, more an issue at our end but Cority have been excellent in helping me navigate the system to better utilise the features

THE START UP COST AND TIME .WE HAD TO UTILIZE A FULL TIME IT PERSONNEL.

Experience with Cority
Commentaires : Cority has helped our clinicians save time by having all employee information in one place to access. Clinicians can view all notes on a particular case at one time. It has helped us to keep all records and documents in an employee profile. Our admin love the system because it allow them to schedule and send out notifications out of the software. It has allowed time savings in all departments of our occupational health clinic.
Avantages :
Cority has a user friendly interface that makes is simpler to teach new employees how to use. You can easily access employee information with the quick access modules (CXR, PFT, Questionnaires). Profiles allow you to configure PII information to allow NEED TO KNOW. Reporting makes it easy to communicate with projects, HR, FOIA requests, and employees. Functionality with creating your own letters. Time efficiency with the ability to correct rejected data by individual rather than each test and re-import. You can also clone the medical histories and physician exams. This allows you to add to or change what needs to be updated rather than having to re-enter all the information.
Inconvénients :
Once you save a created letter, you cannot go back and edit that letter. If there is a mistake, you have to delete and start over again. Sometimes it may take a couple of weeks to reach a resolution to a bug in the system.

Commentaires : Unlike the software we had before, Cority connects many sections like the incident management, claims management, employee demographics, environment etc into one system and so is easier to use.
Avantages :
Easy to learn and can have many features in one place.
Inconvénients :
Visuals can't be adjusted as needed. Some fields are duplicated.
Great Employee Health Software
Commentaires : Amazing! The implementation, the ease of use, the customer service... all outstanding!
Avantages :
I honestly love everything about ReadySet/Cority! The simplicity of running reports, how it records and tracks my worker's comp cases, compliance program needs... everything. Best investment we've ever made! Their customer service is very prompt too. I typically have an answer to my issue the same day I place a ticket.
Inconvénients :
I am being honest, I don't know of any cons.

Commentaires : Cority is great overall but there are some glaring issues with support and communication of issues

Usability is very good. I like the document management.

Commentaires : For a short time we were having issues with customer service, but that has recently improved greatly. We find this system so far to be easy to use and a good resource.
Avantages :
I like having the ability to search a database for SDSs instead of trying to find them on my own. It saves time. The search capability is a lot easier with more options than our last software as well. It's pretty easy to use.
Inconvénients :
We haven't been using the software terribly long. The only thing we've noticed is there is not much design say in the labels as far as placement and look, though there are some options, but this is minor.

Good Software but Clunky
Commentaires : Data entry is very cumbersome compared to the Access databases we used to use. We stopped using part of it several years ago and went back to Access because of the time required to click one button after another and switch between tabs. The Access database allows all data entry to be done on one screen and is at least 10 times faster. Also need simpler inspection plan setup ability and the ability to link to pre-set characteristics that are used across multiple product numbers so that a change to a specific universal characteristic is pushed forward into all product using this characteristic. Also need a way to link component parts to an assembly so a change to any component part is pushed forward into all the assemblies that use this component.
Avantages :
Overall a good system.
Inconvénients :
As stated above, clunky data entry and hard to maintain inspection plan changes.

Based on our years of experience with IQS software, we feel that it's a very capable software with more and more benefits realized the longer it's used.
Highlights include customized screens, auto and manual emails, reporting limited by your imagination only, integration with any ERP system, and a password-protected approval structure to support all industries incl. highly regulated ones.
IQS is a truly versatile system. Tsubaki uses it to manage complaints, employee training, external/internal/supplier audits, equipment maintenance, nonconformances, CA/CI/RP projects, calibrations, supplier accreditations (ISO certs etc.), engineering change requests, floor inspections, APQP elements, track quality costs. And we're not even close to using all features of the system.
The interconnectivity of IQS modules is another strength which simplifies data entry and saves time.
Over the years, IQS Inc. offered us great support, provided by a number of long-term employees.
I recommend IQS to any organization that is looking to make a transition to a unified EQMS data management system that reduces costs and offers additional capabilities such as modules to manage maintenance and training.

The system works as intended with lots of opportunity for improvements
Avantages :
The amount of ability to configure to your own liking. The Report writing features. The advanced dashboard. The inspections module.
Inconvénients :
no Self reset passwords. Inspections not linked to user roles. Missing ability to tie in required fields from other tabs on the incident investigation module to the workflow.

Commentaires : We are still configuring the system, so if you would like to check back with us in 4-6 months, the system will have been configured, tested, and released to our management and employees for daily use. By that time we will have a more thorough review and data to share.
Avantages :
The IQS eQMS is fully configurable by us, so we are able to build it to match our current QMS procedures and process flows, while also improving them via the IQS eQMS. The costs and cost structure were much more reasonable compared to their competitors.
Inconvénients :
The only con so far is that IQS eQMS is on a new and improved platform and their documentation needs to catch up; in the meantime though they fully make up for it by being very helpful and available as we work to configure our system.

Commentaires : Use of the IQS system to control my calibration system has proven to be very effective. The efficiency in which I can designate given task due dates with the instruction for what is needed is a key area of use for my organization.

Commentaires : Pros - RegAction is a strong software service that can be built to suit your company's needs. This service has completely changed the way we handle our compliance tracking and waste management. With the successful implementation of RegAction we have seen a marked decrease in overall cost and the potential for violations. Additionally, we have received many compliments from regulators and customers on our database management and record availability. Cons - This software can be a little difficult to learn when starting out. To get the system up and running I found myself calling often for assistance. It's worth mentioning that assistance was always available but often the solutions were not obvious without calling. Also the air module they offer is very difficult to operate unless working along with the support team from RegAction. Overall - RegAction is an excellent software service which meets all our needs in regards to achieving environmental compliance, cost control, process management. Despite the difficulty starting out this system has been incorporated into our standard operating procedure. Take the time to develop it correctly at the kickoff and it'll serve your needs well.
IQS Organizes everything!
Commentaires : IQS is a very user-friendly program that has helped our company organize all of our quality control needs. Our initial training went beyond learning the software, to helping us think through business decisions in order to maximize our use of the software. When we upgraded our SQL Server Tech Support made the move quick and easy. This software has replaced the use of numerous spreadsheets and forms freeing up much-needed space. We have customized reports and screens with no problems. Customer Service is very prompt and easy to work with - I definitely recommend IQS!

Honest Review of a Starter
Commentaires : so far so good, no major issues encountered yet
Avantages :
it's generally user-friendly and easy to navigate
Inconvénients :
The view is not that easy to re-arrange. A "drag" and drop function could be appreciated in re-arranging view instead of creating a new one. Also, can't search using wild characters (e.g. using * to capture all possible results)

IQS Demos
Avantages :
This product has all the modules that our company needs. We are excited about getting our IT team and them together so we analyze if IT will be happy with our choice. Being able to have all documentation needed for ISO in one place will assist us so much.
Inconvénients :
Can't think of any at this time. It will be a great tool for document control, auditing, corrective actions, no more spreadsheet for every little thing.

Software is not user friendly and freezes up often
The reports are often confusing and missing data because we are not sure what needs input where
the training classes have not been real helpful as they are more general and not specific to our needs
